[HELP] Bootloop after downgrade stock ROM - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone I messed up my phone trying to root. Here is what happened,
I wanted my phone rooted to delete some useless app so I flash Supersu.zip to my phone with TWRP (bdw phone is 'Vestel VenĂ¼s v3 5010')
But it did not work and phone stuck at boot-loop than I flash stock rom but that wasn't same rom but it was compatible(Chipset is Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 MSM8909 so I used QFIL). Phone was working good but than a notification appeared it was update to nougat from marshmallow. Update ended up with error and I tried update manually I found the rom and update it.
It worked too but WiFi, Bluetooth, and Hotspot didn't work so I flashed old Rom but this time phone didn't open stuck at boot-loop. I tried all roms which compatible with this phone but only nougat one works.
I guess boot.img didn't work because internal storage has one file and it's name is TWRP
I tried wipe every partition in TWRP.
I can't use Nougat rom because system took lots of space
I installed drivers
I am trying to unbrick for 2 days and I am not sure what I tried.
I am out of idea please help.
Sorry if my language not good.

[Q] Lenovo s820 stuck at boot animation after flashing rom

Hello!
I had problems with my lenovo s820 network signal so I tried to flash different roms. My phone is CN version, I downloaded firstly older rom, but network coverage was bad again so I flashed kitkat from needrom.
It was working fine but problems with network still persisted so I tried to flash the backup of the rom that came with the phone. It was working before, but now I am stuck in animation logo and phone stays there, no restart no nothing.
I downloaded the rom through SP Flashtools Download (DA DL Checksums).
Little help will be much appreciated. Thank you!
The original rom that came with the phone was 1.0 1427 ( I think). I made a full backup of it through sp flash tools and after that droid tools (like the guide here in the forum). After that I flashed vibe 2.0 latest from needrom (I flashed it through CWM and it worked great). Since I couldn't root it I tried to flash back my older rom (that came with the phone). I did it with 3.13 with DA DL Checksums. After that when it didnt work I tried same with latest flashtools (5.13).
Someone suggested that I make factory/data reset and wipe cache but problem is I have no recovery on the phone (it enters factory mode). WHen I try to flash recovery with the scatter inside the recovery it says error 8038 (also for another roms). Do you think this is the solution of the problem and is it possible that I use the scatter file from my backup of the initial rom (untick all except recovery) and select the recovery image to install?).
I am afraid that I replace something and make things even wors.
Edit: The backup is working since I already did 2 flashes from it before.
Best Wishes!

Bricked lenovo Tab 2 a 7-10

Hi,
Last night my lenovo tab 2 a 7-10 got an update, i downloaded the update and proceed to restart and install it, the update failed at around 90% and the tab rebooted, its now stuck at recovery, factor reset/wiping cache did not help, im unable to flash a rom as SP Flash tools cant detect it even after installing all the necessary drivers and also when i press the volume down button when connecting to my PC, is it possible to flash a stock rom via recovery? if so, can anyone send me the link for the stock rom, should be a zip file i think? i have already download a stock rom from "forum.mytabletguru.com" but its in rar format and i cant flash it using SP flash tools as already mentioned before, thanks in advance
PS: im not an advanced user, so using ADB is out of the question, the tab is not rooted and lenovo service center is like a 100 miles away so its not an option
Edit: i was able to download the latest lollipop rom T2-A7-10F_S000044_ROW_TO_T2-A7-10F_S000054_150801_ROW_WC69.zip and successfully updated via recovery

I have successfully flashed the stock lollipop rom, the steps are simple, download the rom, copy to ext sd card, boot into stock recovery, install from sd card and choose stock rom.zip, took about 10 minutes and drained a lot of battery, so i advice you to charge your tab before doing so.

Edit: this will remove root access

Red Honor Bootlogo & Marshmallow Update Questions

Hello there I have a couple questions regarding to the red honor boot logo and also on how to update from a stock rom with TWRP and root ( also a couple of system modifications ) to the new B331 update.
So heres the rundown, when I first got my honor 5x I did not spend too much time on the stock rom I went ahead and rooted my phone and installed TWRP then made a backup of my stock rom (B151) no modifications other than SuperSU being installed. After that I went ahead and installed CM13 nightlies and updated mostly everyday up until the build July-18-16. I had adoptable storage enabled with my 32GB SD card and I totally forgot to disable the adoptable option before I reverted to my stock backup so when I went onto TWRP and tried to restore my backup I always got an error where it said something along the lines " error; could not find system" but instead of it backing out it continued to restore and bricked my phone. I had a somewhat clever idea to flash any build of CM13 I had on my computer and guess what it booted then I disabled the adoptable storage and booted back onto TWRP restored my backup and everything was fine until it booted and I noticed the honor boot logo had a red "h". I found that weird since I have restored my backup previously and that never happened. Anyone knows what it could mean and how to fix it?
My second question is how should I go about updating to B331? Should I download the stock recovery B151 ( since that is what shipped with my phone and is what my backup is) then revert to my near stock backup, flash stock recovery and unroot then update through cslA's B331 instructions? Or should I somehow fix the red honor boot logo then go ahead with what I stated above or is this all done differently? I am not a newbie at these kind of things I just moved onto more important things in life and simply want to update my phone. My needs for flashing new roms daily are over and I just simply like huawei's UI as it just "works" for me. Thanks to anyone who responds anything is appreciated as I can't seem to get my old skills working again. Haha:laugh:
Fibgerprint aint working right? U cant go back to stock with just a normal twrp backup. Install an update.app through dload for your region and then apply the twrp backup.. Make sure you are on B151 Recovery!

No, my fingerprint is working... I just wanted to go back to stock ROM with root and that's what I got just now I have a red honor bootlogo. Now I want to update to marshmallow but I have a fear that even if I follow the steps onto reverting to stock I may brick it because of the red bootlogo.
So what you are saying is I should download my B151 recovery and firmware to revert to stock then update and from there I should root and install TWRP?

Custom Roms Not working

Okay so recently I flashed PIT file and stock firmware because earlier flashing stock firmware connection broke and my phone soft bricked , Anyways Now that its working again I have flashed twrp and Super SU but Anything other that wont work, Ive tried almost every custom rom but either the phones screen gets blank or blinks twice and enters twrp again or just gets stuck in a bootloop forever, Same with Xposed, Screen goes blank and the Xposed for Samsung by wanam Wont even flash, twrp says Updater process error 1, Any help would be greatly appreciated,
PS The stock rom is working perfectly, I just want to flash a custom rom like Noble 8 or nemesis. Thanks

Stuck in bootloop after trying to flash from international ROM to China ROM

I tried flashing the China ROM since the international one was having lots of problems using the simple local updates procedure since one user confirmed it worked perfectly, unfortunately it didn't work for me. It did seem to install but i'm stuck in the "Be Yourself" screen and the pictures screen as well. I can go in recovery mode but i didn't have TWRP installed. I think it wasn't a good idea since it went from Android Nougat (7.1.1) to Android Marshmallow (6.0.1)
I tried wiping all data in recovery mode but it keeps saying "wiping failed" even after i try to reboot it.
How do i fix this???

Is it possible to still flash the china marshmallow ROM after i go back to 7.1?
As the China roms of devices are banned Don the forum you will better off on the oem website.
Tried to change ROM on my Z11 to the Chinese version too .... and stuck in bootloop too
The only way to have a functionnal phone went to go back to the global rom (that hopefully I had on my computer), via Nubia recovery and OTG stick.
The error I got was that the phone was unable to mount /data and /sdcard, for unknown reason.

Since the stock roms are encrypted by default u'll have to try formatting first then u might flash the rom.
If u can unlock biotloader and flash twrp then it'll be even better for further modding.
