Before updating on Android 10
I want to be sure that it is still particle to activate built in call recording with feature.xcs as it was possible on Android 9 with my rooted note 10 ?

if your rooted, then you should have no issues activating call recording. Also note if you on U1/U2 bootloader you can always downgrade to Android 9 from Android 10! or use odin to flash Android 10 u1 or U2 firmware so if your call recording can't be enabled enabled so you're not getting stuck by upgrading..

Don't try to downgrade. It may trigger android verified boot (anti rollback) and brick your phone. I did that last week, then i must sent my phone to service center to fix (for free)
So there is Technically no way to Downgrade?

Try the AP of android 8 and others from android 9 in odin...maybe it will help
