Google Pixel Recorder App - Moto X4 Themes, Apps, and Mods

I have downloaded and tested the unofficial build and both the audio and text works as expected and I can export/share both.
I was/am using HAVOC OS (PIE) w/o Google Play (Spyware) Services installed.
If you are NOT using GPlay Services, don't give the app the location permission or use the 'Send to Google Drive' menu option as they will cause the app to crash.

Help please PowerJB XGO and Google play services Strava app

Is anyone using the latest Power Jb by Prototypell and using Strava cycling app? The rom works fine on the phone with google maps and routes. However if i use strava i get a warning message saying "Google Play services, which some of your applications rely on, is not supported by your device. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance"
The app then continues to load and works fine until i try and record a route. The app then crashes
Any suggestions how to get both working or do i need to try another ROM?
The rom does not support google play services. Back up and change rom as roms need to wipe
Sent from my LT22i using xda app-developers app

I have installed PowerJB 1.5, installed the Google Play Services Package (com.google.android.gms) but have still problems with Hangouts and Google+.
Google Maps works great. Is there any way to enable google services in this custom ROM?

Google Assistant/App/GAPPS - voice match working but Assistant just links to the App?

Hey guys
I'm using Lineage 16.0 on a Note 3 HLTE. I would like to install Google Assistant and have it so that I can access it from any app with voice match.
Doing a clean install of Lineage with pico GAPPS, I go to install the Assistant from the play store and it tells me I need the Google App, so I install that. A bit of fumbling around, I'm able to get the Assistant working as the default. I can tell which app is which because the Assistant voice box appears at the bottom, and the Google App (search) appears at the top. I find the Assistant to be the nicer app to use. However with this method, voice match does not work. I've tried everything.
Doing a clean install of Lineage with micro GAPPS, it will install the Google App and voice match works. I went to the play store to install the Assistant and it just doesn't seem to work. Clicking the Assistant icon just loads up the Google App, like it's just a link/placeholder now.
The tldr
I can install pico GAPPS and Assistant/Google App from the play store. Everything works but voice match is greyed out/missing/doesn't work
I can install micro GAPPS (includes Google App) and Assistant from the play store. Voice match now works, but Assistant just seems to link to/load the Google App instead.
Any ideas?
After a bit of fumbing around, disabling apps and so on, it seems I got it working. I think what did it was setting it as the default assist app. It didn't occurr to me to do this at first because it was already responding to my voice, but it seems setting the default will change it from google search to assistant. Who knew? Leaving this here in case anyone else has the same issue. I've seen plenty of people who couldn't get voice match working. It seems the thing to do is install the Google App as a system app/use a GAPPS that includes it, then install Assistant from the play store and set it as the default

Google Play Store isn't running

Hi,
I am using a new installed Pocophone F1 with MIUI global 10.3.7 stable and android version 9.
I am connected with the internet, but I can't use the play store. I also can't open the play store!
Is it possible to reinstall it? I can't find any button in the playstore settings?
What can I do now?
goto settings apps / third party apps or its installed apps,
select
google plays store, CLEAN DATA
select
google play service, CLEAN DATA
try now...
toggle 4g to 3g so that your device connects/reconnects to the nearest tower!
It doesn't work
I tried it for about 10 times, but nothing happend...

'Google play services updating'?

I recently got a black shark 3 pro CN version from Giztop (2 days ago). Device is great and I absolutely love it. However I noticed an issue whilst using Google maps or any app that requires maps access. In Google maps, my location never gets pinpointed as nothing happens when I ask the app to access my location. Similarly, an app requiring Google maps service to work functions. I get an error saying 'google play services updating'.
Another issue I've noticed is if I use the Google play games app to launch a game, nothing happens. Which led me to the conclusion that my Google play services are not installed properly. And yes I've given permissions to all Google apps.
I've tried deleting my gapps and re-installing them using Google installer but that still hasn't fixed the issue. Please help me solve this issue, thank you.

Edit: I have solved the problem, using the steps in this link:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Xiaomi/comments/dkdwie/guide_how_to_fix_gps_and_notification_issues_for/
Now Google maps and Google pay + Google play games have started responding normally!
This is not the solution.
The solution is enable all permissions and autostart in all google services and also permit no restrictions in miui battery optimization.
And the last and most important stage, Enter Locations by clicking long press on the button in the status bar, enter app permissions, choose "google play services" and click "always allow".
Thats it, you don't need to touch the supl server.
There is only one problem I found out. The Google services framework service "No restrictions" always return to "Miui battery saver" after restart and need to set it again. That make the compass on google maps to not work properly if you leave it in battery saver mode.
Hope it will help.
I'm having the same issue (Google services are updating) and did everything all Google apps & services have full permissions and still not solved.
Anyone know how to fix it.

if you disabled so many google services why not just give protonAOSP, CalyxOS or GrapheneOS a try? all of these are free, open source and you can relock the bootloader after installing them.
I have a whole thread for that, the list is updated constantly
[DISCONTINUED] Google Pixel Experience - Optimization Guide
THIS IS A SUGGESTED CONFIGURATION FOR GOOGLE DEVICES OUT OF SUPPORT/CLOSED RECOMMENDED SETTINGS To Start With - Factory Reset (RECOMMENDED) - Remove SIM before first boot - Follow setup OFFLINE (DON'T restore anything during setup) - Reboot...

It would be nice to debloat this thread.
