Welcome to CesiumOS, Yet another AOSP project. But this is one that will be a very different and exciting project. What differentiates us from the rest, you ask? Well that's why you're here - to find out.
*Note This thread is optimised for both Light and Dark XDA themes. View this thread in a browser to have a magical experience!
CesiumOS is a project that is designed to be exciting. It is something that was born out of a sea of similar-looking AOSP roms. We offer a unique, yet familiar experience for your phone. We cherry-pick features that we think will *actually* be useful in your daily lives, and nothing more. Since this is the beginning of something beautiful and exciting, we will continue to add more features in the future releases. We will strive to keep the ROM bloat-free, yet still have enough features that will keep you satisfied.

The bad : gapps included & gdialer instead of default aosp one. name makes me think of counter strike hehe

Does it have screen recorder with internal audio bro?

unrelated question - but can roms like this use the ported vendor/firmware from something like masik ported dipper android 10 rom to allow us to use 60fps 4k video recording + all the camera functions in anx + 1nsanity gcam as well as face unlock?

Hey can anyone confirm if the audio of the Snapchat and Instagram recorded videos are fine and not broken?
Thank you

This is a initial build spare us some time will come up with features soon

Is screen casting works? And native video calling?

is there no dev able to fix that **** with statusbar icons shifting when you go from lockscreen to homescreen ? in a perfect UI those statusbar items should be fixed in the same position on lockscreen and homescreen and no matter the dpi you use, the same amount of icons should be visible and not get hidden behind the notch area. am i right ? or i'm just too OCD about this stuff ?

No VoWifi on this ROM for german o2-de

Introduction:
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion...
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!
Read here for developer application; with this, you can host your unofficial MoKee builds on our server!

We’re really excited to announce the release of Paranoid Android Pie betas.
On first launch, you’ll notice a clean setup with a beautiful wallpaper from Hampus Olsson, who teamed up with us again to create several beautiful pieces of artwork. For those who are unfamiliar, Hampus is a multi-disciplinary artist whose design stands for itself and we’re glad to have him onboard. We also added further UI touches that we believe enhances the overall user experience.
The beta builds include adjustments and improvements on top of the stock Android CAF base. The Paranoid Android team and contributors are focusing on squashing existing bugs, and implementing and improving features.

Nice job, but phone calls not working, damn that's harsh for a phone.
I'm sorry but am I correct in assuming that this doesn't work on Non Qualcomm device? I have a Kirin Device. It was updated till Oreo and I can flash Pie ROM on that Oreo build. Will this work? Device is Honor 6X BTW
Any screenshots ??

@2WildFirE First of all: Really like that you keep your home screen organised!
Sad to see that the new navigations are not working atm - Thank you for sharing! You saved me from frustration
pros :
- battery %, hide statusbar items
- arter kernel works, all very smooth 28-32 degrees battery temp
cons :
- gapps included
- google dialer / messages
- lots of google bloats in this gapps package, removed ~ 300 mb of trash apps
- google fonts. is this aosp or pixel experience based ? hard to tell
- selecting sounds via sounds app, not media storage
Bro please build without gapps. It's a request.

On the first launch, you’ll notice a clean setup with a beautiful wallpaper from Hampus Olsson, who teamed up with us again to create several beautiful pieces of artwork. Hampus is a multi-disciplinary artist whose design stands for itself and we’re glad to have him onboard. We also added further UI touches that we believe enhance the overall user experience. You can find all of the Paranoid Android wallpapers and many more in the Abstruct app from the PlayStore.
Our builds are based on the Code Aurora Forum Android base, which is optimized for Qualcomm platforms and has a higher degree of performance, battery life, and functionality compared to the Android Open Source Project platform. The Paranoid Android team and contributors are focusing on squashing existing bugs, and implementing and improving features, performance, and stability. We are dedicated to providing a user experience with the stability that you can expect from stock ROMs with best-in-class performance and features to help you get the most out of your device.

No customization yet. Also PA is known for minimal customization and being CAF based.

It can be added to any ROM, as far as I know, with this great module: https://github.com/BaltiApps/Pixelify-Google-Photos

its still on alpha stage ... bugs are expected
Is there an approximate date when the builds are updated?
During Android 11, I thought this project will become a competitor to Pixel Experience but sadly it was and still is an experimental playground.
