[Background] Real X-ray of PF1 - Xiaomi Poco F1 Themes, Apps, and Mods

Hello.
Snuck an x-ray of the Poco at work, makes a great background.
This is just a bad stitch since I didn't have the time to do a medical grade export. Probably will have the time do do a full export sometime this month.
I am not a the time allowed to share the link, but posting the image seems to work.

Amazing, was looking for that when I got the phone then I gave up
Thanks for sharing, awaiting your full export eagerly!

I made it to Poco F1's resolution, and added some effects.

Really nice but it's the wrong side - Backside. XRay from Front - Displayside would be more accurate.

I'm sorry but that is not how x-rays work, this is taken with the screen facing the tube. The problem lays within the display, it's not really made of anything solid.
I could theoretically do an exposure that would show the screen, but it just would not look so good.

Dude, I am not the one who took the X-ray. read OP.
and You really don't know how X-ray works.

Yes you are right..... I'm so sorry. Yes, i am no specialist in XRay so please forgive me.

Love this wallpaper. Unique and distinct.

I've printed it out, because I have a see-through glass cover! So it's entering my rotation of custom covers! Thanks OP

[Q] Any hardware hacks for front-facing camera?

Just noticed that the Galaxy S is one phone that found a hack for a front facing camera. Of course it's a different device and everything, but I was wondering if there have been any tech-savvy members here to have looked into the possibility of a front facing camera for the HD2.

The HD2 doesn't have a front facing camera. How can software change that?
what are those two little circle lenses at the top of the phone... on the left of the ear / listening grid?
proximity sensor and light sensor
ah ok awesome!

hardware hacks Means modding equipment physically NOT via software.
With the huge screen and as thin as the HD2 is, I doubt you could find room for a front cam. From a software perspective, it wouldn't be a huge leap. But hardware-wise, it's like trying to jump the grand canyon on a ten speed

Down side to covering the noise cancelling mic?

Looks like it is going to be awhile before the case I want is out. I can get the international version of it now. But like others have pointed out it covers the top noise cancelling mic. If I do that what exactly is that going to do?

Not much. You can also cut a hole in these cases carefully and use them if you are really concerned.

Yeah the focal point is off, it was hard to tell from the viewfinder when the picture is pretty much a black on black reflective object . I didn't want to spend the time shooting it again, but you can see the hole.

Yep, that's the one.

Pink: http://www.ebay.com/itm/PINK-REAR-H...ccessories&hash=item3f0ea541a1#ht_1956wt_1037

Hey, they added more colors (blue, black, and "red") were the only ones when I bought mine. That red appears to be masquerading as orange.
I'd imagine you could also accomplish something very similar with a Dremel tool and the right bit.
Or if you want the $0.10 solution, a paperclip and lighter.

white lines with spaces all over screen

Ok got a question for all you Prime owners. Before i ask the question let me just say i love my prime no issues for me just lil things but nothing major. If my screen is off and light hits it the right way there are these little fine white lines all over the screen from top to bottom. From the start of the screen to the end.You can also see them when the screen is on if you look hard enough.Anybody else have this problem.Got mines from gamestop.
Not trying to be a ****, but how in any way does this belong in the Development section?
Wrong section. But that's the touch screen grid, don't worry about it.
i just noticed i posted in the wrong forum thought i was in the other.Mods sorry about this if you can remove i would appreciateit thanks.

Ok thanks.Thought it was something else.Yours have this.
its used to find where your fingers magnetic field is coming in contact with the screen which is how capacitive multi-touch screens work, on some devices its very visible like my prime and inspire but others like the iPhone you can't see it at all but I kind of like it I think it looks cool

[Q] Water Sensor / Indicator is Pink. Is this normal?

Hello fellow Xperia Z Ultra owners. I was looking at the humidity / water sensor / indicator on the phone next to the SD Card slot and it is a feint pink color. Is this normal, or is it normally completely white? Thanks for your help!

No... not normal!!
-Red indicates water contact on the actual detection paper.
-White indicates no water contact on the detection paper.
Pink indicates humidity present, which maybe considered normal after say... 6 months ??
(Mine is pure white, and have had it in the water many times)
Q. Where have you had this device??
Thanks!

Hi hamdogg. Thanks for your reply. I actually bought the phone used off of Swappa.com.
You've given me some great info. I think I should return the phone, although I do love it, which is a bummer.
Thanks again!

Well noticed, op, yeah, I'd send it back too. Warranty won't be honoured. Be OK if it was over 12 months old but not this new.

That is awesome, was this a difficult process? Just curious as I hate the idea of a non removable battery and would like to hope I could tear it down and replace it myself if needed.
:Funny thing...
This is what 75 percent of owners have said has happened to their phone, after a 3 inch drop onto a goose-down pillow
This phone looks good even when torn down!

Was thinking the same thing
You've got bigger cajones than me. This sort of stuff is far too fiddly for my liking
If it ain´t broke, don´t fix it Take good care and use a protective case and your phone will be good for at least 2 years ( until you get to choose a new device from your mobile provider ).
I have to say the battery is fiercely glued in. If you want to see how to change the battery, you can come to Witrigs.com/blog to see the process. Hope it does help.

Is there any information regarding the headphone jack audio amplifier chip?
The most intimidating thing about taking this apart is the glass over the camera area. Sure, I might get it out but not breaking it in the process is going to be tough much less getting it back without the glue looking like crap.

That's the beauty of the N6p. No provider needed.....you can buy a new one whenever you want!
