Ulefone Armor 2 <--- Doogee Y7 Plus ROM PORT - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hi, I want to ask someone with experience about possibility of porting rom from DOOGEE Y7 PLUS to ULEFONE ARMOR 2.
https://www.doogee.cc/detail/y-series_y7-plus/147
http://ulefone.com/products/armor2/spec.html
Both devices are on MTK Helio P25 cpu, 6gb RAM, 64GB storage.
I don;t know brands of parts used inside but there can't be too many differences.
Is it possible ? If yes then how hard would it be to do it. Maybe some advices about procedure?
Thanks

I was thinking about the same thing but I don't know enough about porting to make it work. :/

Doogee Custom ROMs?

Hi,
So I just got the Y300. I don't see any dedicated sections on here for Doogees, not surprising, they're still so new and small.
Does anyone else own this device? Or is getting it? Or any other Doogee owners got much to say about custom ROMs?
If you haven't seen this device before but are curious: http://www.doogee.cc/products-detail.php?ProId=68&Cate=5
It was released around April-ish 2016, it has the same CPU (MTK 6735) as:
ZTE Blade D6: http://www.kimovil.com/en/where-to-buy-zte-blade-d6
Acer Liquid Z530: http://www.kimovil.com/en/where-to-buy-acer-liquid-z530
LG K8: http://www.kimovil.com/en/where-to-buy-lg-k8-4g
Sony Xperia E5: http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_xperia_e5-8113.php
Cortex®-A53™ x 4 - MTK 6735 (Quad-core set at 1Ghz, max clock up to 1.3Ghz)
2GB DDR RAM
Mali T720 GPU
32GB ROM
5" 720p screen
p.s. if anyone knows of any guides for using MTK Tools in CLEAR ENGLISH, that would be appreciated. :good: There's few guides out there that I've seen, a couple in poor English and I know how easy it is to brick devices...
Thanks

I'm looking for same thing, where you able to find any?

Teclast X80 Pro ( E6E9 ) 8-inch Android / Windows root

http://www.teclast.com/en/zt/X80Pro/
Looking for a clean way to root the Teclast X80 Pro ( E6E9 ).
The E6E9 model seems to be a very new one that I couldn't find any discussion about.
This is an inexpensive Android / Windows dual-boot tablet running Intel hardware. It has no GPS. Speaker and cameras are poor. Battery life can be better. But otherwise it has a high resolution screen and 2GB RAM. I want to root it while maintaining Dual Boot.
Thanks for any help.
hello, have you any firmware or flash for this E6E9?
Do we have any Teclast X80 Pro (E6E9) users here?
I'm looking for the best Android ROM, but it is very difficult to find one.
Can I ask you for help?

Any device similar to Pixi 4 6 9001x Qualcomm So I can port a Rom?

Hi all,
As the title suggest, are there any phones out there that have a snapdragon 210 qualcomm process with a custom rom that I can port to my phone?
I found a rom for a pxi 4 6 mediatek chip but I know that wont be compatible with my phone. I cant find any other roms for my particular device online, I have it rooted and I have a TWRP coming soon but no custom rom.
Would appreciate some feedback and help if possible.
Thanks,

Oppo a3s firmware on Realme C1

Since there are no significant differences in hardware specifications between Oppo A3s (2GB RAM) and realme C1,
is it possible to use firmware of oppo a3s
on realme c1?

Click to collapse
The hardware specifications might be same, but since, oppo has locked all possibilities to unlock bootloader on a3s, it is hard. Personal advice: don't do it. Color OS is just trash. I would rather advice you to flash pixel experience custom recovery. It's much more lighter and better
