excellent work BRO

This rom passes the SafetyNet status check out of the box, it does not require root and additional tools, such as magisk and modules.

#3
excellent work, I would like to see the official version

Working great. Only problem with camera, it's terrible. I removed it with LuckyPatcher and install standart Moto Camera 2 from market.

any quicker mirrors available? really slow download

Slow
Someone else's mobile is encouraged after a few days of use, or only that happens to me, it is only solved by restarting everything

Great rom. Thank you! Getting ctsProfile "false" for SafetyNet. Any suggestions?
EDIT: fixed with MagiskHide Props Config (using moto g7 profile)

Been using this is my daily driver for a week now.. working great, except does not seem Bluetooth microphone is working with my headsets. Can anyone else confirm if it works for them?

BT mic resolves by rebooting whenever it goes dead.
Was hoping to stay on this ROM, but should I assume from the lack of responses that this build will not be supported?

Probably not, no. The developer hasn't posted in ages and the last update of the ROM is also a few months old by now.

Kinda what I was picking up as well. Unfortunate, it really is a smooth ROM for this devices. Only non-stock one I was able to get SafetyNet to pass AND all my banking/payment apps to work cleanly on.

Well, i tried this rom for a week now, i havent found any major issue, but the rom is very slow, when i unlock the fone with the fingerprint it takes some good 3 seconds to completely unlock, when im watching youtube and i change to landscape mode it takes also a good 3 to 5 seconds to do it, its a very feature rich rom but very slow for my taste, i know that the phone is a budget phone but i know that it can be faster so ill be switching to another rom, aside from that i really like it, it has tons of customization available.

It hasn't been updated in quite a while, probably due to the dev cooking too many ROMs and over-extending himself..

Try his Havoc ROM. I've been using it for about a week now and it runs very smoothly. Response is good and battery life is excellent. The latest version is 7/14 and it has July security update.

Agreed.. don't want to hop onto another unsupported ROM. Much appreciation to the Dev for putting these out, but would be nice if they mentioned it was going to be a one-hitter up front.

I'm sorry,I want to ask what do you mean by "IF COMING FROM STOCK", it's like a MI phone with a MIUI?
If my g7 plus with ZUI os, do I flash "copy-partitions-AB.zip" first?
btw my ZUI os is base of Android 9.
thanks.

"Coming from stock" means if you have the original ROM or an upgrade of said ROM that came on your phone.

This "stock" does not specify what kind of rom it is, but refers to the original ROM of the mobile phone brand?
Like MI phone with MIUI os or HTC phone with HTCSense os?

Turbo ROM is a custom Android ROM based on the latest Android Marshmallow (6.0.1_r43). Sourced from a straight AOSP/CAF base, the ROM is now extremely feature rich and has lots of customization options. My ( @Yoshi_Guy ) goal with this ROM is to create a ROM with as many customization options and possible while still being stable. In addition, the ROM uses RRO/Layers for theming with full DayNight support. SuperSU is pre-installed.

Nice to see many ROMs for Moto X
I've been running the rom since yesterday. Smoother than what I've found in other CM based roms, and haven't had a crash or random reboot since installing it. Couple of things worth noting: the aosp audio patch is needed. Also, screen pining is not working properly. It actually pins the page, but I haven't been able to get out unless I do a reboot. No NFC. And, the LCD density changer didn't work for me, but it wasn't a big deal since I edited the build prop. Other than that I haven't had an issue with others apps.

I think they are different and CM has more themes to choose.
btw, is Turbo ROM bootable on your device? It does not boot on my device. Stuck at boot animation
Layers is different. It booted for me. I'm using banks gapps. Make sure you do a clean install, that could be the problem.

I use banks dynamic gapps. Let me try again.
It did not boot with Dynamic Gapps. When I use gapps from openapps.org, it boots.
No audio for incoming and outgoing calls, else very smooth rom, if the call bug is fixed would love to use it as a daily driver

does this rom have pie?
Sent from my fx-82MS with CyanogenMod
Installed this ROM last night. Was hoping it wouldn't have the battery bug that exists in Cyanogenmod 13 and OctOS. Unfortunately the bug exists here too. My phone died at 30% battery today.
The other issue that also seems to exist on all Marshmallow Moto X ROMs is the fact that CPU Usage and Battery Usage doesn't list all apps, only system ones. Is there any fix for this?
Gps signal is too weak for me on CID12 based firmware compared to stock, the gps can lock but can maintain it and it takes so long to catch satellites, can we manage to make some tests? i dont know which part of stock system is the one who determines the gps behaviour more than gps.conf that doesnt seem to change anything, i think its something with the cid12 modem and the rom based in another modem or somewhat, am i wrong?

And I feel most of us know that ROMs with a pixel experience come with gapps inbuilt (i guess because of some modifications needed). This wasn't constructive criticism, simply disrespectful whining. Useless.
anyone.. how is on screen battery time?

Update time.
Changelogs are in the second post
Happy Flashing
It's lagging after 3 days use. Every apps taking about 7-8 second in opening. Will Any upcoming update fix it??
And one more request, please add side gesture and pie, it's really handy to use. Otherwise this rom is great
Hello there
I'm facing an issue where sometimes my Screen goes blank and unresponsive.
The only was to recover was to hold a power button and Restart it everytime. I had been facing this issue in other ROMs as well.
Any idea what's the cause and how to fix this?
I've been using the ROM for 8 days now. And it has been pleasing me a lot, a good performance and battery use (light use, playing sometimes).
I've tested a lot of things except encryption... does it work?
You did an excellent job Akhil, will you continue to update the ROM?

The rom customizations looks awesome. Is the most fast rom for the note 8 clearly. I have the signal bug too. But can use the phone without problems. The camera likes me better than gcam when i take non night photos have a better details. I will try it tonight for a night pictures to see how is going. The battery i dont know yet. Rom looks stable without problems i will keep it for a daily rom. I like aosp roms more than stocks. This rom looks the best for me. Because have everything who missing from the stock roms.
No doubt this rom is awesome but im facing a little issue. Lockscreeen in screen button doesn't wake screen up like in stock roms. Please help as i have searched a lot of options but couldn't find it.
Once again thanks for such an amazing rom.

I cant make a compassion test because no have free time. But the camera is great. I dont know about night photos yet. But night sight from gcam works. Maybe i will have an aosp camera for day and gcam for night. The s-pen works too no have see any issues but no have all the extras but no need it. The battery looks much better than stock roms is clearly stronger. The rom is only 800mb without the samsung and google drainer junks. With little debloat is great. Take a backup and try it. For me is clearly the best rom out there for our note 8. Miss me some tweaks because goodlock no works. Like full caller picture id. And some for recent window.
@y0000 can u u tell me how to get full screen caller id for stock rom..?

Works with my Korean N950N but u need to flash Korean bootloader after flashing the rom. Otherwise the phone will stuck in bootloop if the Korean bootloader isn't flashed after flashing the rom.
Edit: seems like latest build doesn't require bootloader flashing on Korean Note8.

This Rom is amazing.
Could you add one Feature. Double tap to wake up or home button press to wake up?
And I have the problem that the keyboard Gboard is sometimes not vibrating is this a known bug?
And could you add a option to disable the Notification LED?

Thanks for the feedback!
I'm aware of the bug which causes AOD and LiveDisplay to only work sometimes, I'm not sure how fixable it is though because it is due to a missing hardware feature on the phone. As for the "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" message at boot, that is because I don't have a patch to remove that message in my kernel, I'm not sure how ok that is to have in official but I will look at it. The Google Apps crash is something I can't fix, sadly my only suggestion is just reboot after your first boot. My kernel doesn't have DT2W support as I found it ruins battery life in testing so I removed it.
The confusing bug to me is the call audio bug, can you please tell me your device model and codename so I can look into it? I just tested on my S6 and the call audio is working fine both ways.
As for the camera, I do have this bug, I will see if I can get it fixed in an update for you all.

I will look into 920FQ when I can, maybe some paths and things are ****ed up for call audio, it's on my TODO list
As for removing buggy features I may remove AOD temporarily but I'd prefer to see if I can do something with it first.
Thank you for the awesome rom.
2 things,
1, everything runs and plays perfectly, even COD and Firefox, except for any of the Chromes. I tried the main one, Dev, and Beta and all of them go into ANR(App Not Responding) state after ~20 seconds and wont recover - my phone is 920F
2, how can I disable hardware buttons and activate onscreen Navigation Bar?
---------- Post added at 05:14 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:22 PM ----------
Hotspot isn't working either, and because of that I have to go back to old rom. Can't wait for the fix so I can come back!

Hi, I'm not the developer but let me respond to it...
1. I have an OnePlus 6 and the Chrome issue is happening to me too. -> Could be Chrome's issue
2. In build.prop disable hardware keys with "qemu.hw.mainkeys=0" (If the line isn't there, add it) I don't understand why you want that but hey you can do it
Any support for the T-Mobile variant ? G920T1
I got unknown baseband error when I dirty flash it from lineage 17 to evolution x..
Nice rom, the performance is good and better than stock. But I found some bugs but not a big deal. The Ear Speakers still playing sounds when earphones connected, the AOD is not working, the Power Menu is just showing Power and Restart and Advanced Restart is not working (it will just restart your phone and it will not show the Advance Restart), Back button kills app even disabled in settings, thats still the only bugs I found yet. Also Can I update this rom through the updater when the next version is released??

There isn't a volume slider for this.
It's the volume for the sounds of the os itself.
And i seem to have some random signal dropouts and fluctuations from max signal to low on the wireless and mobile networks.
Other than that a great Rom. Good battery life.

It is not there as Rom does not contain it even thou device tree specify it ,
Your signal drops are tru network drops , we do not inflate signal bar like oems do , network indicator redlects your true network signal
