can i install europe rom of 3 pro for x lite
for example realme 3 pro EUROPE Rom...24 september 2019
is it okay to use it for X Lite??????doesnt need unlock or root????

sure you can. Make sure you follow instructions written in ROM page. Don't forget to disable verity by flashing vbmeta.

Can we flash realme 3 custom roms on realme 3i , as the only difference between these 2 phone is the processor, realme 3 has P70 whereas realme 3i has P60.

Nope it won't get flashed if it's POCO M2 Pro ROM but there are also some ROMs named "miatoll" which can be flashed in Redmi Note 9S/9 Pro (Indian), Redmi Note 9 Pro (Global), POCO M2 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max called Unified build which can be flashed in these 4 devices (miatoll only)
