And due to lockdown no shops are open for service.

I'm sorry I can't help. I also have that Chinese model but for Western Europe. It is working great but I don't use the cloud service. Where did you get this VIP card? Maybe you indeed need to wait your new login is linked to the phone for 14 days before be able to activate it.

I tried to flash with Combination file but got partition error using Odin latest version.

I bought this from retail store for my Mother. I signed up with new gmail and after few days I did reset it and flashed with Open firmware as it had Vodafone firmware. But after flashing when I tried to log in It asked me previous info which I forgot and I tried everything I couldn't got it right So now I can not use any other account.
I spoke to Samsung, they said will charge money.
In that case, you have to see on YouTube there are tutorials, if it doesn't work wait and answer of someone can help, if not,you'll have to go to some technician and in a matter of time and at a cost takes away your account

most mi authorised accounts are in indonesia, india, or somewhere foreign. being in a rural part of Malaysia, he nearest service center is just too far. any malaysian with a mi authorised account please reply to this post, with proof it being used in sp flashtool or mi flshtool
Just download MIUI 10.4.4.0 fastboot from https://myst33d.github.io/xiaomi-mt6765/, go into fastboot and run flush_all.bat
