Hello, I allow myself to create a new thread on the forum because I have a big problem on my Oukitel K12 phone. I receive almost no notifications (Discord for example), I don't always receive SMS. This is not a problem of the applications because they are configured correctly. I suspect the application "System Manager" to be a problem (probably a problem related to battery optimization). I could really use some help...

Possible cause
Disable duraSpeed in settings> DuraSpeed, or authorize the apps you want to receive notifications, I confess it doesn't work well.

Thanks. This allowed the Pano Scrobbler app to finally show up in notifications on my Oukitel WP13 phone.

Recently chat through the native Facebook app has been disabled, and they're now refering to their 'facebook messenger' app. The only problem with that app is, that I'm not able to disable notifications. It only give me two options --> "An hour" or "Until 8 P.M"... I don't care if anyone have wrote to me on facebook, so is there any "hack", that can solve my problem?

If you are on Jelly Bean or higher, you can long press on the notification, hit App Info and turn off the notifications there. Or just go to Settings / Applications/Application Manager and disable it there. Same thing, just whichever you find easier. If you don't use the app though, just disable it.

I have noticed that with Greenify hibernating WhatsApp, contacts calling my phone via the new WhatsApp call service never rings. On their side, it just rings and rings and I never answer. On my side though, nothing happens which is why I never answer the call. If I open WhatsApp, then the missed calls notifications from WhatsApp.
It would seem that Greenify can't intercept the incoming WhatsApp calls and wake-up the hibernated WhatsApp to accept the calls.
Can anybody confirm this?

Whatsapp, Facebook etc use all kinds of circumventions to go around standard android behaviour. Greenify expects standard android behaviour and is made keeping that in mind.
In addition, for every update to these apps, there are some new issues. No Dev can keep abreast of such issues.
So if you experience problems, ungreenify Whatsapp.
Yes, I have determined that I must un-greenify WhatsApp to receive WhatsApp calls.
Hopefully the developer can have a look into it

The update 2.12.19 enables GCM push for whatsapp calling. I can confirm that.

I cant confirm this! 2.12.19 on every device, whatsapp hibernated and no whatsapp call wakes devices...
Where do you get 2.12.19 from?
I'm still on 2.12.5.

Dear mate,
For explanation about problem, if its helps;
Using Greenify donation with xposed, rooted and all experimental page is checked.
Never had issue with whatsapp messages, everything was fine and still fine.
Only problem is whatsapp call feature like mentioned here, it dosent wake up phone and you get missed call only when you manually open whatsapp.
For try, i degreenified whatsapp (removed from list inside greenify) and send a message from it for be sure its started manually.
Still when screen off problem continues...

it's a whatsapp issue
after 10 minutes of deep sleep seems that whatsapp call service goes offline, this happen to me and all my friends
Hi, I'm just wondering since huawei phones often have notification problems for e.g never getting notifications from third party apps (WhatsApp, Instagram) does the huawei honor 9 receive all notifications from third parry apps or do u have to go into settings to get notifications or do u not get them at all cause my honor 8 never receives notifications.

I have big notification problems. Gmail notification are coming late, but even worse, WhatsApp notifications are only coming when I open the app. Strangely, WhatsApp has been working fine for the first couple of days, but now it's a nightmare. I have followed every guide for improving the notifications, but to no avail.

I had to go to
settings -> Apps -> settings (at the bottom) -> Special Access -> Ignore Optimisations -> All Apps
and then manually select each app I wanted to allow notifications for. Before that got almost nothing from any app except phone and messages. Since then I haven't had any problems

That was one of the first things I did. Still WhatsApp is refusing to notify my in time. And by the way, you can't select Gmail because it is not listed in All Apps.

No problem with notification..all working fine
I'm bringing up this thread because I'm having problems with my Honor 9 not showing Telegram notifications unless I open the app. It doesn't *always* happen, but it's very annoying nonetheless.
I'm not having this problem with any other app.
I've tried whitelisting telegram for battery optimization, but to no avail.
Is anyone else having this same issue or knows how to solve it?
I'm not using telegram.
For my others notifications are working fine but not the LED notification for some apps.
I suspect it's because the default color choosen by defaultfor se apps is just not working with honor9's.

Is there any setting option that enable the watch to collect unread notifications from the same sender like,
If Mr. A sends me "one" then "two" then "three" (3 notifications in total)
Which i didn't see or reply on both phone and watch.
But when I check on my watch, there is only one latest notification shown.
I would like it to be shown all.
Can it be possible?

What watch? How do you expect an answer without providing device and firmware details?
If it's a Pace/Stratos/Verge, it works like this only with WeChat. Third party apps that manage notifications may do this too, I know AmazMod does doesn't (yet).

Watch Droid notifications behave like this for WhatsApp. You'll see all 3 notifications separately on the watch
Oh, you want to actually "ungroup" the messages, not "group messages from same sender"... Then you can install AmazMod, you don't need to install the service APK on watch, simply install on phone and disable push notifications in stock Amazfit (you must keep it installed) then configure AmazMod to suit your needs (make sure "ungroup notifications" is ENABLED).

Actually I face this problem.
I am using Line messenger as my main messenger service.
It is ok if different people send me message once each. The watch can show all the messages. But there will be a problem when there are more than one message from the same sender. The watch will show only the latest one.
I've tested with other service like Whatsapp (which I rarely use). There is no problem like this.
I really have no idea how to fix.

Have you installed either amazmod or watch Droid? Amazmod may be easier because you only need the phone app

Hi, there. I changed my smartphone into new one with PIE operating system. Problem is that I can't get SMS notifications to my Amazfit Verge. With old smartphone with Marshmallow everything was fine. From some apps like sports apps I getting notifications about games starting, but from Amazfit app - I don't. Incoming calls I getting, others like Google Mail notifications, calendar's and ect. I did not tested yet. I checked in settings permissions, but in SMS there is no Amazfit app listed, in others sections like Contact, calls and ect., Amazfit is listed. When I activating in smartphone "do not disturb" mode - SMS notification I getting. But when this mode is deactivated - no. Strange problem. I don't know what to do, now is weekand so I can't ask about Amazfit or phone manufacturer about this problem. Why Amazfti app is not listed in SMS permission section? Any idea? Somebody have this problem too or can advise how to fix? SMS is one of important notifications for me, it's the same important as to get incoming calls. Thanks in advance for any help. By the way: Amazfit is already updated into newest version (if i'm not wrong 3.4.4) and Amazfit Verge is updated into newest version (if I remember right 3.2.5.0), smartphone operating system is updated too into newest version. I tried some things to do. But if say honest I couldn't find there is problem (I mean why in permission isn't Amazfit listed) and why SMS notification working only when is "do not disturb" activated.
