1. They promised on the kernel sources FEW TIMES and breaks that promises BEFORE they announce that it will be release in Q1 2015. THAT what made many people angry.
2. You only look at the India Market situation but Mi3 has been sold in other countries months before that. If you waited for 1 month, we have waited for 3 months. How fair is that to make such a statement by you??
3. The issues with Xiaomi, MIUI and GPL is NOT a new thing. Some has given them few chances since then. It has been YEARS that xiaomi is breaking the GPL and against the community.

Xiaomi is not my brother to keep a cover for them but the thing is, the thing which made something nearly impossible into possible, the thing which warm your pocket without firing on it, I respect it..
There are times when people doesn't understand, because they don't care of wahtever you are doing or whoever you are..
and that happening to xiaomi..
1. Xiaomi breaks promises, i agree, but why people not became angry at the time when Xiaomi breaks promises about price and gave you devices at much lower cost than they announced.. How does one can angry on a good thing? And how does an "announced price" can be considered as a promise?
Based on your arguments, i can see the level of your maturity and intellectuality..
You may don't know me but some people may do and even used my miui rom before, or even used my translated miui apps before. So, unless you provide more valid and intellectual points of argument, i have no reason to reply anymore and can only say Good luck to you.

There has to be a dev for Note3 who will keep updating it. As of now nobody is working on it. If I could get some help, I would be happy to create cyanogenmod roms for note 3
You guys will be best off taking matters into your own hands as most developers won't touch their devices.
I know how you feel about xiaomi, sir zelendel, and i can understand that but the situation is not as bad as it seems (they are starting to change their ways) . We got to consider a few things:
- this IS xiaomi so we have to take into account everything god/bad associated with that
- this phone has great value for money, no doubt it is/will be a very popular device - we can expect a fair amount of modding to be available
- since this is the first Snap 650 powered device it will take some time for the community to start developement
- xiaomi have promised to release source codes up to three months after the device has been released in india, so again it is only a matter of time (they have already released sources for few devices in the timeframe)
So there is still hope for this really good device, we just have to wait a little. In my opinion, there wont be any development for at least two more months since the device has been launched about 10 days ago - it is too early. Just be patient guys :good:

I've had a Note 10 (CC9) for about a year with it and am still very pleased with it. I was wondering if anyone had upgraded to the 10T Ultra or Pro and can compare the two? I'm saving my pennies right now but can't decide. A faster processor is always nice, as is a bigger battery, but what about the cameras? That's the reason I bought this phone and haven't been dissapointed.
I see the Ultra has a periscope zoom, which i assume is continuously variable between 1x and 5x which is a brill feature but 48MP sensors? Seems to be going the wrong way!
The Pro has a 108MP main camera but no optical zoom.
After making the above comments, I'm happy to hear any corrections. I was wowed by the Mi 10 when I had a P30 pro, but am not so wowed by the 10T offerings.
Am i missing something?

Hi Steve,
that's almost same decision what I'm thinking to make. Mi 10 Ultra seems no go for me because of price and connection bands availability. So thinking to sell my Mi Note 10 and get Mi 10T Pro (regular Mi 10 does not support 2 sims - what is available to get here locally). Reason of switching is because of faster cpu/gpu and video performance using filmicpro and to get 4k60. Also flat screen is more preferable for me. Besides Mi Note 10 is great device, haven't dissapointed through all this year.
Regarding the battery I would not expect to be better than Mi Note 10. After A10 and Miui 12 it works well, I forgot to check battery stats actually with this phone. Samsung S9+ and Mix 3 was much worse, really..
Camera wise actually Mi 10T Pro would be downgrade, if speaking about better ultrawide and 2x/3.7x cams from Mi Note 10. So please think about this making decision.
I'm still not decided actually, to get Mi 10T Pro or wait for next gen Mi 11 (which is 3-4 months close I think). If they use HMX sensor for new model, the wait is not worth, but I suspect it could be same sensor used in mi 10 Ultra + 48mpx imx586 for ultrawide.

Browsing in different news articles, analyzes, reviews investigating the Xiaomi phones that will update to Android 12 or failing that to MIUI 13 note that among the device lists there is not the Xiaomi Mi 9, in some they do include devices of its variants such as the Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G and Xiaomi Mi 9 Explorer, but not the Xiaomi Mi 9, this information is anticipated, it may change, because of course being ancipated it may change, currently in Their update lists also include very lower-end devices such as the Redmi Note 9s and it will be updated with a Snapdragron 750G processor hardware that is well below our Xiaomi Mi 9 that has a Snapdragon 855 processor hardware if this is A final decision by Xiaomi to include the Redmi Note 9s device and its variants in its update list, but excluding our Xiaomi Mi 9 would be a too unfair decision and not so successful because no Our Xiaomi Mi 9 has a hardware almost equal to the Black Shark 3 Pro that has a Snapdragon 865 Hardware processor, another top of the range from Xiaomi ... Unfortunately, it's not specs that matter, but time. When the device was released, there's already a deadline for how long the device will receive updates, be it base Android version, MIUI version or even just security patches. And until the recent 11T series announcement, it was 1-2 years only. Anything after that was always a bonus.
