I refreshed the updater app, found new update to EMUI 10.0.0.168 , got exited and updated, now can not open the camera app, it crashes immediately

i installed market apk 3.4.4 as there is no market in lewa,,,, wiped its cache ,,
was able to download,,but at end of downloading it shows force close and the application doesnt installll,,,
i wiped data from system<<manage application...
but of no use,,, any help????

have had CM11.0 for Huawei Mediapad 18.01.2014 on the pad for some time, then suddenly got the play services pop up error every few seconds.
then installed gapps (pa_gapps-modular-pico(uni)-4.4.4-20141207-signed) the smallest gapps I was able to install.
The play services error wnt away, but now google play autocloses with error "Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped."
I have tried deleting data and cache, and deleting account and reenable. But no luck.
any advice?
i had various recent issues suddenly with my mediapad (restarting whole os itself, crashing apps, etc.)
i tried deleting cache, dalvik, factory reset, delete internal storage, then flashed older rom and (it seems) important is to flash correct gapps version related to that rom.
now it seems to be again usable, not tested yet too much... but anyway strange how this can happen.

what worked here (for now) is the smallest gapps from paranoidandroid.

These are a peace of my errors.
1. I did hard reset in System Recovery mod using Wipe data/ Factory reset it did not worked for me. When i turned on my phone. Nothing has changed in my phone include my password and everything.
2. I did hard reset through settings phone reboots and nothing happens and changes
3. I tried flash with SP Flash Tool and I Tried Flash with update.zip cmd adb sideload command line. It says me Updating complete and nothing changed and errors pops up .
4. I went to settings - Apps - All - clicked on the three box/dots on the upper right and Reset app preferences... restarted device, problem still not solved.
5. Uninstall apps did not uninstalled apps it is not working, app disabling is not working, uninstall updates also is not working, nothing is working in my phone.
6. Sometimes gallery is working and i can view photos but i can not remove, move those.
7. Nothing in System Recovery mod is working, partition cache clear, factory reset and etc is not working.
How you can help me?
How i can erase all of system in phone and write/flash new system to my phone. How i can solve this problem?
I have a micromax e455 for three years with android 5.0.2 ,3 weeks ago my chrome stopped working I cleared cache and I went to factory version and then updated still the app was crashing later other apps like Instagram and share it stopped working so I read some where on internet to revert android system webview to factory ...the apps worked but 2-3 days after the problem came again now evey app even the settings and google apps stopped occasionally...I did factory reset three times now the factory version of google apps work but as soon as I update them they stop working and other apps like gallery, Instagram,shareit,clean master,es file explorer still don't work...any way to get out of this .I cleared cache of every app as well as well as went to recovery removed cache and factory reseted.

I have Htc M8 with 5.0.2 android version, I could install all apps on it except Messenger and Instagram.
When I go to play-store and click the install button they stuck in installing process then the install button appear again and sometimes it shows 504 error.
I tried all possible suggestions that I saw deleted data & cach & factory reset & apk but nothing changed its the first time happen to me, Those apps were working fine before
Download their APKs from apkmirror and install them.
