Just one question .. I noticed that there is a root included inside the rom .. Can I install magisk ?

I noticed a big lag in the boot process .. also in starting apps after rom booted.. Also in loading desktop widgets after botting. Any one else?

Hey. At the moment, the best rom for me. Everything works fine. I do not know it is a bug or not, QS flip animation only works when the curtain is fully open. And the increasing ring volume of the call does not work. Thanks you for the build this rom.

I have no such problem. Reinstall the system.
Navbar button transparency in SmartBar mode not working, using Fling mode for now, transparency for fling logo works, just FYI, great ROM
Is there a way to only apply transparency to navbar instead to buttons?

About these roms
For personal reasons and to learn, I started to compile from official sources my android roms for my first Nexus, the Nexus 4. I continue now by compiling different roms for the Nexus 5 and Oneplus One.
I hardly change anything in the roms, I just compile standard roms and I includes features for testing before they are made available by the official roms or just because I think it's usefull.
Instructions
If you are coming from stock Lollipop / another rom
Go to recovery (CWM or TWRP)
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Install ROM
Install Gapps (Slim Gapps or TK Gapps recommended)
Install Super SU (Optional)
Reboot and enjoy
If you are coming from a previous version of one of these roms (officials or these one), just flash the rom and wipe cache/dalvik.

A Hover like is already in Slimkat (Heads Up Notifications), and I prefer LSN (Lockscreen Notifications) than Peek, so I won't implement it, sorry ...

disable adaptive backlight
This is the smoothest rom I have ever had on my oneplus!
It also doesn't throttle wifi like the stock cm11s it seems.
Is there a way to turn off adaptive backlight and the capacitive buttons other than setting the actions to none?

It is possible in the slimsber rom.
Its annoying because the status bar will sometimes expand behind the software keys.

Love this ROM. Only issue I seem to be having is that my battery is draining much faster on this one. Was on cyanide previously.
So far, I'm liking the ROM. I am having an issue getting GAPPS to work. I have tried a few different ones and the Play store does not work and asks for Play Services. When I install Play Services, it constantly crashes and I can't use any Google apps at all and have to uninstall Services. Does anyone have a link to the GAPPS they used that work with this ROM?

The only glitches I've come across are in the ROM control, you will get an FC when going to User Interface then trying to tap on AOKP Animations or Transparency Porn. Other than that, like I said in the OP, everything I've tried seems to work.
The bug in Rom Control that caused an FC in animations and transparency porn are now fixed, so knock yourself out! Have a good night

an another more general question: whenever i rebot my phone it always starts into TeamWin 3.2.1-0. i have to choose 'reboot - bootloader' then. did i do anythign wrong?

I don't use the stock widgets so I didn't come across that bug but it's happening to me too so it's nothing on your end. Ones in the play store work fine.
AFA your restarting, go into developer options and turn on advanced restart. That way, you'll get the option to restart the system instead of going into TWRP.
ROM is smooth and faster , I've noticed this, toast notifications are not visible properly. Also no customizations for status bar clock. I know this will be rectified in the future builds but just informing. Great work mate keep it up

Rom runs smooth. Very fast. Stable enough.
Problems detected (in my XT1687 US version)
1 - Proximity sensor don't work. (WORKS, but not available in config)
2 - Not all widgets in home screen works. IE, stock digital clock and trebuchet launcher ends in "problems loading widget" . In Google launcher, work fine.
More feedback soon. Really a great job. Near all things works. Rom is really fast and performance is good.

The ROM is almost prefect except that VOLTE is not working on T-Mobile.
The rom works smooth, I love the added UI elements. I cannot gwt the edge lighting to work though!

It is a great rom, it is a pity that some applications detect that it is rooted when it is not
Good room. I only wish it was more customozible, like more accent colors, battery icons, or the such.

I installed arnova's gcam, which works great on pie roms, but in this it is having focus issues. I also tried ultracam, it have same focus issues, except that everything works fine. BTW thanks for the awesome rom.
