The redmi note 3 has normally 4000 MAh but android reads 3060.

I al not an expert, but u can send some screen capture of Aida 64 and CIT in MIUI....

Not sure how much A3 Pro will be better then K20 Pro. It will probably hold good spot in higher middle range prones but certanly wont be getting on MI9 and K20 Pro level

custom roms with prebuilt kernel? yes.
but wait for kernel source release which is around oct ending. but u may get custom rom before that so yes more the testers more quicker the problem will be solved(currently testers are scarce so would be nice if more people volunteer.)
