Edit: Everything is working just as expected. Just like on my Pixel 2 XL when I had it. I hope that this ROM comes to the Pixel 4 because I only have this Pixel 3 to use as a discount towards one .

Status Bar -> Clock & Date (its a toggle but touch the name and it gives you more options) -> Clock Style (left, right, center)
