Hello all! I'm sorry for my english.
I am trying to port CWM into my device Huawei Honor2 U9508, 'recovery mode' compiling from a source code Cyanogen
and i have some errors .Cannot compile recovery, as the source for my phone is not in the source code Cyanogen, how to build a recovery?
Wouldn't it be easier to translate our working chinese one ?

Hi,
i have a Problem with serval custom roms. I was on Bootleggers rom 4.1 with Twisted kernel and there was 3 of 4 ota updates of Bootleggers rom that stuck at boot Animation after updating. I thought it was a fault of Bootleggers rom 4.1 but i experience the same problem with crdroid 5.3 updated to 5.4 few minutes ago. It stuck on boot animation.
Additional things i have installed are Opengapps, Magisk 18.1 (tried with 19.1 too) and the magisk modules ANX Camera and Youtube Vanced.
Whats wrong? On my last device, a Moto Z from Lenovo there was no problem updating custom roms via ota, even with a custom kernel and magisk installed.
Can someone tell me the procedure how to update a custom rom with custom kernel installed?

Ask your custom ROM developer is he supports at all OTA on his ROMs. Why are you even asking here such questions? All the answers will be on the thread where you downloaded the custom ROM.

i am sorry if this is ot, but I thought, this may be a general problem of poco f1 custom roms because I have it on two gifferent roms.
This is not my first phone with custom rom. For Moto z i built some custom roms by myself so i know that there maybe a problem with device tree...
But I'll ask in threads of rom's

Uninstall Magisk (if installed) and try again.

Asked now in crDroid thread and got the answer that the Magisk module ANXCamera is the reason for this behavior...
So next time an ota update arrives, i remove ANXCamera before and see, if it'll work then...

I have a global M10 and I want to use it with 2 sim cards. because of security concerns, I would prefer a official ROM and a locked bootloader. is it possible to flash the official Indian ROM on a global phone and lock the bootloader afterwards? has anybody done it in the past?

PS: Does the Indian ROM contain the German language?
