I am on Miui 10 for now, i'd like to try an AOSP based rom, my only fear is about which Gcam version using after installation.
I have read about Bsg 6.21 works on Miui only, so my questions are:
Which Gcam version do you use? On which rom?

Hi guys! I know everyone prefers custom ROM here. But still I want to flash miui ROM based on naugat and which supports gcam and magisk. Because MM version of miui is giving error while flashing magisk latest version.
So guys! Plzzzz suggest me best miui version for my kenzo.

epic is no more updating. It's dead.
Epic is no more updating but it's working, it's usable and it is good. Anyway I thought so far that the biggest point of miui roms is the stock camera... But it works with gcam as well.
Hey, I recently switched to MIUI 10 and I want to install the pixel 2 launcher but all the APKs show the "There was a problem parsing this package" error, if I try and install them. Is there any APK that works with MIUI 10?

Hey, I don't know exactly can be installed pixel launcher in miui rom. 1year ago i could not. best experince about it is installing custom rom 8,9 android version like nitrogen , they are based pixel launcher experince but are not as good as miui performance and battery usage.
how do you get miui version 10 rom?
latest update miui is 9.6.2.0 stable version.
there are some ported miui 10 from cooker but as i know kenzo Goodix fingerprint now working
I've tried most of the custom ROMs already and I've been using the pixel 2 launcher with those ROMs but I went back to miui 10 to try it out. Also, I'm not using stable ROM, there's a developer ROM available from the MIUI forum, I think it is MIUI 10 v8.9.20.

I have the fpc model and yes my fingerprint is working perfectly in Miui 10.
Anyone knows if can i install magisk and use gcam on miui 11 global?
With camera 2 probe i saw that camera2api state are the same as miui 10, but i haven't tried to install it because i don't know if can i install magisk on miui 11.

sorry for being a total noob but what would you miss if you download an older version for android 7 ...gcam 5.something ?
+ what the hell is magisk ,so i don't need to change my rom to have a working gcam ??

No matter what you do none of the GCam APKs on MIUI will work, not only on 10 but 11 neither.. last MIUI for Mido with GCam support was MIUI 9 and since GCam APKs minSDK is way higher than the Nougat we have officially for Mido this is the end of the story.
Does anyone know of a good gcam port that works on Vince on a pie rom (currently using sex) and has all features working?
I've been using gcam 7.4104 version for 3-4 months and now want to upgrade the gcam as have upgraded to miui 12.

You can use GCam by BSG or san1ty. Red bold colored are stable.
