You need Minimal ADB and Fastboot program. And you need unlocked bootloader on your phone. All other explanation is on the link you posted. Do a little research, and you will also learn a lot of things. You can't always ask for step by step explanation. I was also new to this, and I learned a lot by reading and doing a research on everything I need. So you can also do the same. This one is really easy. Just don't be lazy to use Google or to do a research.
i have a Fujitsu F02G Docomo Brand (5.0.2) i wanna root my device cause the apps system is too much -_-, i use kingroot,360root,etc but still fail to bypass the security system. So please if you have any idea or solutions tell me, thanks.

You can root it, by using some generic guide, based if your phone is MediaTek or Qualcomm, you should have some differences.
