if you still have the mesh/grill you can just hot glue it back on (i took a toothpick with hot glue on it and spread it around the edges).
FYI, yes, gluing the speaker mesh back works for a while. If it falls of again, or in my case snaps in half, you can consider cleaning off the adhesive. This would expose the speaker hole, but it seems the speakers are powerful enough that even if you cover the speaker hole with a piece of tape, sound still pass through... that way at least dust won't get in as easily.
Also, looking into buying some wire mesh and cutting to size.

This may sound silly, but I have recently bought a TyTN to replace my SE P900 but one thing that I took for granted on the SE was that when i put it down on a surface or on a machine that i'm working on then it wouldn't slide off or be knocked off easily. THis is largely due to the 2 small rubber feet on the back. The P900 rests on the back on these two tiny rubber feet and also on part of the camera mounting. This is just enough to stop any careless sliding/knocking accidents etc.
I have noticed that when i put the TyTN down on a flat shiny surface, and it rings with the vibrator on, it does move considerably. I am concerned that it may one day vibrate itself onto the floor :shock:
Does anyone know of a solution that I could try with this - maybe even just to stick some kind of small rubber feet on, or a self adhesive non slip rubber? Is anything actually designed for this type of thing?
HI, I'm not sure abut rubber feet, but I recently ot the invisible shield kit for the TyTN it seems to stick ut farther than the two little tabs by the battery door opening, so it helps the sliding a little bit, but its a shame there wasnt a piece to cover the black circle around the camera lens, the kit had a piece that didnt really fit this model, and there is a line in the screen shield one review I read had the same line issue.
I dunno if i can really recommend this product, due to quality issues, but it does help the sliding.
The silicone skin which I bought from www.ids.hk seems to help a lot. It's basically a protective cover for the bottom half of the phone (when it's lying flat on a surface with the screen facing upwards), with a small overlap around the top and bottom edges.
i was going to get one of those silicon skin. problem is i dont think it'll fit in the docking station i have bought.
It slips in and out of the skin in no time at all.
I've loved my Poetic case, it's a real winner in my opinion, but last night, sitting on the couch, I felt a rough corner and on examination found the plastic had cracked and fell off in my hand.
I've never dropped my tablet. The piece that broke off was near the speaker and it's relatively thin there.
I sent in for an RMA, hopefully they will just replace it.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Only issue I have with the case is it would be nice if it had a 2nd hole for the camera on the front so when the front is folded all the way back you could still take pics.

You can do this hole itself. It's not so hard.
Find some pen or ballpoint which one have metallic body and this body is with needed diameter. unscrew the body to pieces. Now take off the case, place on some cutting board. Measure the correct place where the hole must be and measure again three times. Take the small hammer and with this metal body make the hole, hammering once or twice. It cuts good hole.
Actually i'm not familiar with this case material but for some materials you can heat the pen metal body.
And yes, you can use any small metal pipe which size is for you needs.
Hey, the metal ring around my audio jack has came loose. I noticed some glue residue on it, so I glued it back on.
Does this ring in any way affect the waterproofing of the phone? Or is the waterproofing seal further in?

No, it would not affect anything. The headphone hole is enclosed in a box and sealed with glue.
Hi, I just replaced the back for a new one (fully assembled). The problem is that dust enters the main camera (just the main camera, not the wide angle camera). I guess it's a bad assembly of the rear glass.. It's not sealed.
My question is what to do with it? I guess I can put glue on the outside to seal it but it will look ugly. It will work, but will look ugly. I think the dust enters from the side on the flash/laser module.
Any recommendations?
Sounds like a bad assembly, yes.
What I would do if I were you is to open the phone up (ifixit has a nice, comprehensive guide to teardown), clean the camera and the glass that covers it on the inside, and either glue it or use some 2mm 3M double sided tape around the edges of the glass inside. You could even leave the back paper covering the double-sided tape (making it well.. single sided). Glue may be too "permanent" a solution.
Get yourself an air duster (compressed air in a can), some 2mm 3M double-sided tape (I like that one the best and it's cheap), a set of precision screwdrivers and a plastic prying tool (if you don't wanna buy one, improvise with anything that can do the trick, so long as it's plastic. Metal can break parts very easily).
I've had my new S21 for a few hours now, and I keep finding more and more strips of the protective plastic that needs to be peeled off . Does anyone make a special light which make this plastic fluoresce? Could be a great new product!

If I recall correctly, think I found the two big obvious sheets covering the back plastic and the screen glass. Another smaller sheet covering the camera bump and lenses. Then two (three?) very skinny separate strips wrap the circumference of the phone (the metal frame). One starts just to the right of the bottom speaker grill and runs up to the power/volume buttons. Another strip from but button around the top of the phone. And a third strip from the left of the SIM card and up the left-hand side frame. The strips along the circumference are hard to see or feel, and you need to find the start/end of the strip in order to begin peeling it off. I used my fingernail to find each end-point, then picked at the end until it came free enough so I could grab and pull up the entire strip.
I hope I found them all as I've put the phone into a Samsung leather case, which fits so snugly I can barely get it back out.
Leave it be and case it.
Without a case it only a matter of time until it self destructs.
As the protective film works its way loose remove so grit that gets trap under it doesn't mar the phone's finish. Otherwise it helps to protect from case marring.
Leave the display factory protector on as long as possible until it degrades.
