Spookybear got the links for dumpling and fajita mixed. The correct files for OnePlus 5T are in the OnePlus 6T thread.

Yeah, then do NOT flash these. It will brick your recovery until he fixes this.
Edit: the zip will protect you, the .img will not. Meaning the zip will error
I will say awesome recovery so far though. Great job.

So flashing zip through recovery will not erase anything in a perfect world right? No pictures, videos, ect? Assuming the small risk of things going wrong right?

Don't flash anything from the links included on this thread, they are for fajita. The dumpling zip in the fajita thread worked, but he removed them from the thread.
I can't post the full URL (don't have enough posts) but it is mediafire /file/rsqlhr0n4s4hxuc/OrangeFox-Unofficial-dumpling.zip/file
The zip is flashable through twrp. If you don't have twrp installed (or just want to flash the img through fastboot) you can extract the img file from the zip.

So are the links fixed now?

I saw the updated links but dont want to risk a broken recovery since i dont have my pc with me. And i dont trust flashing stuff in a booted system

Flashed the zip in TWRP it works great..
I just noticed, the size of this img is just a half size of codeworkx TWRP. Any specific difference? Wont affect decrypted device?

Red Wolf Recovery is custom recovery based on TWRP source code however some things are working here slightly different then you might expected. The main objective of this project is to provide stable recovery with features which you have never seen before in a recovery and which have not been accepted for adding to the official source code of TWRP. This recovery is also first recovery on the world with password protection.

Really? Won't just flashing a recovery from a recovery create problems? What will happen just after flashing RedWolf from TWRP? Will I get directly redirected to RedWolf or will I have to reboot? Please tell me if this is risky. Using 2GB variant.

This is NOT an OrangeFox release. It is Redwolf v027 through and through.
The only thing that is from OrangeFox in this release is the zip installer used to install it (and some of the OrangeFox extra zip files that have been added). The actual recovery image is a Redwolf v027 recovery image.

I was on latest official twrp and simple flash worked for me
Hey @Sushrut1101 the recovery is working like a charm, specifically the decryption which we were waiting for so long.
Can we have the splash screen customization as we had in the unofficial version ? There were options to remove the background completely and only have the fox logo. It looks so nice.

Yep!
OF is a great recovery with lots of tools. There's a problem though for us encrypted flashoholics. If your data is encrypted and you clean flash a rom that doesn't boot for whatever reason OF doesn't ask for decryption key and your data partition will remain encrypted. That means that you can't access your internal storage or your backups if they're on the internal storage. Other recoveries still ask for the decryption key like twrp and such.

You have to format Data. It's Not an OrangeFox issue.
I'm going to upgrade the recovery to Android 10 Soon. That may fix the issue.

It's not an issue on any other recovery they can decrypt the data partition without any rom flashed. Yes A10 based hopefully fixes it.
Is still required a Intel processor in order to unlock bootloader or can we do with AMD?

You can do it with AMD but you need to do a a fix before that.
Check the AMD Ryzen Fastboot Fix Guide at my POCO F1 Ultimate Collection & Guides thread and follow the steps there.

Osm sir. Great work @Sushrut1101
First of all, thanks for your work!
As in all custom recoveries so far, switching from slot A to slot B and vice versa does not work. A switchover is reported, but after restarting recovery the active slot is still the same.

Switched in basic mode (fastboot).
The installation prompted to switch slots and upload to the other one.
I used the command "fastboot --set-active=b" to switch.
The recovery slot hasn't switched.

Well, why do you want to manually change the slot ?
As I wrote, the ROM installation prompted to switch slots and upload to the second slot. Without switching, the installation would not be functional.
Thanks for giving us OrangeFox .... Great Work!
i have to try it

Is there a problem when installing ROM regards on selecting slots?
Thanks for this great effort,i have some questions if anybody could help me please.
DO i have to flash it using fastboot if yes please guide me a little?
How to prevent the bootloop after flashing?
(As i have seen such problem in the unoffoical twrp recovery for mojito/sunny and they recommend to flash no-variety after recovery installing)
Can i root mojito using this recovery using magisk without bricking device?
Current Rom : MIUI Global 12.5.3.0 stable
