Is there any custom or TWRP Recovery available for 8a 3gb 32gb variant?? or any other option to root the device ??

Doesnt work in that way. You need custom recovery to flash magisk. idk from where you got that idea. !!!

Did not happen many times I did with magisk manager but it does not root

magisk menager patch no problem and on fastboot flash no problem but not root

I am working on getting Magisk to work, it doesn't, right now.
If you want to try GSIs, it's arm32_binder64, and it's broken, until I get my overlay fixes into phhusson's repo. I have fixed everything except a buggy backlight that flashes on and off periodically.
With GSI and the fixes, Dual SIM works. VoLTE is being worked on by hackintosh5.
I will publish another thread with Magisk info and GSI after it's done.
