Edit
Ok, so maybe it did. Just reading it's trickling out in India. Downloaded a zip of it (miui_POCOF1Global_v11.0.5.0.PEJMIXM) but it will only install if I were enrolled on the MIUI beta program (I'm not), making me wonder if this is a beta or the final release

As noted elsewhere, it's pie, not Android 10
Changing my region to India and rebooting hasn't allowed the upgrade as yet....

Word is going around that this isn't the official stable version. This was the ROM released to beta testers. There are lot of comments saying that people who didn't sign up for the beta aren't able to install this ROM.

How can I check if I am able to install this ROM?
I download the ROM but I need to know it before flash.

Well the ROM will either install or it won't. There is no in-between. You can try installing it in Update manager by selecting "Install from zip file".
If this option is missing in update manager... Press the MIUI 10 icon multiple times and it will say additional settings unlocked. From there click 3 dots, select the package and install.
I'd recommend you wait for the official OTA.
Poco CEO will release official tweet.

Can I check, has anyone received this via OTA update or has everyone downloaded and flashed the zip?

As far as I know.
The only people who have received the update are the people who signed up for beta testing. Everyone else is downloading and flashing the ROM from TWRP.
I'd recommend you not do that as this is still not final ROM. Final ROM for POCO MIUI 11 will be released on November 14th.

Thanks Alrich - as I'd assumed
I suspect someone has renamed the beta to dress it up as the final version
But as CuriousCore asks, why the specificity about 14th November?

did you guys checked in call noise problem, is still present or what?

I flashed MIUI 11 EU .Anyone having problems with flashing Magisk ? When i flash Magisk the phone simply will not boot. Tried 20.0 and 19.3, same thing. Using Orange Recovery maybe that could be a problem ?

Does this rom have the notification "problems" like the latest EU has (it appears for a few seconds, disappears and the clock appears instead)?

No, this version and the prior one do not have the notifications issue. The icons are not removed and will be visible next to the clock as long as the notifications are active.

You can download the latest stable and developer rom's here:
http://en.miui.com/getrom.php
You also don't need to have an unlocked bootloader to flash it coming from the global stable. I flashed it using the built in update in miui. I think you need to click on the Miui logo several times to unlock the option to select a rom in the three-dot menu.
Anybody have problems with the camera visualising screen ratio? I have an a big black band above visualization

Definitely a very stable release with no major issues.
The minor flaws include higher standby battery usage (seems above 1% per hour even in deep sleep), and not so perfect auto brightness, at least with DC dimming.
Not sure if any of those issues are exclusive to the developer Rom or present with stable as well.
Camera shortcut using AI button now saves the photo in gallery, about time they fixed it.
Overall very stable. No issues with notifications. My only complaint is that auto brightness tends to be a bit too dim. The rest is just spot on, especially if you put Poco Launcher and remove all the crap with XiaomiADBFastbootTools.

1) Unlock bootloader (1week)
1.5) Potentially flash vbmeta.img in fastboot as stated on the first page - if step 3 doesn't boot to recovery and boots to fastboot instead.
2) Boot to fastboot and flash custom recovery (twrp)
3) Boot custom recovery wipe all data, reboot to recovery, copy ROM.zip to your phone and flash.

Unless your willing to manually build the newer versions as google releases them.
Pretty sure people have made custom AOSP roms.
Those have updates at the discretion of the developer.

Correct.
"If you’re currently enrolled in the Android Beta program, you’ll get the Android 13 final release and remain enrolled to receive ongoing Beta updates for Android 13 feature drops, starting later this year. If you’d like to opt out of ongoing Beta updates without needing to wipe your device, just visit the Android Beta site and opt out after you get the Android 13 final release and before taking the first beta for Android 13 feature drops."

Don't know if my phones bootloader is locked, but I bought it direct from T-Mobile US. Instructions for sideloading using ADB are on the top of the download page. It didn't wipe my phone and it's quicker than an OTA install. https://developers.google.com/android/ota#oriole
Anyone get it OTA yet? Purchased unlocked from Google and on AT&T; nothing yet for me.
Trying to sideload the OTA image file downloaded from Google, using latest version of adb, seems to getting stuck at "serving: 'oriole-ota-tp1a.220624.021-a13fd9d0.zip' (~3%)" - phone displaying "Verifying update package..."
I've sideloaded OTA images in the past without any issues, anybody have a suggestion?

When you say "using the latest version of adb", are you referring to the latest version of Platform Tools? Are your drivers up-to-date? Try using different cables and/or ports?
Yep, latest version of platform tools. Have tried 2 different cables (one of which is the one that came with the phone). Will check for driver updates, but have used this same PC to perform previous updates on my Pixel 6.
