Clean Flash
1) Backup Everything (Most Important)
2) Download ROM, Gapps, Magisk, etc.
3) Reboot to Recovery (TWRP)
4) Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache.
5) Flash - ROM, Gapps, Magisk
6) Once done, wipe cache.
7) Reboot to System.

I'm currently porting LineageOS 16 to ugg using your sources.
When it's done I will make a common device tree for both ugglite and ugg.
Would you want to merge that when it's done?

But whatever, It will be always good to using a common device tree for both ugglite and ugg.

Sorry I don't know you have already did for the ugg :crying:
I was using my garbage kernel to build that and then i get a bunch of bugs
( I just have very little experience with Android porting )
Next i will start to use your kernel and try to find and fix some minor bugs
Then commonize them, import something useful and etc.

I already followed the instruction, but stuck at boot logo almost an hour. Asked at telegram group, they said go ask at the guy who made this rom for ugglite. This rom isnt official for ugglite
