Note 4 Global Snap Miui 10.2
Notification sounds work fine for some apps but not for others. Telegram, hangouts, skype are ok but kik, wickr me give a vibration but no sound.
Is there anyway to sort this or an app that would help ?
I have the exact same issue, tho I'm running resurrection remix 7 pie rom. Have you found the solution?

I have 6.0.1 based ROM installed. Whenever I install xposed, Facebook Messenger calls not work.
What happens is I can hear them but they can't hear me.
Used Lesser AudioSwitch to fix this, tested & working after switching to headphones!

Hi, I have issues with my microphone, like thisPlease help with microphone., so I have tried many ROM because my microphone work fine, his don't have any problem, only when I call. (whatsapp call, recorder, it's fine, the sound is good).
Then I found MIUI 9 ROM, and the microphone work fine... but this ROM have older patch securities and I don't like... so I would like left his call app in Pixel Rom for example...

I recently bought a xiaomi redmi note 4 global (4ram 64gb) but the problems.
I flashato the rom pixel expirience but I do not want the microphone in the audio (calls, telegram, whatsapp, recordings, programs to test the microphone) but when I make a video the voice is heard, thinking it was a problem of the rom I tried with the resurrection remix OS (nougat), aosp (oreo) cardinal (oreo) but also the same problem no audio yes video.
Tired of being quite strange situation, I turned MIUI 9 off and everything works.
Can you explain to me why this thing?
PS.I have given access to the microphone in all the apps mentioned above for the various tests

After installing custom rom you can try using a module from magisk "android mic fix". Although the description specifies that will repair low volume on the mic. Just check if you're recording anything with the mic at all or just the volume is really low that it should be.

no the microphone is not low just do not go. magisk no let me install due to an unknown ERROR 1 (version 15.3 / 15.4).
Seems i have a problem. Looks like a bug maybe?
Im using redmi 5 plus, just clean flash havoc os 3.11 and opengapps nano.
So my speaker didn't work well. For example when I open media on Instagram, Facebook, and Yt, there is no more sound from the speaker. and it happen too while im opening video on MXPlayer and other apps. But its weird, i only got sound from speaker when there is a notification. Whats wrong with this? This happen too since havoc os 3.9. Im now on havoc os 3.11
And the status bar show a headset logo even im not using any headset. Weird
When im on havoc 3.9, it fix by reinstall/clean flash again. But it happen again for unknown reason

I have flashed Resurrection Remix for my note 3 pro 8.7.0 build. I can make normal call no problem been seen while conversation but in imo boatim whatsup I can hear voice from other side but they cant hear me. How could I fix it?
