How to install viper4android in rn note2?

Hi guys, can any give me the installation method for flashing viper4android in my redmi note 2....
Sent from my Redmi Note 2 using Tapatalk
You need an old Superuser. I used the su2.46-version and after that you can install the Viper driver over the Viper App (you can find the apk on this forum) After a reboot you can Update your Superuser to the regular one.

Answer from a noob...
what i found, install su only will not work in some cases like viper for audio!
for me it worked after i installed a new busybox, maby this can help...
I just finished installing Viper4Android a couple hours ago
I installed my first rom earlier this week and have been fine tuning it. I wanted to increase the volume on my phone if possible. Viper wasn't included with the rom. I installed it this evening and my phone is a lot louder, the difference is noticeable. I have a rooted Samsung S6 SM-G920T, running Xtresolite 2.4 lollipop. I use TWRP for recovery. There were 3 possibilities that i was going to install, but, I chose this one because the drivers were pre-installed and I could install with TWRP, it is a universal MOD and I didn't have to connect to a computer. I installed Viper4Android 2.4.0.1 and Dolby Digital Plus. Here's the link and follow the directions exactly as they are written, hope this helps, good luck...http://forum.xda-developers.com/red...-viper4android-rn-note2-t3360454?goto=newpost
I had a problem with viper, I installed and it work, but sometimes it turn off and I have to open the app to make it work again.

Hi, did you try custom rom?
I have many times to trying install viper on official but it always fail
I actually use Angel and Deamon 8.0 have viper and it works fine.
i dont know what is your problem... i had old miui 5.9.24? or sth like this and my "trick" worked... now i changed to 6.xxx. (newest miui) and still did same - install rom, install selinux, install viper - go to control panel -> permissions -> access to root -> give access to root for selinux and viper -> go to selinux, change mode on PERMISSIVE -> go to viper, it will ask for install libraries - u choose very good quality and click OK, it will install libraries and ask you for reboot -> reboot -> go to selinux, change mode on permisive -> go to viper and its all You can use now WORKING viperfx
hope it help you guys, if u want i can upload you my .apks
I changed my ROM to Nik project and viper it's working fine now. Thanks

[How-To]Get working A.R.I.S.E. Sound System (Root needed)

Instructions (every step is a most except the last one, only do it if Viper4Arise ask for driver installation):
If you already tried A.R.I.S.E. and didn't work first wipe system partition in TWRP, if you never tried A.R.I.S.E. you can jump this step.
- Dirty flash your current Firmware/ROM, Gapps + Vendor
- Flash latest SuperSU beta:
http://download.chainfire.eu/1021/SuperSU/SR3-SuperSU-v2.79-SR3-20170114223742.zip
- Flash latest Busybox:
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=673368273298924737
- Flash A.R.I.S.E 2.2.3 patched:
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=313042859668276507 (I like this version, but you can try another one) Like:
* Latest stable (2.3.3):
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=52915225786267722
Or you can search for test builds in A.R.I.S.E. thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/r-s-e-sound-systems-auditory-research-t3379709
- Flash Dolby Atmos add-on:
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=312978532265371208
- Reboot, play some music, open Viper4Arise, enjoy.
* If ask for driver installation:
- Open your favorite file explorer and go to: root/vendor/etc and rename audio_effects.conf to audio_effects.conf.bak, reboot, enjoy.
*Optional
- Flash my profile:
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=673368273298919634
Mirror:
http://www.mediafire.com/?65lz1j2ppov8btp
- Open Viper4Arise, swipe from left to right, save your current profile then load profile, select my profile.
Code:
* Phone Speaker is optimized for Nexus 6P.
* Headset is optimized for Sony MDR-EX110AP In-ear Headphones.
* Bluetooth is optimized for JBL Charge 2.
* USB/Dock isn't optimized because I don't have that kind of device to test.
(Obviously it can listen well on other devices, try it you don't loose anything. If you don't like it how it sounds just load your profile).
- I also use this EQ settings in Dolby Atmos:
{

}
(Everything is off).

I don't but have Viper4Arise working, pretty much doing the same thing as the OP. I use selinux mode changer. You can set it on boot.
Dolby Atmos add-on zip has a script built in that change SELinux to permissive on boot

Yes, tons of system files changed. The OP for ARISE specifically says they don't provide an uninstaller due to the number of system changes made. Have to dirty flash ROM to "uninstall" it.

I noticed it too since i installed arise. Went through different roms and the phone still got hot when playing music. On EX kernel manager it was reporting 100% CPU usage on big. Hence the hot device. To fix it, I disabled Pulse of the navbar and it didn't get hot since then. Hope this helps.

[XPOSED] Quizzduell Hook

Hello together,
this is my first attempt for a XPOSED Module. For this task I build a module which marks the correct answer with a "✓".
I done this, because the original module wasn't updated since 10-12 months and isn't working anymore.
I tested this module with the newest version of Quizduell Premium (the german app for QuizClash). It should work for other countries aswell, but couldn't test it.
If you have some trouble/problems or I'm missing some information give me a message or post it here.
Tested App:
QuizDuell
6.0.6 (1523)
Tested Device:
Samsung Galaxy Note 9
Android Nougat
Magisk

I'm curious, how do you know which answers is right? Does the server actually send that info along with the question??? They can't be that stupid...
I'm just hooking methods in their QuestionModel. There is a getter and a setter for the correct answer.. so yeah. They store all these information client-sided after you loaded the question. So all I had to do is to use the getter and then again the setter to append the symbol. :crying:
In the next few days I will use the same method to mark the correct answer for the "special modes". It's also possible to mark the answer your opponent gave with (again) the same methods..
Thanks for this.

[MIUI 12] [Android 10] MIUI Global Dark Mode Disabler

Hey everyone!
In MIUI 12, MIUI enables a system flag to forcibly "convert" light app resources and assets to darker colors. This causes graphical issue in several apps, which is why this is just a developer option in AOSP.
Unfortunately, it seems Xiaomi don't care about third-party apps, other than the ones they've whitelisted to disable by default inside MIUI's code.
Despite the setting being modifiable with an ADB command, MIUI resets the setting on boot - hence the need for this Xposed module.
This module stops MIUI forcing nonsupporting third-party apps to display darker colors.
Take a look at the source code if you want to know what MIUI code's hooked to achieve this - It's fully documented.
Enjoy!
