Hi @yakapa40. Could you upload the system apps from the Zenfone 6? I have tried downloading the stock firmware but I have not been able to extract the system apps. Thanks :good:

@yakapa40 I tried to install the apps but couldn't install.. even Google apps i was not able to install.... Instead take the backup of appls by shareit or any other applications & then share it.... They only we can install it... Share only galaxy & launcher app

Unfortunately many apks are corrupted.
For example the last three in priv-app folder:
YandexApp
YandexBrowser
ZenUI6LiveWallpaper
They cannot be unzipped and therefore cannot be checked by virustotal too.

Hi guys,
I'm turning to Resurrection Remix from Stock ROM, but I misses some of the stock apps. So before I moved to another ROM i have all the APKs and ODEXs ready. But after I build the ZIP with all the necessary directory and the updater-script file build using notepad++, CWM won't install it?
Any solutions? Thanks a million.

sign it using apktool or somethng else
Go to playstore download app2zip.I think all your need is there.

Look into the zip file, there is 2 folders.

In the first folder data, are ur apps like apk file.
In the folder meta inf are 2 file's.
Update binary and updater script.
In updater script is the script u can edit for ur cwm install routine.
I edited the script for the apk that not installed.

Hey, check out the attached files...
One is the Music Player (Music.apk)
and the other one is accompanying Equalizer (MusicFX.apk)
Try to install both the APK. If they fail then copy both of them into /system/app/ folder . If there exist files by the same name make a backup of them and overwrite with the provided files and change the permission to "rw-r--r--".. Then just restart your phone..Most likely this would work. If it doesn't then just restore your backup files. with the same procedure.

close MiPhonemanager
3. go to "C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\MiPhoneManager\main"
for me it is "C:\Users\Dadu\AppData\Local\MiPhoneManager\main"
you will find English Pathch folder there (if not it is already ther in downloded attachment)
4. Copy all the files from English patch folder
5. paste all files in main folder if asked for replacing then replace them
6. That's it, Open your app enjoy phone manager in english now

Replace only 2 files("uiconfigs" and "mres.dll")
Just Replace the files "uiconfigs" and "mres.dll". Keep the original "skin.res" file as it is. Don't overwrite it. Everytime the software is updated, you need to replace these 2 files only. Cheers :highfive:

Cannot Install TWRP on P9 Plus
Thanks for your Tool. I tried to use it to root my P9 Plus but I'm having a difficulty. When I connect my device, the Tool says "No Device Connected! AL1 ADB" but it recognizes my device serial number in red.
Then it says "Device State: ONLINE No su binary found.
