[Q][Help]needed to find a wallpaper app

Hi,
Backstory:
I recently had my S2 serviced and lost all the apps I had installed.
For some reason, Marketplace didn't keep track of apps I downloaded, so I couldn't get some of the apps which I lost.
Problem:
There was a wallpaper app, I have been using from long time, but even after searching a lot I couldn't locate it. Thing is most of such apps have generic names and the search doesn't really help. I can't be sure whether its still hosted on the marketplace or not, been close to 6 months since I installed it for the first time.
This app has a water wave on the startup splash screen.
So silly it may sound, I am kinda restless cuz I'm not able to find it. Please help me here. Thanks and hope this doesn't get closed.
Have you tried checking your account on the market website?
I found apps that i had installed on my old HTC Hero that i had forgotten about listed under my transactions.
https:/ /market.android.com/
Dave, no it doesn't show up in my orders/transactions.
If it did, I wouldn't have open this thread.
There are two areas to the market website. One has only purchases. While the other has all apps on the other device or old device. I use that to reinstall everything on my phone after a flash.
Sent from my GT-I9100
^mate, it doesn't show in My library as well.
Found my wallpaper app, it has been removed from Marketplace.
Get it from here

[Q] market, shows all previous installed apps

Hi,
Since trying out all these new ROMs out there (hats off to their wonderful work), I've noticed that the att modded roms have a market feature that's been driving me batty. I'm not saying its the at&t roms, but I've just noticed this since I started these roms.
The"my app" section used to have a list of the installed apps, and below it was a list on the apps I've purchased, which is cool.
What I've noticed recently in the"my apps" section is a page with the installed apps, then if I swipe to the right, the page shows all the purchased apps, plus all the other apps I've installed since I've started using the market (ones I've stopped using out didn't like and uninstalled). Which I'd cluttered and annoying when reloading apps.
My question is, if it is the version of the market, can I load the Rogers version of the market, out if that isn't practical, can I devourer this list somehow?
Not a huge issue, but an annoyance.
Thank you in advance.
+1

Saves me from having to do a search for apps that I have a license key to. Launcher pro and fuel log pro arre 2 that come to mine that I import setting within the app due to tibu bugs when restoring data to them.

Thanks for all the great info. I want aware that was a feature of the new play market.
It's very annoying.. Thanks for the advice of restoring from titanium. I should be able to pull a market apk out of an old ROM zip and install it.
Play needs filters!
Google needs to have a way to sort purchased apps from every other app I downloaded within the past 6 months, which is MANY. I have to scroll 3 pages then might see one purchased app, scroll two more pages to see another couple...
Google needs to be able to filter

What that guy said.
I find it easier to manage my apps from a computer. I just log onto my google account and then send the apps to the device I want them on...
https://play.google.com/apps
market, website bug
Using PC was my bright idea, untill I figured out, that it only shows you about 10 pages of your apps, alphabeticaly, and there is no way to show next one, so my list ends on letter G.
Also using market on the device after choosing to install an app from the list, I am returned to the beginning of the [email protected]#! Major annoyance.
Also I have restored the device and then logged back in using same account, only to figure that it will not put all the apps back on...
So, if I could have a suggestion- could we have ability to have an app list to install in one click on a new device? Or at the least could we have our apps list with boxes for checkmarks, so we can check all of the nessesary apps and then install them?.... sigh

[Q] Different Google Talk APKs?

Hello,
Some time ago, I purchased an Onda V712 7" tablet; just a cheap, rooted Android tablet to tinker with. After disabling the Chinese apps, I later installed some of the Google Apps, including Google Talk. Recently, I upgraded the tablet's firmware and overlooked that it was a destructive firmware. Because I was/am foolish, I didn't store the APK I had used to install Google Talk (nor do I recall where I got it), and on the assumption that any APK that I could get was fungible. For the reinstall, I used the method described:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1056793
And the Google Talk app that I installed the second time wasn't the same one that I had installed the first time. The first application was great; it had a double-pane layout with the contacts in a sidebar. It looked similar to this:
http://images.anandtech.com/reviews/gadgets/Motorola/Xoom/talk2.jpg
However, the subsequent app that I installed (via XDA Developers) looked more like a stretched-to-fit version of Google Talk on an Android phone:

Having poked around the settings for the second app, I wasn't able to find a way in which it would render in the layout depicted in the first one.
Are there really two Google Talk apps (ostensibly one for tablets and one for phones), or had I been mistaken and installed an outdated or improper version? If I may be opportunistic, I would appreciate it if anybody could point me to that version I had been using.
Thanks very much
I think above one is running in Tablet mode and bellow one is Phone mode. But I don't know how to change the mode.
Sorry I missed, in the end you already mentioned about this.

i never checked Talk before I updated to rooted 1.5.5.
After the update it was on the tablet, but only crashing.
I tried the modaco installer, but it does not work.
Can you explain which one you used?
I do not care too much about the dimensions, as long as video calling works
thanks

[Q] ICS Problems. Please Help

I've recently got a new phone (the Sony Xperia Miro) and I haven't been receiving my notification sounds for facebook, twitter and some other apps. I can't figure out what to do to get them working. I have tried searching google but I can't find anything on it. My widgets won't work either, they just freeze when they get placed onto my home screen.
Is it something to do with ICS hating thrid party apps?
