Tengo un J6+, anteriormente con sistema Android 8 y lamentablemente actualice a l 9.0, y digo lamentablemente porque tengo el problema con el app que me grababa las llamadas entrantes y salientes que hacia de mi equipo, ahora lo hace pero no me muestra que persona me esta llamando (solo aparece "Desconocido") lo que anteriormente con android 8 no pasaba; e instalado cuanta app encontraba en el play store pero ninguna me a solucionado el problema; y solo veo solución con rotear mi teléfono; (el cual ya lo intente pero fue un fracaso) agradeceré me puedan ayudar si también les paso lo mismo y como lo solucionaron.

I have a J6 +, previously with Android 8 system and unfortunately update to 9.0, and I say unfortunately because I have the problem with the app that recorded my incoming and outgoing calls from my team, now it does but it does not show me what person is calling (only "Unknown" appears) what previously did not happen with android 8; and installed how much app was in the play store but none has solved the problem; and I only see a solution to rotate my phone; (which I already tried but it was a failure) I would appreciate if you can help me if the same thing happened to you and how they solved it.

First of all sorry about my bad English, I'm Spanish so this post will be available in my language down.
Two years ago I bought a Chinese or Korean or I don't know where the mobile was made. The brand is: Android and the model Android Butterfly. The first year it works fine but after this first year it becomes to give failures. The most important failure was that when I try to download something on the playstore It says: Error: insuficient storage ( I have 32gb free) so like everybody I went to Settings and I try to change the default installation location and the problem was that when I change the option the mobile phone dindt do nothing.
I saw in a youtube video a way to change this manually so like the comments was good I decided to try it. It consist on changing /system/etc file. The problem was that the mobile died and it didnt swich. Definetly I decide to install a ROM but the problem was that there is no ROM for my mobile phone (I couldt found it). I found another that is similar (Star x920) and doing some maneuvers it swichs but the principals problems are:
- When I install the ROM and I swich the mobile phone (every first time) the default camera app appears in the screen for more or less 10 seconds and disappear from the mobile phone without a trace. When I try to take a photo I get the error: Can not connect to camera. (I have try with lots of app and the resoult was the same)
- The volumen down key doesnt works.

Hace dos años mas o menos que me compre un móvil por internet, durante un año funciono perfectamente y poco a poco fueron fallando cosas. La mas significativa fue que a la hora de descargar aplicaciones de la play store siempre me decia que el espacio de almacenamiento era insuficiente. Ante este error cualquiera hubiera procedido a cambiar la unidad de almacenamiento por defecto a la sd pero el problema era que en este móvil no realizaba ningún cambio. Desesperado decidí buscar algún vídeo por youtube. Di con uno, consistía en modificar un archivo del /system/etc , en los comentarios parecía que funcionaba, de no haber sido por ello no lo hubiera hecho y la sorpresa fue que no se volvió a encender el teléfono.
Llegados a este punto no me quedo otra que entrar en modo recovery y volver al estado de fabrica, cosa que no surtió efecto. Decidi buscar una ROM compatible, aqui llego el segundo problema, no se si ya lo he mencionado pero el movil en cuestion es un Android Butterfly (marca china, japonesa o que se yo) y no aparecia una ROM para este dispositivo por ningun lado. Encontre un movil muy parecido el STAR x920 y tras un arduo proceso consegui que arrancara.
Ahora con el movil en mis manos, funcionando tengo los siguientes problemas:
- Nada mas instalar la nueva ROM, al iniciar el movil aparecer el icono de la camara por defecto (que tienen todos los dispositivos) y a los 10 segundos desaparece y no hay rastro de ella en todo el dispositvo. A la hora de intentar sacar una foto (ya sea con otra aplicacion descargada) sale el error de: no se puedo conectar a la camara.
- La tecla de volumen hacia abajo no funciona correctamente.
Por favor necesito ayuda, adjunto algunas imagenes sobre el dispositivo que espero que sirvan de ayuda

I don't think the new rom is compatible, and I'm not seeing anything on XDA about your device.
Because there is not a specific forum for your device, this thread will be moved to Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I don't think there's a fix without the correct firmware.

Hola a todos, mi problema es que hace un par de meses compre un s7 edge de segunda mano y resulta que tenia el imei cambiado, no me di en cuenta y lo actualize y se perdio la señal, tuve que ir a un tecnico a que me lo repare y me dejo en android 6.0 y otravez con el imei cambiado, le pregunte si podia actualizarlo y me dijo que si que no habia problema, resulta que llegue a mi casa y veo que no se podia porque para cambiar el imei se necesita ser root.
Ahora quiero actualizar a android nougat pero tengo miedo de que de nuevo se me vaya la señal y me toque mandar de nuevo a reparar, por lo que el cambio de imei me salio bastante caro, asi que nose si aya una solución para arreglar este problema
Instala directamente trwp recovery y haz una copia de tu efs....asi ya no tendrás porque preocuparte.

Disculpa la pregunta pero quizas me puedas ayudar, tengo un S7 edge G935F con android 6.0 rooteado y funcionando ok, aunque es de segunda mano con IMEI cambiado y aparece doble SIM (G935FD), hice backup de la carpeta EFS desde android 6 porq tengo TWRP pero cdo hago backup, al final me da error "Failed to mount '/data' (invalid argument)", ¿Puedo actualizar a android 7.0 via ODIN usando ROM original con los 4 archivos BL, AP, CP y CSC? Si pierdo la carpeta EFS en el proceso de instalar Nougat, puedo reestablecerla con la copia hecha previamente desde Android 6.0? Muchas gracias de antemano.

Me parece que no se pueden actualizar a nougat si se ha cambiado el imei, yo tengo un j7 prime y en android 6 lo liberé con z3x, pero al actualizar a nougat, lo libero y funciona un momento, después de unas horas pierde la señal, no sé a que se deba pero ha de suceder con toda la gama galaxy....

amigo cuando se repara un imei se parcha el certicado y eso va en el modem entonces siactualiza el android se va a quedar sin señal y tendra que mandar a parchar el certificado le aconsejo que no actualize a android 8.0 por q la ultima actualizacion delja el celular en binario 3 y ahi si perdio su celular y lo otro es que para android 8.0 no hay parche

Hola. Me paso lo mismo . Hace 2 años compre un s7 930f. Ahora viaje y se me reiniciaba y recalentaba . Cuando volvi quise actualizarlo. Y no pude. Saludos para todos. Tengo un problema con la huella dactilar de mi Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge SM-925F. Hace unos dias atras mi dispositivo estaba original y queria modificarlo asi que lo hice usuario ROOT, descargue TWRP y luego instale XPOSED, todo esto en la version de Android NOGAOUT. posteriormente a todo eso note que mi dispositivo se quedaba colgado y el teclado no respondia a las acciones puesto que yo escribo muy rapido por cuestiones laborales, lo formatie para eliminar XPOSED y cuando lo estoy configurando en inicio nuevo no me agarro la huella, le he instalado una ROOM de S8 llamada "s8 fast" y no funciono, lo firmatie y meti la ROOM stock que vino con mi dispositivo y no agarraba la huella dactilar todavia, asi que descargue la ROOM mas nueva para mi dispositivo y aun asi no puedo usar la huella, cabe destacar que lo tengo bloqueado por PATRON y cuando intento desbloquearlo con la huella hace como si mi huella no fuera, ya no se que hacer he buscado informacion de todo tipo y nada me ha ayudado, espero solucionar esto puesto que vivo en Venezuela y aqui es dificil la situacion de los Tecnicos del SAT, el error que me dice cuando intento agregar una huella dactilar es: "Asegurese de que el boton de inicio este limpio y seco, y, a continuacion, intentelo de nuevo" que me recomiendan que haga? GRACIAS.

Intento borrar la fábrica pero no me deja. ¿Hay alguna forma de formatear y desbloquear. No es un móvil robado, ya que tengo todos los cargadores, cajas, etc... solo que mi empresa me cambió el móvil y no me lo pidió. Gracias
