if you mean that i can download thw APK to my device, i do that alote!
i'm aware of this problem.
but its not the problem in this phone case.
this error that i get ("this app does not mach your hardware") can come only from downloaded APK that tries to install itself....
otherwise i wont see the app in google store at all.

Download and install Apps directly at Huawei App Gallery.

AL00 No Playstore

Hi guys, I just got my Mate 10 ALP-AL00 with pure chinese ROM, no Playstore, no Google Apps whatsoever. How do I install Google Apps and which type should I choose (full/micro/nano)? Any help would be appreciated.
Oh man you should buy L29

(Un)fortunately it's a gift, I had no choice from the very beginning.
you can download play store .apk and install normally
all google services are disabled in china so you will need to flash european or american rom
Follow this guide
You could rebrand to L29 - you can do this through FunkyHuawei (it costs), but you could also install Google Services:

However, this works! Just install Playstore directly from HiApp and there you go. Unfortunately, some few apps can't be installed from Playstore. It says downloading but no progress whatsoever. Doesn't really matter though, only very minor apps. Thanks for the advice!
I have the Chinese version as well ALP-AL 00
all I did was grab the Google play a PK file from X DA side loaded onto my phone and everything works beautifully.
Luckily the Google services that I use are very minimal. I use the play store Google games Google hangouts that's about it and for everything that I just listed works beautifully no problems.
No need to rebrand your phone or any of that nonsense to get Google play services working on your Chinese branded phone enjoy.

You don't need to install GMS on Mate 10, it's built in.
If you can't download app from Play Store, try give all permissions in Settings -> Apps & notifications -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Permissions.

You need to allow the built in download app to download file bigger than 50 using mobile data, else some app wont downloaded until you get connected to wifi
Also allow storage permission for play store
Huawei send an update OTA to AL 00 and now the PlayStore didn´t work anymore (before update all was fine, installed PlayStore from HiApp). Now it´s impossible to load any Google app from Huawei HiApp Store. manually installation didn´t work, too. Install runs, but connect to update or install new apps failed. Any idea? Changing language and Country didn´t work, I´m from Germany and already tried Tanzania, Germany and China, too.

I have installed APK "Google Play Store (Version 9.1.30-all [PR] 188386236) 14,72 MB" and i can download any google app from there. I have Mate 10 ALP-AL00 8.0.0.127(SP1C00). My only one problem is with the Google Location Services or "Find My Phone" feature from Huawei Cloud. Can't get it to work, probably i'll need to flash rom

I think that feature is location-dependent. Only works in China as far as I know.
Had anyone figured out how to get Google pay working for the Chinese variant?

I am attempting to put a thread together that includes most of the information that anyone may need when either thinking about purchasing a Chinese Mate 10 Pro, or rebranding one.
I would be interested in getting feedback from anyone who has one of the BLA-AL00 variants, and if you could list any issue you may have with that version.
Can you still use google play, what works and what doesn't work., etc etc,
My consolidation thread is Here
I hope it can be of help to others.

Didn't work. We can't even access the play service storage cache. It's stuck with white screen.

Are you using adb to install google services?
The last time i updated OTA my google services were gone and half the apps didnt open...
And the apk refused to install from the phone!
After reinstalling using ADB everything worked again.

Those who updated to latest EMUI9, please check Dev Options bluetooth codec and describe what you see?
You may need to turn ON bluetooth to get the full list.
Is HWA or LDAC present?
Is it greyed out?
Does HWA or LDAC stick after selection? Select HWA/LDAC, exit Dev options and check again
Much thanks

Bought a mate 20x china version. The seller had installed Google playstore but it cannot either download or update any app. It shows download pending,,,,,,
I have already cleared cache and data of playstore, play services and framework cache as well. Didn't work.
I did a factory reset. No good.
Then I tried reinstalling google apps via google installer v2 and v3. Both fail to install google as I already have a never update of google play services.
What should I do know? Please help!

How can I install another camera app?

When I install the camera it says "App not installed". I have enough storage and my phone is not rooted.
Did you install it from an apk file other than from Google Play?
Is it possible that the app doesn't support your device?

I'm installing it from an apk file. I have a P30 Lite and I'm trying to install Galaxy S10 camera apk.

So, it's obvious that the Galaxy S10 camera apk doesn't support P30 Lite phones at all.

Thanks fluffy. But I want to get confirmation whether this the same official Indian Navigation apk developed by ISRO which is originally known as IRNSS or NaVIC.My dobt is because of the reason that the name of the deveoper of this apk is given as ZITIMA.
Check*NavIC*support on your*smartphone
Install GSPTest or GNSSTest applications on your*Android smartphone. ...
Once you open the installed app, tap on “Start Test”
The app will now start detecting all the navigation satellite available.
If the app shows Indian satellites, it means your*phone*has*NavIC*support.

I have already checked it with GPS Test apk.It shows this phone(Mi10) is supported. But my question is from where the NaVIC apk can be got.I checked Playstore. In I can see only Navic for fishermen by Mapmy India.Another friend here suggeted Navik by Ziptik. So I contacted this deveoper and he said that it is not based on the INRSS by ISRO.
