Redmi note 5 Stuck in mi-recovery 3.0
Help, I had to send my phone back for repair (it turned off whenever slightly twisted)and received back a chinese version with rom 10.3.1 piecn. Like a fool I tried flashing global rom on but now its stuck in a bootloop in recovery, Nothing I flash will work and I cannot find the 10.3.1.0 Chinese official rom to see if that works only the global ones that return an error wether I flash from recovery or fastboot. Any ideas would be great.

Hello and first of all thank you for reading. I've a strange problem with my redmi note 3 pro.
i was chatting with it but suddenly it starts to have bootloops (mi logo flashes). I tried to restore it with recovery (it was still not unlocked) but nothing to do. So i flashed rom with the miflash and in edl mode (i tried latest stable, latest developer and first developer fastboot roms) but the bootloop was still here. So i tried to unlock bootloader with unoficial method (official says that my phone is linked to another account, absolutely false but i will come to this point later). Tried to flash zip with TWRP but still bootloops. I was tired and i tried cm13. It worked, phone boots and i was absolutely happy but dialer crashes when i receive calls. So i understand that my phone wants the boot.img of android 6.0 to not go into bootloop. I flashed (via TWRP) latest 6.0 based miui rom and it worked but still with dialer problem. I tried to unlock it but still no go. So i decided to try to sign out of my miaccount (yeah it was still there after flash with miflash in EDL mode, don't know why!) becasue it asked me to enter my password to use the phone when i boot miui 6.0 for the first time.
SO i Have absolutely no idea on what i should do. Phone bootloops when i use a 5.1 based rom, and with 6.0 dialer crashes. That's the strangest thing ever.
I tried many fastboot roms in edl and in fastboot, i tried custom recoveries and stock one, tried to unlock and relock bootloader. I tried basically everything (wipes, system-data-cache-internal) EVERYTHING!
please if you hava any idea i will be glad to try!
I've tried to restore a backup from another RN3P but still bootloop. Maybe is somethig related to the boot.img? changing it makes the phone boot.
Go to a Mi service center. They might be able to help you.
Which gapps you installed after you flashed cm13...
When i used stock package, my dialer was also crashing but when i used micro package, the problem was solved....

I had a similar issue a while ago with a friend's Samsung. The service center people said that it was a RAM issue..
. If you can return the phone to wherever you bought it from, Do it ASAP and get another model...
Otherwise you might have to go to a service center and tell them exactly what you are facing. Before that i must suggest
Try installing a custom Kernel perhaps and see if it still bootloops
For every worst case software/firmware failure, full rom flash would be the one to solve it. Based on your story, it must be the hardware problem. So if possible, bring it to your nearest service center..
i really thank you for the reply but this phone comes from china and i'm in Italy so I have no warranty at all (including the fact i changed the screen) I think i will use it as an ipod. I've posted a log of the kernel bootloop so maybe someone with skills could help me!

My mido got bootloop because fail of update.
My mido is locked bootloader.
So i flash it via edl, it success, but still bootloop (after mi logo, it restarts again n again).
I flash any stock rom like global stable 9.2.1.0, 8.1.10.0, 8.1.15.0, china stable 9.5.1.0. Same result.
But i can boot into recovery. (Stock)
What should i do, i feel frustating ??
Hey! I wanted to flash official MIUI 10 beta rom. When i did this ive got error „Your system has been deleted” and it blocked my bootloader (it was unlocked orginally). I tried to flash latest official miui rom by EDL mode but then im getting bootloop on Mi and android screen. Can you help me somehow? I tried to flash old roms even china ones but it still give the same result.
Hey guys i have an issue, i was running Pixel Experience 10 but on MIUI 10, i couldn't update the last one so i thought to get back to stock rom, update to miui 11 and then get back to my Pixel rom. I DID A BIG MISTAKE. I installed the Miui 11 Update through TWRP without restoring the stock miui 10 rom. It worked but i had lost my Pixel rom ( i have a backup), ok then i installed TWRP at the MIUI 11 because recovery mode got me at Xiaomi Recovery for some reason. Inside the TWRP i flashed Disabled forc Encryption, but it didnt flash the Magisk, i reboot to system and after 100 bootloops i tried to go back to recovery mode, it boot at TWRP but since then, the TOUCHSCREEN DOESN'T WORK.. I used xiaomi mi flash tool to return to stock rom, it did, locked the bootloader etc...the touchscreen still doesn't work though... I can connect a mouse with OTG Type-C and i can do anything you tell me in order to fix it.. i have already update to MIUI 11, unlock the bootloader, installed TWRP and have Root. Has anyone any idea or a solution to try? Thanks everyone in advance.

Hello, I have redmi note 9S global which has code name curtana and was coming back from ubuntu touch rom but suddenly found that stock roms downloaded from here don't work and cause bootloop on Redmi logo.. I tried to flash the fastboot rom curtana_global_images_V12.0.4.0.RJWMIXM_20210723.0000.00_11.0_global_8f5fa1bf31.tgz and this What caused the issue.. Don't know if that matter or not but device recognized in fastboot as 2ca5844a which is different than 8f5fa1bf31.. Well so after getting around the issue i found that recovery stock roms only works (with custom recovery) and flashing curtana_global_images_V12.0.4.0.RJWMIXM_20210723.0000.00_11.0_global.zip downloaded from https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?device=1900378 worked and recovered the phone.. The strange thing here is that one of fastboot version stock roms worked before (curtana_global_images_V12.0.1.0.QJWMIXM_20201022.0000.00_10.0_global) but after flashing ubuntu touch it's no longer work and cause bootloop like other fastboot stock roms, only recovery stock rom work.. Anyone know why this happens? Where can i get official fastboot stock rom that works with my device?
Did you manage to sort this out? If so what was the solution?
