hello I have a Redmi 6a stuck in a boot loop
I tried to flash it with the latest firmware from here: https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?device=1700349
but somehow the phone says it's outdated.

also this version has an mtk CPU but using flashTool with DAagent and Auth did not work.
This is European version I got it from France (is global rom the correct one ?)
at the moment am in Algeria and we don't have Xiaomi services here so I have to fix myself
I tried also to unlock its bootloader but it says my account is not the same phone?? (i have never put an account in that phone)
Any suggestions?

I dowloaded the latest miui_MI6Global_7.8.10_024aaf1afd_7.1 of this week, but now I need to get rid of that error & locked bootloader.
Do I need to flash an old beta rom first or something to get rid if this error message ?

I am a bit confused. You are trying to flash your Redmi 3 (ido)?
Because the ROM you say you've downloaded is one for Xiaomi Mi 6...
Could you provide some information (screenshot of your 'about phone' with the current installed MIUI ROM etc?)
When I unlocked my ido's bootloader last year, I flashed the Chinese developer ROM using MiFlash, coming from a fake vendor ROM via EDL mode. Then in China dev ROM I unlocked the bootloader using MiUnlock.
After that I flashed TWRP (flash lazyscript before booting into the system or change to custom ROM immediatly because dm-verity is a b****).
I believe in recent ROMs, EDL mode was blocked by Xiaomi.
About the error: make sure you log in to the unlock tool with the same account as you are logged in to on your phone (the account with unlock permission). Then go to "developer options - Mi Unlock status" and make sure your account has been bound to the device there.
USB-debugging should be enabled, as well as OEM-unlock.
I do not know when you received the unlock code, but it is possible you'll have to wait a week or so. A lot of people have found that it suddenly works after a few days of waiting.
If you cannot switch to a developer ROM due to locked EDL mode, you should be able to flash your ido with locked bootloader using xiaomitool. http://en.miui.com/thread-835254-1-1.html
With this tool you can switch between MIUI ROMs on a locked bootloader.
I don't see any reason on why you download Mi 6 (sagit) recovery ROM instead of Redmi 3 (or Redmi Note 3 if it's what you're talking about) one. For "Current account is not bound to this device" error, wait for at least a week after you bind your Mi account with your phone before unlocking.

What do I need to choose again in the options to flash a Kernell only ?

I have Redmi note 3 mtk version ( I think i have because my Rom version starts from LHN). As I know I have vendor Customized rom because for instance i don't have "oem unlocking" option in developer options.
Now, I have miui 9.6 Stable - 9.6.1.0(LHNCNFD) ROM updated OTA. I'd like to unlock bootloader but all the time I get info "couldn't verify. wait minute or two and try again" when I try "Add account and device". in developer options. I have an Mi user account with 100 pts security. I also chose my type of phone (redmi note 3 ) and region (Poland) in settings of account.
Is it possible to safetly flash any rom to unlock bootloader or flash global version of rom ( to have polish language) with locked bootloader. I read that it's solution with SP Flash Tool but it's required with edl method but as I know edl in new version of roms is also blocked. Is it true?
Hello I need help with my Note 5. Downloaded latest global rom and mi flash tool.. entered edl mode with test point and i got a proplem saying "Only nop and sig tag can be recevied before authentication.".... now i assume i need authorized mi account to flash the rom but i dont have one and i see no way of getting one. I am currently on fake rom on a global version of the phone (the one with dual camera xiaomi note 5)
What i want right now is to flash any rom that can request for bootloader unlocking since in this fake rom that is disabled and my loader is locked..
any help?

Use EDL mode if your device bricked and it works only with designated rom, china to china and global to global because in this case your bootloader is locked. And before proceeding flashing thru EDL, you have to prepare eveything properly, such as disabling driver signature enforcement and installing correct driver (QD Loader 900D)
So, have you prepared and done all those things properly? 2 days ago I just flashed my device thru EDL due to failure flashing and now my baby is waking up
Hello,i tried rooting the phone(Realme GT ) and it got soft bricked,i cannot flash any firmware on it, realme flash tool tells me that it cannot find central directory,oppo download tool tells me incorrect scatter file, i tried like 10 different firmware none work, msmtool asks for pass and username which i dont have ,can someone please help?.Bootloader is unlocked.
Hi, the only way is to use msmtool for the specific realme gt 5g, and you need to paid someone acctually have the privilege to login to realme server, as far as i tried, its the only way to unbrick.

if your bootloader is unlocked install twrp and flash simply flash a rom package thats all if your bootloader is locked you have to pay someone to do it for you it costs between 5 and 15 usd not more

I have my mi 11 lite 5g in a boot loop (MI 11 LITE 5g M2101K9G). I have no access to the operating system which is corrupt.
I tried to unlock the bootloader using the official tool but it was not able to. The phone colapsed and lost the operating system.
I have not lost access to my xiaomi account though.
I can access in recovery mode but I haven got the indicated recovery ROM which is v13.0.2.0.skieuvf as indicated in the MI FLASH PRO SOFTWARE.
An agent told me this ROM belongs to Vodafone firmware developer but I have not succeded contacted them yet.
I need to know if I could flash a stable ROM via Recovery mode or fastboot mode
Please I need some help on how to solve this big problem
