I have been using the FYY wallet case for a few weeks now.
FYY Samsung Galaxy S10 5G Case Luxury [Cowhide Genuine Leather][RFID Blocking] Handcrafted Wallet Case, Handmade Flip Folio Case with [Kickstand Function] and[Card Slots] for Galaxy S10 5G Black
I'm super picky when it comes to a wallet case. I hate a cheap inside tray. This one comes with a nice rubber tray the buttons work flawless with it.
I keep two CC sometimes 3 with my ID in the front it always closes nicely. The magnet always works very well closed or unclosed. It feel comfortable in my hands and my often use it with one hand. Not always this is a giant phone of course. I have had a couple of drops no damage was taken. The stand works nicely when you want to set it down to watch a video. The cutouts of perfect for the cameras, and also very deep for more protection. This is supposed to be a hand crafted case, and it does feel like it. For a wallet case fan I think this is the one you get. Its about 30 USD on Amazon.
This is actually a better case than the otters wallet cases offered on other phone models that I have used in the past. I think I will shop for FYY cases for future phones as well.
The most important part to me. The buttons work very very well while your phone is incased in rubber.

Poetic Cases Round-Up for Samsung Galaxy Note 3

I’ve grab ahold of these three Galaxy Note 3 cases from Poetic, all reasonably priced on Amazon, and I thought it’ll be a good opportunity to do a round-up of sorts. All these cases have different features and makes sense in different situations. Why did I get so many cases? I guess I’m a bit of a case junkie. Without further ado, let’s look at this line-up.
First, we have the Palette. This is the slimmest and most minimalistic case of the lot. This case simply covers the back and side of the Note 3, leaving the top and bottom exposed. You’re not going to get comprehensive protection against drops here. Instead, the Palette shields against buffs and scratches to the leather-like back of the Note 3, while adding a lay-on-table lip to the front screen. In addition, the case’s soft rubberized surface adds a degree of grip to your phone. Easy to snap on and take off.

Next, we have a wallet-cover case in the SlimBook. I’m really liking the look of this leather-like case. Clean stitching and stiff leather gives this case a business-like quality. The cover closes with a snap via a magnetic clasp. On the inside of the cover, there are 3 card slots available, as well as a pocket for bills. Adding credit cards to the case does add a bit of thickness, so it’s up to you whether you want to use the case as an all-in-one holder of your essentials. Overall, a handsome case.
Lastly, there is the Strapback, a leather case which boasts a built-in stand. The grain leather cover feels satisfyingly plushy. It’s not the best quality leather, but there is a suppleness here that I enjoy. The cover snaps on tightly with a slightly hooked clasp. The back is slightly cutout so you can pulls the case forward to form a stand as seen in the pictures below. I found this stand configuration to be easier to use than normal kickstands.
Overall, I liked the Strapback the most from the three cases. The hard back along with thick leather material should do well in drop protection, and I like the added function of the stand over the SlimBook’s card and cash slots. But I will also use the Palette often as well because it’s so much slimmer and lighter than the other two.
You can find the rest on the photos I took of these cases in the following albums. Thank you for reading!

$0.01/ea? Is this for real?
Well well well, hard to choose... the Palette looks way cool
SlimBook is quite efficient in both functionality and practical.
Protection-wise, looks like the Strapback do offer the best armor and feel for the Galaxy Note 3 all together. For this price I think I will get all three of them, plus my favorite Starbucks venti Mocha AND $.99 favorite songs from itune and still way below budget. THANK YOU for the review! This is indeed a great deal!:good:

I’m annoyed by flip-covers. Folding that cover all the way back to get a proper hold on your Note 3.
Don’t even mention playing games with the flip-cover on, the annoyance factor is doubled.
This is just my personal preference I don't intend to offend anybody.
Bumpers are good plus mostly affordable and none of that annoyance from a flip-cover.
However the most of these are made of medium-to-hard rubber.
I get a hard time getting my phone out of the left front pocket of my pants due to the friction from the rubber.
A slim-case (hard-plastic) seems to be the solution (at least for me), has a smooth surface making it sleekly slide in and out of my pocket.
What about the screen, it might get scratched while the Note 3’s inside my pocket?
That’s where the “leather pouch” comes into play.
Again, a smooth leather making the thing slide easily in and out of a pocket.
That pull-tab works perfectly in getting the Note 3 out.
This is basically the logic behind my set-up.
Functionally it's a sound set-up.
Everything is perfect now.
But just to give that extra touch, I slapped a tempered glass on the screen for that premium feel and look.
Now it’s a perfect marriage.

Nice review.... lots of effort and thought....
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD INCLUDE LINKS PLEASE.
I solved some of these problems for myself by:
Still going with a bumper - I don't believe in making the phone thicker even with a slim case for the back because a back is like $5-$10 to replace. I do prefer something with a bit of a raised lip to protect the screen. I've never had issues pulling the phone out of my pocket due to a bumper - if anything some of the texture of these cases makes it harder due to increased friction on the broad surface area of the back.
For the screen protection, using one of those tempered glass (got the Spigen Glas.TR Slim this time around for the Note 3).
I then mount a Flygrip or similar to the back to improve handling and give it a kickstand - I'm awaiting delivery of the HandeBand Slide. I find that even the Flygrip when it's folded in against the phone's body, it still gives you a ridge to hold your finger against is still a good way to keep it from sliding out of your hand.
I just added the link now for those who wants to see where I got the items from.
Have a nice one guys.

Melkco cases in hand and reviewed.

I was asked by the seller to review some cases for both the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
I have received some of the cases and will be posting my reviews in one thread in both the S7 and S7 Edge forums to keep the information in one place and nice and neat.
They make quite a few cases for both the S7 and S7 Edge so my reviews of the case for one would apply to both versions of the phone.
Pictures will be in the "Click to show content" buttons to maintain a clean thread.
Melkco Ultra thin Superlim Soft TPU for Samsung GalaxyS7 Edge with screen protector (Transparent)
This case is unbelievably thin.
The thickness of this case for the S7 Edge is roughly the same as the distance the camera sticks out from the back of the phone.
I have never seen a case like this before.
The case is crystal clear and will show off the color of your phone, or like mine the dbrand skin on the back.
The case has a slight lip on the front at the top and bottom to prevent scratches on your screen should you lay your phone down screen first.
This case will not add much drop protection, it is to prevent scratches, please do not purchase this thinking it will save your phone from a drop, that is not what it was designed to do.
This case will protect your phone from any scratches and scuffs from the day to day use of your phone.
While doing that it will be basically invisible and add literally no bulk to your phone.
I will add some pictures here of this case on my Titanium Silver S7 Edge with Blue Carbon Fiber skin from dbrand.

Melkco Kubalt Double layer case for Samsung Galaxy S7
I received this case quickly and in good condition.
I purchased the black inner with black outer style case that does not seem to be an option right now.
This case could and should have been a five star case, there was really only one confusing issue with this case.
The top of the case the two cutouts are not quite right.
The cutout for the mic is made at an angle, and while it is placed over the mic, it looks out of place.
There is also an extra cutout in the center of the phone that is unneeded, like it was for an IR blaster that was never put into this version of the phone.
Other than that this is a nice case.
There is a nice soft touch coating over everything that makes this case feel great in hand.
The rest of the cutouts are all perfectly placed and sized.
The soft inner layer should be able to absorb shock from drops and the hard outer layer should be able to take the brunt of a fall.
There is a small lip on the front of the case to prevent you from getting scratches on your screen should you lay your phone down screen first.
If you are looking for a case with impact resistance, great feel in hand, and general protection, this one will do it all.
I will attach some pictures here for you to see this case on my black S7.
**** 4 out of 5 stars ****
More cases are to come soon, I will update this post with new reviews within a week or so.

CrashGaurd from RhinoShield is the Best Bumper Case for the S8

CrashGuard bumper from RhinoShield for Galaxy S8Phone skins are really great to add style to any phone, plus they’re not expensive, but they provide minimal protection if you happen to drop your phone. On the other end of the spectrum are cases, which are generally more expensive but offer much more protection. Cases are bulky and they don’t let the beauty of your phone show through because they often have to cover all four edges as well as the back of the phone.
That’s where CrashGuard by RhinoShield comes in. CrashGuard is essentially a bumper case, which means that it does not cover the back of your phone but only the sides (thus giving your device a more “naked” feel), but because of how it’s engineered, it provides more protection than most cases. CrashGuard is far superior to the bumpers of the past because it has been engineered to absorb impact. This is done by utilizing a proprietary polymer material that is far more shock-absorbent than plastic, and it also has a protective honeycomb structure within the bumper to disperse impact properly. In fact, within the honeycombs are compartments of pressurized air that act as airbags and deflect impact energy. If that sounds really elaborate, it is, and the net result is that you can drop your phone from a variety of heights (up to 11 feet) and if you have a CrashGuard bumper on the phone, you’re going to have a completely unmarked phone. You’ve probably seen the insane drop test video. Here is a drop test video with the Galaxy S7 (RhinoShield tells us that they’re working on their S8 drop test video and it’s going to be epic):

The bumper is super-lightweight, weighing at only 12 grams (less than half an ounce) yet it is still fully capable of providing at least the same level of impact protection as many leading brands or any other brick-like case product.

Not only are CrashGuard bumpers durable, but they’re lightweight (with most of their bumpers coming in under 14 grams). They’re also pretty grippy thanks to the matte finish, and they come in a variety of colors. Another thing we really like about the CrashGuard line is the pricing: the Galaxy S8 bumper is priced at $24.99.

I have this one on s8, very good.

UAG usually makes the most durable and high quality cases for Samsung. Urban Armour Gear.
But this year around I think Samsung's own cases can match them. The one with kickstand looks really robust.
Which case do people recommend? I had the S view for my s8 and am not sure whether to get the same or the LED cover case by Samsung? I was thinking of maybe getting a battery case or does this wear the battery down by getting one for a new phone?
I love caseme samsung s9 wallet case.

I got the silicone case for my s8 and won't be getting it again. In under 6 months the corners was worn down and the shell of the case was showing. Samsung replaced with a new one and same thing happened.
I'm a HUGE fan of Supcase cases. This is a new design, very UAG-esque. I got mine in today, and it feels great. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079BLNNLS
I've had Spigen Tough Armor on my G5 and G6 and love them. I'll probably stick with the same one.
Have ClearView
i like how it can be used like a kickstand.
wonder when diztronic will release one.
Ive gone for the Samsung LED View Cover in blue. I hope its better than the LED cover I had for the S7 that was crap sent it back.
The case arrived today, just got to wait for the phone lol, on order from Samsung supposed to be sent out on 8th
The Caseology Vault Series case is pretty awesome looking with a nice fingerprint scanner indentation. And you can currently get 30% off on Amazon:

i bought the samsung rugged as a second case and the poetic guardian
I like some unique cases, card holder stick on cellphone.
$8 on eBay. Obliq Flex Pro
Most of these cases will spoil the aesthetics of the s9... better to use dbrand / clear tpu instead
