Is there any ROM for (H860), and can I flash (H850) firmware or any custom ROM on (H860)?!!

You have to use only H860 ROMs for your device and No there's no root.
Nougat is coming in a few days and you can find in the Guide Section all the infos about H860 Firmwares and how to update them with some tools

H960A is now fully unlocked on MM, but no one care
for now there is no rom at all except official MM from LG.

for example h850 ? or h830
You need to have custom recovery.
I think only 830 and 850 have custom recovery.
