To make dolby working follow this steps:
1. install permissiver in twrp/orange fox recovery: permissiver
2. install Audio_Compatibility_Patch: Audio_Compatibility_Patch
3. Install dolby for android Q: Dolby Page ( download v7.2 )
4. install Audio_modification_library: Audio_modification_library
important: some rooms need to disable musicFX app to working propetly in background
Don't open dolby you need reboot your device first !

I using Dolby Atmos Axon9-A10 for every Q and Pie rom. İts doesnt need anything more just flash with Magisk and reboot its done.

I'm not able to open the dolby app. I have to tap on it several times and then it shows force close message!

Install instructions:
first time
- power off the phone:
- hold vol+ and plug usb to boot into fastboot (blu led)
- fastboot flash boot boot.img (from cm zip)
- fastboot reboot
- enter recovery, on boot led will be violet for 3'', during this period press vol+
- flash rom zip
- flash gapps zip
- wipe
- reboot
for update just flash rom zip from recovery

Awesome, another android lollipop rom, thanks a bunch. Is there a list of working/non-working things?
Having hard time to install custom recoveries. Sideload isn't working for me via Cynogen Recovery. Renaming the zip to update.zip and apply update from sdcard1 via Cynogen Recovery does nothing or no access to sdcard1. So far there's no network signal with my c6802 and i don't see camera app. Have not install gapps as i couldn't flash any zip in Cynogen Recovery. Wifi and everything else is working perfectly though. Any ideas on the recoveries?

@theinspector Yup the GPS is working fine with the waze and google maps.
The network signal is probably the same problem with the rest of the CM. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=56071149&postcount=4 This was my fix for CM11 and it work for CM12 for those who are not getting network signal or no imei.

I revert it back to original sony firmware then root and install recovery ZU-lockeddualrecovery2.7.154-BETA.installer.zip and when it reboot i flash fxp cm12 and gapps from https://s.basketbuild.com/gapps and flash everything else i needed before reboot.
Not messing with installing recovery yet. i'll play a little while with lollipop

Better in which aspect? It does better if you like customizations, but you'd prefer LOS if you don't, for example.
1. Yes, anyway, you can install supersu right after gapps.
2. Umm, minimum core alive two, and tcp westwood I guess.
3. Adaway.
4. Naptime, instant doze after screen off. Save lots of battery life.
After a long time using Wifi (like 1 day), the phone does not connect to cellular network 3G/4G anymore, a restart will fix the problem but it's annoying. Anyone has the same problem?

Already did that, i downloaded the latest zip file of magisk and flashed it via twrp still it's crashing. Whenever i open it it says update magisk manager and when i download the apk and install it still it's asking for update and after few seconds it crashes.

I have tried 2-3 gapps in night but all of the issue that notable to login and continuously google services stopping. . please update link .
Further, I was looking for privacy guard feature as in nougat. I stop the background apps. I could not find it in v4.
Otherwise ROM was quit stable, fast.

Nah followed the link mentioned in the post
ROM is super smooth
Just missing some stuff like dolby sound and oneplus camera app.
Green line issue is hardware fault it has nothing to do with software.
