[HELP] Samsung S8 won't downgrade security patch level from January 1, 2019 - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I just downgraded my Samsung Galaxy S8 from its latest android patch, Android 9 (pie) to an older version that was released on September 2018. But I notice that the security patch level of my android won't downgrade from January 1, 2019. Is there any solutions.
Additional info:
I downgraded my device using Odin

why would you want to downgrade the security patch level? :/

[Q] Google Security Patches

Why there are no Google Security Patches update for my MediaPad M5 8.4.
The last update was on 1 August 2018.
My Mate 10 Pro, already updated to 1 October 2018 Google Security patched.
It seems update for MediaPad series are very slow.
I received an OTA update last week from my SHT-W09 8.4" M5. That contained the September security patch.
C432 variant just released 8.0.0.191 with November 2018 Security Patch.

Question Latest Software version

What is the latest software version for this device? I just got a Moto Edge+ 2022 XT2201-3 direct from Motorola and it only upgraded to February 2023, build S3SHS32.12-41-4-4... Is that the latest version?
I thought this device had Android 13 already...
