[Q] Register - Help please!

First of all I just want to say HI and Merry X-MAS to everyone and also a happy new year , now lets cut to the chase I have asked a few times on the bord how can I solve my problem about not getting signal , now i found in this evening that actually the phone doesn`t register to the network, I was experienced the problem so I boot the android to see if it is a wimo or rom problem, android found the network but couldn`t register just like wimo. Now I found out that it might be a IMEI problem like is blacklisted because it was stolen I also contact the HTC support but no answer yet is there any way to solve this problem ? From my little knowledge I think the phone what i thought it was new to be branded and unlocked before it arrived to me so maybe i can re-unlock it or something ? Also is there a way to find if it was branded or stolen i can provide my sn and imei if it helps ... Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad English ....
To start with I'd contact your service provider. They could possibly check if the IMEI is blacklisted. If not HTC support should be able to.
My service provider is USELESS ... I just hope I could find a solution for this
You spoke to them?
What did they say?
You said it was stolen. Did you report it as stolen?
I said IT MIGHT be stolen couldn`t get in touch with them ...

You need to - sorry, but they're the answer. Nothing on here will help if your IMEI has been blocked, and they're the only people that can tell if that's the case.
What he said ^ ^
It's the only way. Keep getting onto them! If not try taking it into a store?

IMEI Fix due to new motherboard?

Hi guys !
A few weeks ago, I accidentally deadbricked my Galaxy Note I717 (known in Singapore as the Note 1 LTE/N7005) , so I sent it to a repair shop to get the whole motherboard replaced. I just got it back yesterday, and I could not get a stable signal at all , only LTE and GSM on rare occasions for a few minutes. I checked the IMEI and found out that the software's IMEI did not match the one printed on the back of the phone.
Any ideas how can I get this issue fixed WITHOUT buying a 3rd party SDT Box or such items?
Thanks !
From what I know, replacing the motherboard is like getting a different phone. So, you may need to contact your service provider and tell them that you repaired your phone. See if they can update your account to make your service work on the phone.
