You can't.
What do you need to downgrade for?

You could try rebooting into recovery and see if you can update via WiFi. I highly doubt it will work, but try it.

How did you update?
1. Clear cache and data from Google Play services. Restart device
2. Using original OEM charger AND cable?
3. No idea here. I play some intensive games and get little heat.
4. Using the device?
You shouldn't be getting these issues unless your usage is different to everyone else's or your device is faulty.

Everything okay?

Actually we do have issues with Oppo Reno 10x zoom with Color OS 7
I also want to Degrade to Color OS 6 but it doesn't allow us to do so. The problems are :
1. The biggest issue is the Cameras has degraded big time. None of the up to the mark now. Color OS 6 it was good now 15k phones takes better pictures than this. For proof check #opporeno10xzoom in twitter and Color OS forum many complaints regarding this.
2. DXOMark rates it's camera 116 in 2019 but Oppo never pushed that version of Camera APK to customers.
3. Haptics has gon worse in Color OS 7 was much better in Color OS 6.
4. Battery has taken a hit in Color OS 7. Even after resetting and debloating it hardly gives 4-5 hrs SOT. In Color OS it was 7-8 hrs. There is many complaints pending in ColorOS forum regarding this.
5. For Google Assistance only top mic works. Bottom mic does bkt works. Everytime want it use Google Assistance have to pick up the phone and speak on top mic.

Yes,Camera is worst now, huge focus hunting issue in low light... don't know it will solve or not...

Is your update a beta update?

You haven't replied, so maybe this helps. As the rollout of ColorOS 11 is generally in beta phase, certification will not be present from Google because the firmware is unofficial and as a beta firmware it will not be fully developed or just awaiting confirmation of certain inner workings to be correct, you will have a slightly degraded and apparently incomplete OS. That is ALL on the OEM side. Once the firmware becomes official it will then need certifying by Google. That should restore L1 certification if Oppo get their act together. Happened with the jump from COS 6 to COS 7

I have got mine for about a week now. No complaints so far though. My only gripe is that the screen looks very washed out. Or that could be because i am coming from a over saturated samsung screen. Let me know if you need more specific details.:good:
I have a great desire to order meizu pro 5. But I see that there is no Ukrainian language in it and, as for me, Meizu community is very small in whole. So I do not know whether I could expect for good roms and Ukrainian language... That's why probably I will order Xiaomi instead of pro 5...

How's the camera and battery life doing?
Sent from my R7plusf using XDA Free mobile app
I have not done any rigorous battery test on the phone yet. But so far have not seen any battery drains. I am unable to post image links for the screenshot due to xda 10 posts rule. Iam at 86 % after 11h 37 min. 24 % of which is Phone Standby, 19% screen, 13% Android System, 7 % Android OS and the rest other apps. My day included mostly of standy, an hour or two of podcasts, a few email checks and messaging. As for the camera, i had some shots from the night time and they were really bad. Lots of noise. I will try to post some samples in the coming posts for the images and also test the phone on battery intensive games. I have one weird bug though. Once a day the phone gets locked and prompts for the flyme account password
mx5 pro
hi,
i have mine also a week , the battery life is just incredible, really.
my huge complain is this ****ty, terrible, scrap Flyme OS. I can not get used to it. i miss a lot of customization possibilities. no root option, no themes, locked bootloader. it is not laggy, no force close, everything works fine, but i can not get used to it.
the hardware for me is VERY VERY impressive! i would truly recommend this phone BUT 1st take a look at this OS if you like it or not.
hope i could help a bit.
I have my pro 5 rooted and it is extremely easy to do. Just go to settings, create a flyme account then go to system privileges and choose root. Viola!! And you are rooted.
I have Samu Note 4 but now I would like a new phone with 2 sim card slot. I like the One+2 and Meizu MR5 pro. Can you convenience me that the Mx5 pro is better chiose? And what about international support (update) and overheating and other negative property. Now I can buy One about 400€. It is chinese original new model. What do you think? Later, for example 6 month if I would like to sell it how keep it price.

best is to purchase your Pro 5 from a trusted source. my pro 5 have 1 year warranty.
i'm getting my pro 5 in 3 days time! can't wait!
Seems like the Meizu Pro 5 community is really small here.
Such a great phone but was being overshadow by HTC,Sony,ZTC,Huawei and etc.
does any of you have any idea approx when we could get rid of Flyme and have some "normal" android OS?
i even can not find out how to switch between apps without closing them. so frustrating... 1st OS ever i would need a handbook.

Honor 9 Very Slow - Slower than Honor 8

Hi Guy,
I have my Honor 9 sicne couple of months for now. I have the latest firmware installed (STF-L09C432B150) but it is very laggy. I find it defintely slower than the Honor 8 which was very responsive.
I didn't install heavy application though. I only have one game (Clash of clans) installed and a have not so many application that starts on boot, just these ones:
weather pro
zoiper
avast
call recorder
Do you have the same feeling with your phone ? What could i do to make it more responsive?
Thanks,

Hi.
Do a backup and a reset factory.
No met problems in B150 for me.
Same problem. Bought It today. Updated to 150 and then a factory reset. It is laggy in all the system. Scroll animation, switching Chrome pages... In games is horrible, i used to play Shadow gun Dead zone but now it is impossible beacuse there is latency between finger scrool and the related animation. I'm very disappointed because seems that this problem is present since 130 firmware

[EDITED]Touch Inaccuracy And Lag While Using Keyboard, PUBG, Modern Combat And Others

NOTE: This Post Was Edited To Contain Latest Information
The Problem:
While playing any game that uses multitouch i.e. there are two regions on the screen:
i. Joystick area - with which the character moves.
ii. Aiming area - with which you change camera angle and aim at the enemies.
When you try to aim while moving, the crosshair is inaccurate and doesn't stops where it should but a little left or right off where you wanted it to stop. Due to this issue, the game feels like having frame drops.
If you will type too fast there will be a lot of mistakes in typing try typing some words on the keyboard on the extreme of screen, like "que", it shows 'uqe' or something else, the keyboard can't recognize fastly typing words.
Problem in zooming in and out, the touch behaves wierdly.
Many people have made videos regarding this, please see the following videos:
PUBG Bad Aiming
Zooming in problem while playing Clash of Clans
Multitouch Issue On Poco F1 Running On MIUI10 Mi8 ROM
Multitouch Issue On Poco F1 Running On Android 9 Pixel Experience ROM
What Have I Done Till Now:
I have replaced the product and the problems are still there, that means that the problem exists in almost all the devices. I have tweeted them, mailed them and tried everything but Xiaomi or Poco is not even bulding, they have stopped responding to any complaint regarding the device. Do you know what to do when a company doesn't even reply to your queries? you boycott them!
UPDATE: Sold the device and bought Nokia 7 Plus.
Report this issue if you have it too:
If you have the same issue, please report this.
This issue exists in all the firmwares : 9.6.11 -9.6.18
I have posted this everywhere and seems like a lot of people have this issue, Xiaomi is not responding. This is a fraud if they say/do nothing for this.
This is not the 3 Finger Screenshot Issue:
Sorry to burst your bubble but this is not the Ghost touch problem, if you have ghost touch problem, it can be solved by disabling this screenshot feature, but the problem for which the thread is made is totally different.
How to solve the "ghost touch" issue for now: https://forum.xda-developers.com/poco-f1/how-to/fix-multi-touch-ghost-touch-issue-t3837453
Why am I writing about this everywhere?:
Redmi note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro which were launched a lot of months ago still have this issue and Xiaomi is not responding to them when the problem will be fixed and they are just ignoring the users. If you think I am lying, just search for "Redmi Note 5 Multitouch issue" and you will get your answer.
Xiaomi has done this with us before:
Last time they did something like this was the launch of Mi4i, ask any Mi4i user, how they launched the device as a Flagship and later they pulled all the support for the device and made it so bad on the software front that it was rendered useless after just 1 year of use.
If this problem exists in all the units then they probably used cheap hardware on all the units except the armored edition that was sent for review or they probably ordered touchscreen digitizer from multiple companies some from good companies and some from 3rd class companies and randomly used it because these kinds of issues in a day old phone is not possible.
Update (November 28 2018):
Few users are saying that the touch is slightly improved in latest 8.11.23 beta. Slight improvement 'technically' means that the changes are being done on software and the hardware still suffers from the problem, result of this:
1. Problem will never be fixed completely, there will be slight or may be a noticeable remnant of the issue in some form.
2. Xiaomi will someday break the code and everyone will suffer with the problem again.
3. Fix will not be available for custom ROMS, unless someone manages to port it, Xiaomi is lazy enough to not provide the fixes.
But the people on the Xiaomi forums are complaining that the touch has become terrible after the update: http://en.miui.com/thread-4687147-1-1.html
Don't know who is speaking the truth.

Sometimes the touch is not registering, yes. I used the multi touch tester all and I used four fingers to press and pull. On one out of four occasions it doesn't recognize.
My touch screen has the same problem too.. Registering more touches than there are and missing touches too at times

Let's say it is due to the gesture, should the display be able to recognize difference between 3 touches and more than 3 touches? and even if it's due to the gesture, why does it have ghost touch?
Well, after disabling it:
The PUBG issue still is there.
4 touch issue is less frequent on disabling gesture but doesn't totally resolves.
Now,
It sometimes makes strange loud noise, happened in front of the engineer who visited me.

For what it is worth. Flashed miui 10 v 8.9.4
Can confirm multi touch issue still exists after 3 finger screen shot but disappear after 3 or more fingers touched , sadly reappears when screen shot is taken again
I hav the exact same problem with mi 6x, that ghost touch input after taking three finger ss but this is gone by turn off but the hell problem is that ABOUT THE TOUCH LATENCY PROBLEM IT IS BIG HORRIBLE WHEN SCROLLING EVEN SCROLLING IN SETTINGS AND I HAV COMPARED TO REDMI NOTE 5 AND IT HAS FASTER TOUCH THAN MI 6X AND MI 6X TOUCH IS REALLY ****IN ANNOYING AND I HAV ALSO GOT KEYBOARD FAST TYPING ERRORS... THIS IS IRRITATING ME TOO MUCH , BTW I GOT THE SAME LATENCY PROBPLEM IN REDMI 5 PLUS BEFORE BUT NOW IT GOT FIXED BY UPDATING SOFTWARE UPDATES, SO I CANT SURE THAT ITS SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE OR CALIBRATION PROBLEM , REDMI NOTE 5 HAS THE EXACT SAME HARDWARE WITH REDMI 5 PLUS AND IT GOT FIXED BY SOFTWARE UPDATES SO HOPEFULLY WE CAN EXPECT MIUI UPDATES WITH TOUCHPANEL FIRMWARE UPDATES , ****ing work Xiaomi

Same problem here while typing. I've tried different keyboards, Gboard and SwiftKey. Same typing issue occurs with gestures or buttons enabled.
Global version 64gb, MIUI 9.6.14.0
I've tried a GSI build and unfortunately I've just tried the keyboard bug and it still occurs... I hope it's not a hardware issue. Otherwise clearly I'll send it back.

Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro still has this issue and it even is present on custom ROM's. The only phone that solved this problem was Max Pro M1, Xiaomi has not got the brains to solve it. MiA1 (my last device) that has a very inferior processor never had this issue, because it has a LTPS LCD.
Start reporting and ask about this before it's too late. Maybe they are waiting to make enough money before telling about this issue.
Since Xiaomi is not saying anything, I have already reached few reviewers and media companies to get Xiaomi's comment on this and have lodged several complaint against Flipkart and Xiaomi for this probable fraud because selling a device showing a point that the latest processor is being used and coupling it with a useless interfacing hardware is less or more a fraud.
I hope Flipkart/Xiaomi fix this issue (if it's a software issue) else refunds me my money.

Is the display and touch response so bad that's to be real deal-breaker? Or is it common to all IPS display phones under 25k?

The only phone with IPS that had the issue fixed via OTA is Zenfone Pro M1.
Few Nokia 7 Plus has it too, but the company fixed those units via some repair.
Poco F1 seems to have this issue out of the box and is not even replying or making any statement regarding this, but it's their common attitude they even did this with mi4i, they launched Mi4i by saying it's a flagship, that time too I bought the phone in the first sale and the device had a major issue related to SD615 heating problem, in the next OTA they said that they have fixed the issue, you know what they did? they permanently disabled 2 cores and when users went mad over this, they reenabled the cores again and in the end the phone got so bad due to their bad optimization that I was getting 1 hour SOT after only 1 years of usage, it's the Mi4i thing all over again.

I used it for week coming from OnePlus 5t I felt screen was to lagging compared to 5t plus the UI has a lot of bug I know they will fix all bugs but if I were you I would pay the extra 200$ and get the OnePlus 6
For me, the intended usage was for 2 years with the phone. And if they have issues with touch and display (the most important and used tangible part of phone) it's not worth buying even if the deal is awesome. I currently use Lenovo P2, having an AMOLED screen, so not sure about IPS display and associated issues. Damn, I was really excited to get my hands on this POCO. Hope they will rectify it soon. But for now..... I have CANCELLED my ORDER.

I was checking out other phones that had this Multitouch issue, it includes Redmi Note 5, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Zenfone Max Pro M1, Nokia 7 Plus, etc. Do you know what these all have in common? The IPS display, this is also cited by Beembom and since Xiaomi is not responding to any thread that's created for this issue, I suspect more and more than this is a hardware issue.
Nokia 7 Plus, Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro still has this issue and it even is present on custom ROM's. The only phone that solved this problem was Max Pro M1, Xiaomi has not got the brains to solve it. MiA1 (my last device) that has a very inferior processor never had this issue, because it has a LTPS LCD.

Used rn5p for 6 months before selling off and buying this phone. Never had any kind of multitouch issue on rn5p, F1 however had the issue, got fixed after I turned off swipe to screenshot. As for lags, this phone HAS some weird problems like frame drops, but that's not related to multitouch issue.

The framedrop is actually the multitouch issue. When you try to aim while moving the screen seems to skip right? that's the multitouch issue and not framedrop. If you are having actual framedrops then that can be easily solved by an update while I am not sure about multitouch because I tried everywhere from Twitter to XDA, none of Xiaomi representative is replying about it.

According to the users on the RN5 subforum on XDA, the RN5 started having that problem after 9.5.6 or 9.5.14 update, they even migrated to Lineage but the issue still persisted.

And that means it's not a hardware issue. As for mine I jumped to miui 10 beta, and most probably didn't installed 9.5.6.

That's not multitouch issue, and I don't play pubg. Had some problem while playing some not graphic intensive games, fixed by turning off swipe to screenshot, and then reboot.

Didn't work for me though...
I can only hope that it's H/W issue, but shouldn't Xiaomi reply to my tweets and bug reports?

where to turn off swipe to screenshot ?
You claim the multi-touch is a hardware issue, and blame the IPS display for it?
You DO realize that the IPS display and touch digitizer are two physically different components, right?
This thread doesn't make sense, it's unscientific speculation.

Of course they should have replied. As far as logic goes, I THINK it's a software related bug, also could be a hardware thing, most probably it's not.
Again, I think F1 has very sensitive to touch response, typing on this phone isn't quite ideal, as it detects my finger even 2mm above screen. Overall it's smoother than my usual rate, not quite ideal for ME, need to make the sensitivity lower.

M not talking about pubg issue... M talking about touch issue...is it hardware or software? Should i look forward to it being fixed? Can the typing be made more responsive by updates

Don't worry.. as far as I know all the bugs are just software..the fixes are already being tested.. ppl have reported that the latest global beta has fixed most of the issues
No need to sell it.. most of the bugs will be fixed
I have a Poco and even after MIUI 10, that bring to us improvements on touch, the problem still there. And it's horrible for fast typing.
So if I was you, at the same price, Zenfone 5Z would be the best choice. Of course One Plus 6T is even better.

I changed the keyboard its fixed and i dont face pubg issue after changing to miui 10. Sometime the screen is less responsive thats it. But its considerable worth 10000 less
My recommendation if you know what you're doing is to run Lineage OS 16. It's so much cleaner and smoother and has fewer bugs than the official software.

That's on you, because we don't know if this firmware will be available soon or not. It could take more than a month, we don't know. I'm happy to now that it was fixed in a beta firmware, but is not available yet. We will receive it anyway I suppose.
