NEW Update
I somehow got the ril to boot up and received sms-es, But the tinkering i had to do was too much....
Create a custom partition
copy efs from my s7 edge
scripts to mount efs during boot
Alas this cannot be shared as that would expose my samsung phone's imei..
So lets wait for A6s's ONEUI release which should work like a charm..
Cheers
You can download the ROM here

If you are asking that question on an alpha rom with no ril then you should educate yourself a bit

you should add notes that install rom will wipe storage
it wiped my everything now... what a headache

Tested on multirom and it's working! Thx a lot!

Don't blame the dev!

Looking good, awesome work! Hope you figure out a way to get RIL working

How did you do? can you please tell me?

Just flashed a few hours ago. It's awesome, great work and kuddos to you!
Pros:
-Animations are snappy and fluid
-Aesthetics are really nice
-custom kernels work (specifically extreme coz that's the only one i tried)
Cons:
-Not sure if it's just me, but rom is not detecting my external sd card, it's asking me to format it. Twrp recognizes my external sd card though.
-can't remember if it's mentioned in op, but fp scanner is not working as well.
-vibrate option doesn't stick
Overall, a great rom! Good enough to daily drive, but since it's not detecting my sd card, i'm just gonna wait for the update!
Hope you continue on improving on this amazing rom! ??
PS: forgot to mention, can't login to google account as well, always giving a black screen. I think updating android system webview should solve it though.

I didn't blame him, it's my fault.
Just suggest that he could mention that in OP. Better for other peoples do reseach before flashing. We don't want thread be flooded with format storage comments.

Does development continue?

Does voLTE work in this rom?
This rom is super stable. Only one thing that I noticed is it lags a bit. Basically there is a response time delay after the touch screen is pressed.

Hello Sandeep bro. Not going to ask about 4g on dual sim anymore and I already migrated to your StarOS rom. The thing now is that I can't seem to activate soft key navbar on that rom although I edited the build.prop to "qemu.hw.mainkeys=0". Why I don't use hardware keys? Cause it can't seem to detect touch a long time ago for me. Is there any workaround for this problem.
I'm sorry if my question is out of the topic but I'm afraid that you wouldn't answer my question on needrom as you said not going to post any rom there anymore. I'm a fan of your works [emoji22]

Surprisingly, I got into bootloop after wiping dalvik.
Fresh install the rom again. Going straight to editing build.prop and wiping dalvik give no results. Frustrating and this is the first time build.prop editing didnt worked for me.
Guess I'm going back to rom hunting while waiting for your aicp 12.1 bug fixes. Pls post more rom on needrom especially ported roms (I like them). Dont give a damn about what people says. You got many fans. Sorry cant give any donations as Im just 17 (not working yet) [emoji1]

But when I remove one of them, I have no antenna => It means this ROM doesn't work with one sim card.

Woivods RR builds

Hi all,
I'm opening this thread so we can have a place to discuss Woivods builds (given he doesn't have a profile here on xda)
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=158510
12.7 Build:
Can it first boot with gapps flashed?
Does the default theme work?
Performance/battery life compared to @fedosis Los?
He has an account in xda. He is @Krik88
It's because of SOME selfish individuals that make devs afraid to publish they Developments here, asking for ETAs, going off topic, creating a mess and n00bing about
Well in any case, ill probably test his latest build later today. So I'll post my findings
So just finished setting up woivods RR
1. Clean flashed rom and gapps, got bootloop, rebooted to twrp, changed timezone and rebooted. It booted to google wizard. Again rebooted and wiped again everything except system, booted properly
2. Default theme still broken, but if you don't change it your good
3. Kernel looks the same as fedosis so it should be good
This rom has a built-in weather provider so that's nice. Will update in a day or two about battery life
The rom is getting better with every new build. Thank you for it @Krik88
Nice build. FM working, default theme working, volte working.
Two bug:
1. Reboot to recovery not working
2. Video call bag
Solutions: flash zip of both bug. After that both working.
Overall best build of RR by wovoid. Thanks dev.

Have you tried the patches at @fedosis 's G-Drive?
If not then try the ' AppsBoot fix' and Video Call fix.
PS: Sorry I didn't notice this line "Solutions: flash zip of both bug. After that both working."
Yes you can take the both zip from @fedosis build
Does any1 know how to fix the default theme?

Pre-rooted?
Hi,
Can anyone answer below queries about the ROM.
1) Is it pre-rooted?
2) Build Date of the ROM
I need this info as I cant access my corporate mails on rooted phone and/or build date before may 2017. Currently using fedosis LOS and I am happy with that as well. Just want to taste RR as well
Thanks

Hi everyone, I hope you are fine, well I have some questions about this built
1. How is the stability? i'ts recommended for daily use?
2. The IR blaster works?
3. The built needs fixes? And if it needs them, where can I find them?
Sorry I'm new in XDA and I'm a little lost with this topic about fixes hahaha, Thanks for the help! :good:
*I saw something about Arkamys pathes, but I don't have any idea of what's that haha

No other patch is needed
@Krik88
So I've tried to fix the default theme by flashing 19/04 build of teamghost then dirty flashing your latest build and the default theme worked properly.!
Buut the weather plugin broke so i had to wipe everything except system and now its broken again

I know, fedosis' rom is the only functional rom... That is just my opinion. Everything works, just the camera has some issues. Haven't found any better... Till now

[ROM][SM-T825][UNOFFICIAL] LineageOS 15.1 | Android 8.1 20180719

I'm not responsible for any damage to your device of any sort.
By flashing this you take responsibility of anything that happens.
Process at your own risk!
If you want to check firmware - please make backup. Better to store all partitions, at least efs and may be modem.
Instructions
1. Install twrp
2. Download the zip(s) - firmware and Google Apps additional package (optional)
3. Backup all partitions (it least efs) and store somewhere - it need to do - because you can loose imei
4. Full wipe all
5. Flash firmware and gapps
Known Issues

Wipe data and cache (required if you switch from other ROMs)
Flash the vendor image
Flash the latest build (then gapps and magisk if needed)
Reboot
How to update builds?
Do not wipe anything unless stated in the changelog
Flash only the rom.zip and it will automatically reinstall your gapps, magisk etc
use /system/addon.d if you would like to keep system mods after an update

No, i haven't tried myself but i think i saw something about dual boot for s9 somewhere so should be easy to port over.
This is my daily driver now, dont think i will be using stock firmware again as this has everything i need.
Also if you dualboot alongside stock firmware im sure there will be a vendor mismatch problem.
ARK2 is what it is based on, any other vendors will either not boot at all or will break the cameras.

The reason why I want to dual boot is to not lose my data which is work related (some apps cant be simply reinstalled), but i really want to install your ROM!
Ill take a look and see if there is a way!

Battery life for me is very similar compared to stock, but my phone feels much faster, benchmarks score around the same only slightly higher.
If you are unrooted i don't think there is a safe way to backup your app data.
I hope my request is not a burdensome one to you but can you make a build for the korean version of note 9 (N960N)?
great developer, awesome rom - fast, nce and smooth........
Interesting .. Is HWC fixed now?
Nvm just saw your comment on HWC. Hopefully 16 comes sooner then later. Thanks for taking your time to release some new updated Asop goods.

HWC is not broken on oreo
Hell yes !! Thanks to the dev to make it possible ! Just a few questions about the spen before flashing that masterpiece
Are the spen and its features fully compatible with the rom just like the stock one or will I need to do some manipulations to get it ? And how about the spen smoothness in general ?
Thanks in advance

The Spen works well and will act like a mouse like it does in all aosp roms, it works to hover it over the screen and sensitivity is good, but the button won't work.

Yeah I understand what you mean. Not gonna lie that a bit frustrating. I'm a daily user of the Spen and that's way I was asking for it. I mean almost all its features are there excepting that button.. Anyway I will probably flash that one but do you know if it would be possible to make that button work in the future ?

I highly doubt AOSP will support the bluetooth button charging etc, as it's a samsung specific thing
for the S-Pen, I have been using AOSP rom 8.1
if you love AOSP and have a good reason to flash it, then it is possible to gain back some of the spen features in AOSP, not as smooth as in Sammy's Roms but ok, I posted what i did here, there is even a video showing what I did. it involves root, and xposed, (now ed exposed)
as for the spen bluetooth capability, the Spen is still active and recharges by itself. if you download nRF connect or lightblue apps from playstore, once you click the button you can see the pen as a bluetooth device SPEN (0D27) ZK, through these apps you can even subscribe to the service and get notifications when the button is pressed, so techinically speaking if someone has app development knowledge this can be done easily. to my limited knowledge I documented what I have discovered here
I have suggested to nRF connect App devs if they can have a tasker plugin so we upon a spen button click we can use tasker to make different actions, they reacted positively, the dev mentioned that they might work on it but might take some time since they are short resourced. but been some time since.
I did a funny workaround once, they keep the log in data/data/no.nordicsemi.android.log/databases, so when that file changes you can read the line change and read the button event, and trigger a tasker action.
its doable, just needs a proper dev that works on it. an AOSP spen remote, or even a custom BLE notification tasker plugin if he wants to make it universal and target alot of devices such as smartwatches..
last note: if the spen works funny in landscape, there is a post in the same thread showing how to fix it.
@Synt4x.93 I will flash this rom today.. Thank you for the awesome work..
