I am currently working on flashing EU firmware for RVL-AL09. I only found CN firmwares for now. I will add as much as possible to this thread.
While EU version started to shipped on EU from 21st of March I am sure soon we will have firmwares available shortly.

There will never be EU firmware for the Honor Note 10.
Honor Note 10 is only for Chinese Market.

I need help with the offline pie update
Am failing to get the pie update on my honor note 10. Am john from Uganda and +256793981353 is my whatsapp number while [email protected] is my email.
Was thinking of the offline update instead of OTA however risky it is.. I have never tried it either. Please advise accordingly

Honestly I'm not familiar with your model, so my suggestion is: download Firmware Finder from the Play Store, and check for the latest firmware available it automatically detects your model, gives you a list with all the updates available (both incremental and full OTA), and this way you are sure to choose the right file.
ypu can download latest firmware from huawei site and flash it manually to update

i have a curiosity, i'm in italy so europe, device L09. i cant agree to beta test program beacause closed. so my question is: if anyone on oreo go on updater then download most recent update.zip and upload it everywehere or send me i can install it without problems with the emui recovery?

today i updated my Honor 10 from COL-L29C432B151 (8.1.0.151) to COL-L29C432E4R1P9B159 (9.0.0.159).
At build no it now shows COL-LGRP2-OVS 9.0.0.177.
But it still tells me that there is an update available (which won't OTA because device is rooted etc.)
I thought i used the latest version available
At Firmware finder is see
Col-L29DC10E3R1P13T8B177 (9.0.0.177),COL-LGRP2-OVS 9.0.0.177 as OTA-MF and
Col-L29DC10E3R1P13T8B177 (9.0.0.177) as FullOTA-MF (what i think i need).
Do i have to update to one of those
I think that's the small update for fixing camera app and call issue.
It looks like you get an Firmware for another device? Firmwarefinder (Andropidapp) Shows only .159. for the Honor 10 COL-L29C432.

Why is the regional code C432 missing?
Can i now flash every firmware?

i think this is for russia.
The latest firmware i can find for col-l29c432 is the one i just flashed yesterday: COL-L29C432E4R1P9B159 (9.0.0.159)
So why is my phone showing an available patch?
Don't they create a new firmware for every patch?
Or is the latest one just missing in huawei firmware finder?

Mine's now also on the latest patch: 9.0.0.159(patch01) and not showing update available any more.
But it still doesn't show C432 and the other stuff..?

Hi, I have a Global Honor 10 with Emui 9. I tried to update it at latest firmware but I noticed a change in Firmware Finder. Although my model is set correctly in the app, firmwares show a different name. I have a COL L29 C636 E2R1P12 model, in Firmware Finder now I see COL LGRP2 OVS. The strange thing is that firmwares are supposed to be approved for my smartphone but if I update using an update.zip downloaded from FF, at reboot Honor 10 go on soft brick and in Info Model I can't see Honor 10 as model but Porshe Mate Rs. So Firmware Finder is not as useful as in the past? Where can I looking for correct firmwares for my model? Thanks
I suggest find the stock firmware and flash via fastboot. Then just update the phone over OTA. Still waiting for the March security updates

I have a Honor 20 Pro bought from China, with Chinese firmware. I would like to change a global firmware. Problem is I don't know witch is the correct version. In the firmware finder of huawei says my compatible firmware is YAL-LGRP2-OVS. In the engineer menu says I have installed YAL-LGRP1-CHN.
Its the same phone? Its possible flash yal-lgrp2 in my phone yal-lgrp1?

LGRP1-CHN for Asian models and LGRP2-OVS for Global models
You can´t flash Global Rom on China Version.
