[GUIDE] Flash Stock Rom/Firmware On Alcatel POP UP (6044D) - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, This guide is made for flashing Alcatel OneTouch POP UP (6044D). This won't work on any other device. This guide is very simple. If your device has been soft BRICKED or Hard BRICKED this is the way to restore it.
THE FIRMWARE PROVIDED IN THIS THREAD DEOS NOT BELONG TO ME
I AM NOT RESPONSABLE OF ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR DEVICE BECAUSE OF THIS GUIDE, DO NOT TELL ME THAT YOUR DEVICE HAS BEEN BRICKED
What you will need
1: PC/ Laptop
2: Miracle Box (Link given down the thread)
3: Qualcomm Drivers
4: The Device
And some knowledge
So Let's start.
Link for Firmware:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByQqd_psFzvxSEJ1OUpxSFFtRW8/view
Link for Miracle Box:
Link will be available tomorrow
First download QUALCOMM drivers, it's very essential or your PC won't detect it.
Download Miracle box (PROVIDED in the THREAD). The miracle Box has been cracked so it does not need a dongle. Make sure to turn off the antivirus otherwise the Antivirus will delete it:crying:
Download the FIRMWARE of the device, I have tried other Firmware with different tools but this was the only one that worked, my device was also Hard BRICKED, so the FIRMWARE is tested. Also I have tried other guides provided online but neither of them worked for me, Flashing it with QFIL Will lead to an error or an Unfinished flash.
When everything is installed.
[PHOTOS ARE INCLUDED ONE THE BOTTOM OF THE THREAD]
Open Miracle Box, Click on QUALCOMM, Then on Flashing, There you will see two option "Write Flash" and "Custom Flasher", so Click on "custom Flasher". Then choose "File to Write".
Also choose Partion(s) that you want to Flash. e.g. System.img so choose system as Partion and system.img as file to Write.
Once all of this is done, boot the device into edl mode, yes, 6044D has edl mode.
HOW TO
So to boot into edl there are two ways to boot into it. First is through recovery mode (stock) or TWRP etc... So if you have a recovery then navigate to reboot to bootloader in recovery, when pressing power button to choose it, press volume + and - at the same time start pressing home button two to three time. and then will turn dark black or back with backlight turned on.
This one is for without recovery, in case you don't have a recovery then, press power, volume + - and home button at the same time, the phone will start and will show boot logo, keep pressing it till it restarts, (When restarting press the home button multiple time) and it will go in edl.
(But in my case, I had to do it multiple time to get to edl mode)
Back to PC. Plug the USB to the device and the PC then Press port button, if it doesn't detect it, it means that it's not in edl mode, try again
When all is set press start, ( everything said on the upper paragraph must be done quickly or it will give an error ) so be quick:good:
Once the partition is flashed, do the same one by one with the whole rom, mainly system, boot, recovery etc... (When doing it you don't need to reboot and come back in edl mode)
WHEN FLASHING DO NOT REMOVE THE USB PORT! OR IT WILL LEAD TO EVEN WORSE CONDITION, JUST DON'T
Reboot and enjoy!
If you have any problems or questions ask me, give a thanks, that keep me motivated:silly:
Some stock rom screenshots are attached,

Another thing is that of you have a custom recovery for Alcatel pop up 6044D, like TWRP, CWM or Philz recovery, so please send it to me

[Q] How do i recover the lenovo a820

I tried to reset my phone but it rebooted in the middle of restoring. now when i power on my phone all i get is a green android and what looks like restoring but then the phone just reboots after 3 seconds. if i press power and volume+ /volume- to enter clockwork mod i just get the same thing as when i power on. it looks like the phone is restoring but it just reboots. is there any way i can recover my phone using meta mode or factory mode, as i can't enter recovery. thanks for any help. note: i have tried to recover by this method, without success.
1. Download Lenovo drivers, unzip the archive. Turn off the phone and remove battery. Open device manager and connect the phone to PC. Watch for new devices. It will be displayed as МТ65хх Preloader. You need to be quick, because it will dissapear in some second. Click on it with the right button and select update driver. Point the wizard to the driver folder, it will install the correct driver automatically.
If it doesn't work with removed battery you can try to power on the phone and turn on developer options in settings or enter meta mode – hold Volume Down and Power buttons. Then connect the phone to PC again.
2. Download and extract Recovery zip and Flash tools. Run Flash Tools, click on DL DA All With Check Sum, load the scatter file located in Recovery folder, uncheck Preloader and hit Download (F6). Remove battery from phone and connect it to PC. When done, a green circle will appear.
3. Enter recovery mode – hold Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons until you see the logo. Make a backup of your current system first. Install new zip.
OK... most imp thing can you boot in normal mode??? if yes you just need to install android recovery. if not then you have to flash stock ROM ... download it from here needrom .com/mobile/lenovo-a820-12/ (remove the space between .com n needrom ) . in case you you just have problems with recovery then select only recovery in so flash else select all options.
hit thanks if you find it valuable.

i can't get the phone to connect without the battery, i can only get it in factory or meta mode and in these modes i can't flash any rom.
if you can go into factory mode den mobile's perfectly fine. you just need to flash stock ROM once.
1) switch off your phone
2) open the sp flash tool
3) you will see Scatter-Loading option click it and locate the scatter file (it is present in the ROM folder you downloaded)
4)now press download button
5)after pressing download button connect your phone via USB cable
it may take 5-10 mins n you are done... you don't need to turn your phone ON...
it has worked for me

How I unbricked my LG-E450b

I think this should work for people who cannot get into recovery mode, computer cannot detect the phone or have security error message.
How I bricked my LG-E450b
I thought rooting for this phone was like my Samsung phone, so I installed Kingo-oneClick-root, got root and deleted all of the bloatware.
Little did I know that I could actually brick my phone by deleting some LG apps (Stupid LG).
Symptoms of my bricked phone
Secruity error message
Phone would not be able to go into recovery mode (Volume down + Camera button + Power button). It would restart after 3 seconds or so after the android loading gif.
Phone would not be detected by the computer
LG support tool could not detect phone (since computer cannot detect phone)
LG support tool would stop at 4% when trying "upgrade recovery"
I was basically stuck and thought my phone was hard bricked. So I started playing with the phone hoping for some magic thing to happen and I got lucky!
How I fixed my issues
Remove case and connect the phone into the computer with standard usb cable
Power into recovery mode (Volume down + Camera button + Power button)
Just before the phone displays the security error, remove the battery (phone still connected to computer).
Put battery back in and turn on the phone normally (no recovery mode)
If it worked then there should be a white message on the bottom left of the phone saying "Download mode: "
Optional: If the computer shows that the device attached has an error then you are in the right direction! Go into device manager (run devmgmt.msc) and right-click on the device that is not detected and uninstall
Optional: Hold power button until the device shuts down and repeat from step 2, the next time you get into download mode the computer will detect your device
Open the LG Support Tool (almost done) (attached in this other forum post)
The phone should get detected by by the LG support tool. Try to update the firmware. If the Support tool says that you already have the latest firmware then go in Options->Upgrade Recovery and put the model number or IMEI/ESN/MEID of the phone and click ok; the recovery process will start and your phone should work
Note: If the phone is not detected by the LG Support tool, then it will not work (it will stop at 4% when doing the upgrade recovery). The phone has to be detected for this to work.
Conclusion
These are things that worked for me, but I am no expert. This is not a full proof guide and I am only posting the steps that made the phone work. It might possibly be that you don't have to do all the steps described above to get into download mode, i.e you would just have to remove the battery at the right time to activate the download mode.
I am posting this describing the exact steps I took, so this can hopefully work for someone else.
Good luck!
TL,DR : Remove battery just before the security error message and reboot phone to get into download mode.

ive kind of bricked DooGee x5 max pro

so yesterday i sucesfully managed to get it rooted (and twrp loader).
installed custom rom all good. but there was issue (no data conenction) so decided to try another one.
something went wrong, so i ended up in that rebooting cycle...
what i can:
1. enter fastboot mode. thats about all.
if i go boot OR recovery it goes in that damn restart cycle.
i tried multiple times use flash tools and even adb-fastboot to force twrp into the phone with no sucess.
then, i was stupid enough to format everything with format option, on flash tools.
now phone on button doesnt even react. but if i remove battery flash tools do try to upload things...
any advice/insight or comments please?
what i try now is, use flash tool to upload all options on 'download only'- i found rom needrom.com/download/doogee-x5-max-pro/ here i think is same as original from doogee site...
it seems it does something, but as is huge file (1.5g plus) it may take a while.
anyone have any clue how to/what to try to restore after total mess up?
ok i sorted it. also root.
if phone doesnt turn on (no reaction at all with power button)
but flash tool detects it (for twrp install):
1. download original rom.
2. start flash tools, load scatter file.
--i selected 'format and download' option.
press big green DOWNLOAD button.
3. MAKE SURE BATTERY IS IN PHONE!
once battery in, plug phone to pc.
youll see the yellow bar moving on flashtools. if red stays for more than few sec- try it again.
it should be done in few minutes.
now to root:
1. turn phone off.
2. REMOVE BATTERY. it never worked for me with battery in.
3. load twrp file (make sure is proper version- mine was x32)
when done disconnect.
4. hold volume up+turn on button.
it will drop you into new loader (if you get black screen with text it didnt worked).
5. install-> find supersu zip file, select it and you done.
apologies for a bit of panic and rushing to post...
ps my wifi mac turned to all zeros lol- imei not found etc
ill fix it later.

Tab S6 stuck in bootloop, can't get to recovery mode

My Tab S6 tried to auto-install an update yesterday (it is rarely connected to Wifi/internet). It then rebooted. Since then, it's been stuck in a boot loop.
It will display the "Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 | Secured By Knox" logo screen for a few seconds, then switch to the blue "Installing System Update" screen (with the android logo). Installing System Update gets to 28% and stops. Then the rotating icon on the android freezes. Then the device reboots and starts all over again.
Edit: the tablet is 100% stock. It's not been rooted or had any custom ROMs loaded.
I have tried getting to recovery mode, by holding power+volup while it boots. This doesn't seem to change the behavior at all. Any advice is much appreciated.

can you shut it down? try volume down and power button ? if it don't shut down, do this soon as it reboots, hold volume up and down and plug in usb cable to desktop/laptop usb port! it will boot into download mode!

I can't actually shut it down. If I start holding power+voldown right after it boots, the tablet does reboot before getting stuck at 28%. But it reboots--it doesn't power off.
I tried download mode and that actually seemed to work! Specifically, I left the tablet overnight in the reboot loop until the battery drained. Just now, I held down volup+voldown and plugged it into my laptop. I got the green "Warning/Custom OS" screen and then pressed volup to continue. The tablet rebooted pretty quickly after that (I'm guessing due to low battery) so I didn't get a good look at the download mode options.
Once I'm in download mode, can I factory reset the tablet? I don't need to preserve any data/apps/settings.

You cannot reset the tablet from Download mode afaik- You need to enter Recovery Mode to do that.
You can however, flash stock from Download mode using Odin (3.13.3 is best). If you're not confident with doing that, your best option is Factory Reset in Recovery Mode. Hold Volume Up and Power when the Tablet is booting, let go when you see the Samsung logo. The timing can be tricky, but you should be able to do it. Also, you can force a reboot with Volume Down and Power.
Alternatively, if factory reset doesn't work, since you're completely stock, you will still be covered under warrenty.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried this many many times. I've tried letting go of the buttons at different times. I've tried holding volup while letting go of power. I've tried this a ton of different ways, and no matter what, the tablet always shows the "Installing system update" screen. Some googling has led me to believe that sometimes, when performing a factory reset, the "Installing system update" screen shows up right before the normal recovery screen. Is it possible that the tablet is trying to get to recovery mode, but can't get past this first step?

Honestly, I don't know - I'm not an expert but I guess it's possible that the update failed and corrupted both System and Recovery.
You'll be covered under warrenty, so maybe just return the Tablet from where you purchased or direct to Samsung, could take a while given the current situation though I guess. If you have a PC, then I think the best option would be to just flash stock yourself, since that's probably all Samsung will do. Even if that doesn't work you'd still be covered under warrenty, as far as I'm aware attempting to flash stock doesn't trip Knox.
Here is solution to unbrick your device!!!

Despair not...I have just come from resolving this exact situation not 30 minutes ago. I'd been trying to flash (using Odin as I decided to stay on Stock and not root this device, for a change) the latest OneUI2.1 releases for my device (SM-T865 - LTE version) and boom in the middle of the Odin update, the flash just failed...I then couldn't reboot and get into neither Recovery, nor Download Mode because it appears my bootloader and recovery both got corrupted.
Here's what you need....
1. Odin app for PC (am on Windows)
2. Your device's Stock firmware (sammobile firmware archive)
3. You will need someone to help you boot the device directly into Download mode (and this is the tricky part because for most of us we are used to get into Bootloader by using the key combination (from Powered Off device) Vol+ and Power On at the same time to get into stock recovery and then scrolling down to option 2 in this menu, "Reboot to Bootloader". Well now you are going to boot directly into Bootloader mode. Here's how you do it...
4. Get your friend to line up the USB-C cable into the port of the device, but DO NOT press it in...yet
5. Press Power off and Vol- buttons at the same time to turn off the device
6. And now you have to to be super fast: if device starts to turn on on its own, YOU press and hold Vol+ and Vol- both at the same time while YOUR FRIEND pushes the USB cable fully into the port - you should now have booted directly into Download mode. (if not repeat this, and remember to be super fast and sync with your friend pushing in the USB cable)...
7. When you get into Download mode, then you are home and dry...
8. Select ONLY the Bootloader file (BL...XX...) in Odin, make sure only "reset time" and "reboot" are ticked, and flash
9. When device reboots, press Vol+ and Power combo to get back into Bootloader mode again...but I think device will reboot into Download mode on its own
10. Now select all the files from your Stock file into the various tabs (BL, CP, CSC, AP...) do not select HOME_CSC as we want to flush this device clean...
11. Flash, and voila...success - you will have lost all your data but rather that than losing the device...
12. Feedback here and let us know if this works? For reference for others in the future...
FYI, I got in this situation, and the previous post did work for me, just takes good timing! Thanks!!!!
Same issue today for me. My tablet showed different screen with green and red text, it allowed me to delete app data, then booted into safe mode, then i had to do factory reset and now i am screwed, as it is refusing to restore any apps and their settings. I will try to flash it back to Android 9, maybe then it will do the restore. I forgot to do any manual backup to SD or so.
Edit: the device upgraded to 10, but reset itself after about 10 minutes of use.
Edit2: i found what caused it. It is caused by Nova Launcher, if i try to set wallpaper.
Just found a news article that there is a RGB/sRGB problem with wallpapers. It might be the problem i had.
I am adding a screenshot of the result.
Yeah, I had that kind of reboot loop from a wallpaper that I downloaded

Hi,
Really need your help, after I updated my firmware using Odin, updated BL, AP, CP, CSC, my tab cannot boot up stuck in logo. Doing the Power + volume up leads me to different screen now. I cannot access recovery mode or download page anymore,
What must I do? Pleasssee help. Added the pic, after doing hard reset (power + vol up)
I cannot connect back to Odin also. Always setup connection failed.
Please help. Really messed up big time
Just a thought... Can this be restored from service center?
Thank you in advance.
I have the same problem with a Tab S6 Lite, it is in bootloop and does not let me enter the recovery mode, I can go into download mode and I flashed the latest original firmware Android11, Android10 etc., . I tried them all but always goes in bootloop, and also the bootloop occurs only if I connect the usb cable to the PC, without any sign of life. Do I still have hopes or have I compromised the motherboard?
The reason for all this is because I had followed a guide to give root permissions with magisk, I did everything right, only that the guide was with Android10, while I had Android11 and I was deceived by the fact that in the title of the guide there was written "guide 2021"
, so I did not check the compatibility of operating systems, I was a fool, I know, I hope so much that I did nothing irretrievable, it's my son's tablet!

Did you use HOME CSC or the non HOME CSC when flashing?

Download the android 11 last rooted rom from there. You install it with odin as as a normal original rom.
Disable in odin auto reboot. After rom install, restart manually and press the correct buttons immediately to boot in Twrp and not to system. Format (not wipe) data from there and reboot to system. If you are lucky it will work..
(I hope you unlocked bootloader before try to root. If you haven't unlocked bootloader this won't work also).

Wiping cache partition in Recovery and reflashing the firmware are basically your only 2 options

Flash in odin the same rom you had. There are 2 csc files in rom, which you use 1 in odin one. Try use the "home csc". Home csc keep KEEPS your data. If you're lucky it may work. (It would work in keeping your data 100% if your rom was ok. Because it isn't you have some changes to work.).
You must try with same rom or newer.
CSC – If you flash the CSC file, it’ll perform a factory reset of your Galaxy device and wipe all data while installing a new firmware to bring your device to the same state as it was when you purchased it. Go with CSC if you want a clean installation.
HOME_CSC – On the other hand, if you want to keep your Samsung phone’s data and settings even flashing the stock firmware, you can select the HOME_CSC file.

Bootlooped samsung a10!

I've been trying to install TWRP on my phone (SM-A105F)
I've done rooting it
I flashed it through the TWRP app in the play store.
I tried to backup my recovery in case of emergency
As I tried to flash it which is successful, I power off my device to go to my recovery mode which I assume is now TWRP
To my surprise, this leads me to boot looping my phone. I tried to disconnect my battery hoping it can end the loop but it doesn't.
I was hoping to flash my backup recovery but I can't access the download mode.
What am I supposed to do
Edit: Nobody is answering so I decided to embark on my journey on my own. And in doing so I was able to learn the ways to unblock my device.
The goal is to go to download mode of your phone as soon as possible.
It's easy, just press volume up and power off while an USB is plugged in your computer. This will lead you to download mode of SM-A105F. (Works even if bootlooping)
After that, download your device's firmware (AP,CSC etc).
Once you download, flash them all in ODIN. AP= AP , BL=BL and so on.(I guess you have the brain to figure this out, unlucky for me I didn't figure this right away)
Just wait and boom! New device, new firmware.
ALTERNATE:
If your ODIN isn't working, just restart your phone to download mode and try again.
I'm having a similar issue on an A10s, bootloop and can't enter download mode. the PC isn't even staying connected to the phone. it's like a 1 second connect then disconnects in an infinite loop.
Make Battery no charge.
Press : Vol_UP + Vol_Down and connect phone to PC by cabel.
Hold buttons until the phone displays The Download MODE.
