Nice job

Any customized ........

Hi, nice job thank you!
Why flashing DFE is required? Am I not able to keep encryption with this ROM version? I am running v16 .0-20190808 without DFE.

Does Volte work fine without toggling?

Didnt tried it by myself, but dev said WiFi display should work just fine

Neither VoLTE nor VoWifi working with this ROM on o2 germany

Unfortunately the battery percentage does not work

How can I get ANX camera working on this ROM?

Why 17.1? Wouldn't that be Android 10.1?

Good work i hope it becomes official soon ?

Does this supports AnX?

Should be a comma after "no"? I known that december security patch is like Android 10.1 but still. Strange to change the name, since they didn't even officially released LOS17 on their blog

Sorry for my grammar derp. But yeah December patch was a pain in the ass. So, they decided to rename the version. And also there was many fwb and vendor changes. If this ROM uses los DT then that changes also counts.

I just installed lineage OS 17.1.
Expanded desktop is not working.
Even after rebooting twice it's still not working.

WE NOW HAVE AN OFFICIAL TELEGRAM GROUP - StatiXOS @ Telegram.
About Us :
StatiX was brought to life to give users a ROM that not only provides the benefit of stability but combines it with the power of performance too. We have done so in a way by doing a bring-up of CAF on AOSP sources.
The StatiX team would highly appreciate that anyone who tries this ROM to take a little bit of your time to leave us your valuable feedback, your honest opinion or even just to say hello. If you should encounter any issue, bug, or some kind of glitch that seems to be abnormal and you are pretty sure that it is related to the ROM (and not related to any special apps or mods you flashed on top), then please give as many details as you can, and if it all possible, please attach and include a logcat. Thanks.

Who said that ? Dev might just have missed to IR camera in the Bug list. Even if the sources are out, IR camera isn't coming sooner on the custom roms because AOSP doesn't have any provision for IR camera. It till now has only been a feature of OEM skins.
used this rom, overall good
1) could add the notch hiding option
2) app notification setting FC

What's working:
Telephony (Calls, SMS, Mobile Data)
WiFi
Bluetooth
NFC
GPS (Plain Device Mode Works)
Fingerprint
Camera (Needs Improvements)
HWC
What's not working:
Obviously Samsung's own features such as Samsung Pay, KNOX, Theme Center, Game Launcher, etc. won't be ported to LineageOS. We may have our own implementation to similar functions, though.
IMS services (VoLTE, VoWiFi, etc). Samsung has their own proprietary implementation. It is not really possible to easily port that to LineageOS.
Instructions:
Make sure TWRP has been installed and functional.
Download the latest build (and optionally gapps).
Reboot to recovery
Wipe data and cache (required if you switch from other ROMs)
Flash the latest build (and gapps)
Reboot

Reporting Bugs:
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)

thanks a lot. Is exfat and cast working?

Thanks a lot for your efforts.

Anyone else having no LTE connection?
I have something similar on LOS 17.1. I always have to flash lineage-17.1-20200912-nightly-beryllium-signed.zip at first, start into LOS, then update with the LOS updater to latest build to make sure that LTE connects fine.
Maybe it is related.
@bgcngm In ‘Trust‘ the vendor security patch is outdated (at least in 17.1). Have you any plans to update the vendor to the latest vendor from Xiaomi (V12.0.2.0)?

Well, I see other developers updating their vendor security patch. Such as the Havoc-OS maintainer: https://github.com/PainKiller3/devi...ommit/26318128b4876b4c1dfa648022c5e43a4aca405
They update it simultaneously with the latest vendor. But you've probably more knowledge about it. Would you like to look into it? Many thanks in advance!

@bgcngm Is there any reason why this is based on v11 firmware and not v12?
Can someone help me? I came from MIUI and I formated everything and flashed the firmware, rom and gapps in TWRP but after booting it's asking for a password, I did factory reset, wiped everything again but it's still asking for a password. Actually it's telling my that my data is corrupted?
update: never mind I figured out formatting and choosing data in the options and "formatting data" are different things
Thank you!

I think they mean the "ROM OS Version" description at the bottom of the OP
Great ROM. Everything works really well, Gapps is a little buggy but the ROM itself is fine except for one issue.
Bluetooth doesn't connect out of the box to the JBL flip 5. We need to go into developers options and there are now a whole plethora of bluetooth options. I had to disable the Bluetooth A2DP hardware offload for it to connect. But for some reason even after connection music plays through the phone speaker. I tried all the options but none of them worked. Any tips to make it work? My smart watch connected without issues, I think this is only related to music streaming.
Wired headset works great and many thanks for including the Dirac sound enhancer.

hey did we get the twrp install issue fixed on this?
i installed it today and it is running fine and ever , ui is slightly laggy especially the notification tray which is very laggy but i would say overall it works fine. well done and good job.

I guess not, since lux is not officially supported by LOS anymore.
NFC isn't working at all. Hardware not available. But lux has nfc, according to 17.1

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 11 (R), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
Base source code is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to the project, please visit our Gerrit Code Review.

Idk, it should pass, as build is selinux enforcing and safety net does not fail. Unless it can check for unlocked bootloader

Thanks.
I have tested rom. It's working smooth. You really kept this tiny device alive so far!
This build is more smooth than lineage on some of the very recent devices.
About Banking apps - they won't work if a rom is signed using test keys. Thats why though unrooted lineage with gapps does not work with bank apps.
Thanks, @jeferson1979, for making this happen. Unfortunately, I just tested it, and the following bug still exists in 18.1: https://gitlab.com/LineageOS/issues/android/-/issues/2678
I'll try 19.0 soon.

Even worse, I just tried 19.0, and it can't re-connect to a hidden SSID no matter if the screen is on or off! It connects only at setup of WiFi, and then can never re-connect.

On lineage 19 the kernel has another codebase. I'm working over 18.1, as I have no hope over 19.0
We can't meet requirements
Hi,
How to enable zram without root / magisk in lineage?
I have tried 'zram swap enable' magisk module, and less apps reload due low ram.
hello dev, great LineageOS support that you have given, my question is will it officially reach the harpia? 18.1

that's great congratulations for all the work sir, that's worth admiring, I'll try it in a few days on my moto g4 play if I can recover the mobile signal.
Hi,
i have some noob questions
1. I have twrp-3.6.1_9-0-harpia.img installed. Is this OK or i need the harpia_recovery.img?
2. You have Gapps linked to open_gapps-arm64-10.0-nano-20220215.zip. It is possible to use the open_gapps-arm64-11.0-pico-20220215.zip
