I have make it with mix OP3 mi5-Gemmini and lots of help from @andr68rus but have to many issues to resolve..

Yes, Miui, Eui and Flyme are Roms on Android MM, the Miui 9 will be in Nougat.

cool but with the x829 i have many probleme in roaming , the last build reboot my phone , and the crisblagreece rom make a burning phone and block
i think miui and other custom rom are not compatible with x829 when the roaming is activated

Yes. Go ahead and check it yourself too.
Ensure to download the version you are on to make it work and flash it via TWRP recovery. Ignore the mods if you are not aware of flashing via TWRP.
