My Mido still does it's job. I'm waiting for a phone with both, camera and finger print scanner under the screen. Not a big fan of a notch or pop up cams

If you not want spend a lot of maney buy an mi a3 is best for price 120-130 €.

Which phone will you buy after this one?

Like the title says, which phone would you consider to replace this one if it were to break? Is there a phone out there that could be a worthy successor?
There are better phones of course.just not for the price.if my rn3 broke I would definitely buy another.i feel that for $180 the choices are very limited and xiaomi hit the mark.thats just my opinion tho.

Couldn't ageee more. Even that rn4 is released i still prefer rn3. This phone is just too god for its price.
And if you look that it is on top 3 custom rom devices... Then its very hard to say which will be next or rn3 again:laugh:
Op3t.
Mi 6C
Maybe future redmi note phones...
I'm waiting for a mid-high end or flagship phone with 4000+ mah battery & vooc/dash charging.
Its weird reading users praising their rm3000 ($700+) devices for getting 5-6 hours sot per day while I can easily get 8-10 hours on this 'budget' device.
Oh yeah I want my next phone to have great custom rom support to like this phone.
I'm waiting for mi6 for the price to drop and I'm getting one.
Sent from Note 3, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3.
my rn3 got stolen ..
getting a redmi note 3 again... its better than redmi note 4..

I've been looking at the Mi6 as well, but apart from the ram, I don't really see why it might be better. Smaller screen, same MPs camera wise, small battery... I do like the fingerprint scanner on the front, though.

Don't know, possibly too expensive.
Will drag it for 6-8 more months, then going for the OnePlus 5 for sure... Although not going to sell RMN3, will keep it as my backup phone!

Yeah, ram. That's what I'm after. I made a mistake picking RN3Pro with 2gb of ram.
My 2nd reason is the smaller screen. 5,5 is a bit too big for me.

I will try to stay with my beloved redmi note 3 as muvh as it lasts!
I will stick with the rn3 until next year. Will try to get the the latest offerings from Xiaomi or OnePlus
I just want one with a snapdragon soc, plemty of ram, headphone jack and micro sd card slot.
mi max 2 with snapdragon 660
Mmm I don't know..i buyed rn3p as a transition phone to buy something better in 2 months. This was at August 2016. The battery, the modding convinced me to take it as daily driver phone.

I personally don't recommend changing the hardware on it. It would be better to just flashing a new ROM and use modded gcam app.

Redmi note 5 pro Chinese ver is also great. But xiaomi phones are the best choice at this price. If you are comfortable with higher price, I'd recommend a used essential phone.

Good alternative for Honor 8X with custom ROMs?

Hi I already ordered the Honor 8x but only later I realized that you cant put LineageOS on it.
I can still stop the order but what would be alternatives with good value for a cheap price (especially camera+dual sim).
Would the Poco f1 be the next best choice?

Well if you are from India your best options will be
Redmi note 5 pro
Asus Zenfone max pro m1 6gb
Or you can give this a try
Moto power one
Xiaomi mi A2 lite good bang for buck and good development going on, I'm selling my 8x no bootloader no development screw honor [emoji16]

Thank you guys for the suggestions. I'm located in Europe so the Redmi 5 Pro is sadly not an option.
The Xiaomi mi A2 Lite looks quite good, I'll have a closer look on that. Maybe the camera is a bit to weak for me.

It's pretty unfortunate as the phone would be nice.

Redmi note 9 pro (pakistani version???)

helllo good people,
my question arises from Remi's branding of redmi note 9 pro in Pakistan.
it has same specs as Redmi Note 9 Pro Max like 64mp and all but instead it has 6 gb ram and 16mp front camera instead of 8gb and 32mp front.
someone guide me which forum does it belong to? i dont want to brick my device :silly:
link for website: https://mistore.pk/pages/redmi-note-9-pro
i just rooted my redmi note 9 pro JOYEUSE today and flashed LRTWRP then flashed eu miui 11.......Yes the redmi note 9 pro in Pakistan is JOYEUSE.
Yes its joyuse...dont worry.
Yep, it's Joyeuse while the Redmi Note 9S is Curtana.

Of course it works fine, why do wouldn't it? Just be careful with the files you flash (recovery, rom etc.) and ensure that those are indeed meant for 'joyuse' and not 'curtana, gram or excalibur'.
I have curtana and I'm rooted on the latest eu.
No dust found under the camera array, although if you're worried I'd suggest getting the nilkin camera cover case.
As for Antutu, I think benchmarks are useless. The phone is plenty fast and smooth for my needs and that's what matters to me. Happy flashing ?
