DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
Include your firmware versions in reports.
Mention any and all Magisk modules you might be using along with the Magisk version
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

No need to flash full coloros. Flashing firmware+vendor is enough.

I am really not sure how VoLTE works with CN network operators, but I have force enabled it in ROM. Your device has got VoLTE in colorOS/realmeUI ?

you can flash but deal with the unknown issues you get, this ROM strictly needs to be flashed over Pie FW i.e., ColorOS. There is no stable realmeUI build yet, Fingerprint won't work if bootloader is unlocked, until realme fixes such issues & release Android 10 kernel sources, we can't shift to realmeUI FW.

Lift to check phone doesn't work on this ROM . It was working fine on LOS. Other than that everything is just so great. Thanks you for this amazing ROM.

I do not have VoLTE in realmeUI on my phone, but mobile operators support VoLte

I do not have VoLTE in realmeUI on my phone, but mobile operators support VoLte. Phone CN version in it there is no built-in VoLte. I use the phone in Europe. Those who bought the phone from the Global version, they have VoLte. I would like VoLte to be in the CN version. Is it possible to do this?

Can anyone let know if Gcam from Arnova v8.2 (GoogleCamera-Pixel2Mod-Arnova8G2-V8.2.apk) works with this ROM? I am specifically interested to know if HDR+ is able to click photos with JPEG at 100% and HDR quality as Super High.
Just flashed. Volte works. Signal strength is shown lower than stock. No force closes, magisk 17.1 works, so does adaway and bromide. Camera quality is poor compared to stock. But overall nearly a daily driver (except the camera). Also, I think the auto brightness was not working and scrolling is not as smooth.

Just tried using the provided twrp but it didn't work, it still bootlooped on me. One long boot animation followed by short boot ups.
Edit: after formatting the phone via format data option, rom seems to boot, I think that is the issue

Hey all,
I've updated TWRP link with new build which fixes MTP randomly not working and added extra asserts in-order to flash MIUI if you wanted that (Credits to @TheStrix). Make sure you update to that for smooth and less bugfree user experience.
Peace.

This recovery you suggested has a very critical bug.
It doesn't show any storage when we connect the phone to pc in recovery mode
I spent the whole afternoon trying to figure out why the phone wasn't being detected by my pc.
I wonder why nobody noticed this and asked here?
The internal storage is detected in recovery made by @Shivam Kumar Jha
but not in the 1 made by @TheStrix
Am i the only one facing this problem?

Does that mean we can flash the ota package downloaded from updater app like we can in redwolf recovery?
(I know currently it isn't working for poco but it works for other devices) so we don't have to download the whole 1.6 gb or more sized file every time

Could you please check "hide notch" feature? is it working with same curves as the bottom chin (like on NitrogenOS)? I have slow internet
@akhilnarang Thank you for bringing this ROM to Poco F1. Loving the fluid experience :highfive:
Bugs so far:
1. Battery icon gets cut when there are more than 4 icons on the right side
2. CTS profile false. (For now I'll flash the safety net fix but would prefer to have it in the ROM build itself)
3. Hide date in the notch doesn't work. It remains. For now I'm keeping it in the center.
4. Random reboots in deep sleep
5. Unable to go to main menu from dialer during in-call. Very weird issue which I never saw in any other ROM.
Thanks again!!

LineageOS is a free, community-built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 6, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review.

sorry ,noticed it now
Thxq for the ROM hope all devs will come now in for.this device
One question ! Why isnt necessary to format system before flashing the rom ? I come from another brand and the process was both cache , system and data .
Thanks for your work MAN ! HURRA
@karthick mostwanted What's the difference between your port and using LOS GSI?
Nice!
Does autobrightness work?
Works but not as good as stock.
You have to set up the brightness manually a few times for it to work better or else it will go full brightness most of the time.

@karthick mostwanted Appreciate your efforts, waiting for stable build with bugs squashed
You were one of the developer of tomato too, right?
At last we have the 1st custom rom for our X2 Pro. I'll try to flash this today. :victory:
So need to unlock bootloader first then install provided recovery and at last the rom?
Is the fingerprint working ?
And Google pay?
Thanks for great work.

fingerprint yes
Never unlocked bootloader nor rooted the phone.
If Y unlock and install latest twrp, will it break the FP sensor ?
And any brick risk ?
I saw so many people here bricking there X2pro doing that...
I've had Lineage OS 17.1 for about a 2 weeks now and I have too much trouble with apps that don't want to work banking, financial, games etc - it gets picked up as custom rom and I'm not even rooted.
I am considering going back to stock (not ideal) or using an older version of stock android. Android 10 also have too many issues.

2 weeks? Check the date of the release & if you don't know how to fix safety net issues you cannot use those apps in any custom ROMs
90 Hz Question
Does the 90 Hz work? Any other things that aren't stable? I have heard from forums that guide on GSIs say that the ROMs had little functionalities and recommend going back to stock. Nice to know that the fingerprint works! I'm currently on stock with unlocked bootloader, which unfortunately disables FP in stock. Hopefully I can get it to work in LineageOS.

I am on beta Android 10 C22 with unlock bootloader and twrp recovery and i can tell you that FP works fine here.
Flashing Magisk is what breaks it so if you uninstall Magisk you get FP back.

Lol some people have been running Lineage OS 17 for months now.
@AndyYan has been posting updates for treble devices:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/andyyan-gsi/files/lineage-17.x/
In any case, I did not have safety net issues on some of the older versions so I'm still experimenting.

I can't thank @karthick111 & Phhusson enough for their contribution on realme X2 Pro device.
Also thanks to Bazz27, G_T200, Het Shah, Nuaman & Natsukiro for testing builds

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
Have an unlocked bootloader, and custom recovery installed/booted
(Not gonna be explained here, there'll be threads in this forum somewhere)
Reboot to recovery (Recommended recovery listed in downloads section)
Make sure your device is with Pie Firmware (Don't report issues using realmeUI firmware)
Flash ROM zip, VoLTE FIX & Gapps if flashing non-GApps build (Download Gapps from downloads section)
Format data (don't report anything bugs if you dirty flashed over another ROM)
Reboot into the system.
Device specific features:
* DC dimming (flicker free feature). check Settings -> Realme Settings
* Game mode (touch boost). check Settings -> Realme Settings
* Toggle for display hz (auto, forced 90hz). check Settings -> Realme Settings
* TouchScreen Gestures. check Settings -> Realme Settings -> touchscreen gestures
* Ambient gestures (Pickup, handwave & pocket). check Settings -> Display -> Lockscreen display -> Ambient display
KNOWN ISSUES:
* SELinux Permissive
* FOD works as it should except screen turns black when you touch it otherwise all good
CHANGELOG:
* April Security Patch
* CTS should pass by default now
* Added Off-Screen Gestures (realme Settings)
* You have no idea how many patches this unofficial DU includes, seriously you don't want to know all of them. Lets just say it's made to run almost perfectly like any other rom in X2 Pro.
NOTES:
* Initially this build was released in X2 Pro Telegram group, later I have decided to post here too since many custom rom users are in XDA only
* Flash colorOS if your device is having realmeUI, same applies to VoLTE, you don't have to flash VoLTE zip everytime you flash new rom. Don't report bugs if using realme UI FW & it's vendor.
* Don't flash Magisk 20.4.
Reporting Bugs

Anyway, is there are any way to turn up the maximum bluetooth volume? Probably the mixer path for the volume? My bluetooth volume seems to small compared to stock.
Edit:
Well i need to uncheck the disable absolute volume then its normal.

your date is encrypted and tvrp in theory now does not even see it. It is necessary to establish the color of wasps and ozip through tvrp. Then from the fastboot to flash the stock of recovery and vbmeta from the color in the subject, I debugged it. Make fastboot format userdata then go to the stock recovery and make the format there. And boot stock color

The mic doesn't work for me. Any ideas why?
Nevermind - disabling Assistant from any screen fixed it.
Is there any chance you could add 'hold power button for assistant'?
Assistant does not work and ignition in recovery mode
Hello I installed this rom on my X2 pro very good rom ? but the Google assistant does not work and to turn on my device after switching off I have to press on off and volume + as if I displayed recovery mode , is there a solution ? Thank you.

All fixes were in latest AOSiP build, I just delayed DU update with May security patch thinking no one is using it. Maybe I should release one build with May security patch & with fixes too.

To be honest I don't notice a single difference between DU and AOSiP, except the boot animation... ?
I'm just trying out the different options available.

LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review.
