Which colour is better (aesthetics, looks, durability, stability and performance differences, if any)? I am interested in the 6/128 gb version.
Update....as per flipkart and realme India website only the blue and purple coloured phones are available. Are the home wallpapers and themes different in each coloured device?

Wallpapers are different but theme not really.
It doesn't matter now. I have bought the blue 6/128 device.

I am finally pulling the trigger on getting a Redmi Note 3 Pro/Snapdragon 3GB/32GB
But there is really one thing that's stopping me at the moment...
I saw earlier posts stating that the Dark Grey/Black variant has a yellowish tint screen and that they use a crappy/old screen on the Dark Grey variant:http://en.miui.com/thread-264272-1-1.html
and Gold variant didn't have any of this problem they said and I even saw post saying that the Gold Variant has the best screen out of three colors. This is really bad news for me since I especially I want the Dark Grey one.
Can anyone confirm if this true or not? But if it is really the case, I guess I might go with the Gold one since I really want this phone
I have white pro version 3/32 and black special edition 3/32, there is no difference in screens, they are same... Ps. black SE is taller only 2mm and is much better looking, white have those black visible bezels and I dont like it...

What's the difference between the PRO 3GB/32GB and Special Edition? Or they actually the same?

No that's not. SE supports LTE Band 20

But I am a big fan of a clean and not colorful software-experience.
The pacman-edition got some software-features, that are not my favorites, like the animations, fingerprint-style and the colorsets.
Is it possible to deactivate those features in a xml or sth, so I got a normal nord 2 5g software without the special-edition-branding?
I can root the phone without any problem, so I could change those things with the help of root.

I'm on the same boat...
I won the phone in a giveaway and I'm super grateful for that but I can't find a way to disable all the bells and whistles. I have asked Oneplus support and got a reply that they might make an update that will enable us to disable the Pacman "branding" but they can't tell for sure if they'll ever do it. I have seen similar threads in the Oneplus forum.
Honestly they have kind of grown on me after 2 weeks of owning the phone, but it's annoying not being able to change it...
I have the EU model (DN2103).
1. Long press on home screen.
2. Press "Home Settings".
3. Press "Icon Pack".
4. Choose "Oxygen".
you could sell the pacman edition to someone and just buy a new normal edition. plus u have like 60$ left for headphones (no audio jack), case or screen protector.

Well i think you can, in personalization settings, you can change the aod style, the fingerprint, and the icons, you can also change notification sounds and ringtone sounds, and the clock widget you can also have the normal one
