Hello, my dashcam is not recognized at all, and I believe it was just after I set this setting

How is that possible? I can't even see it on the file manager, but the dashcam is powered.
I unsinstzlled the app and still not working
I searched everywhere can't undo this or fix it. any advice? thanks
