P30 pro Bluetooth issues - Huawei P30 Pro Guides, News, & Discussion

Hy everybody,
My P30 pro running the v.190 is not connecting via Bluetooth to any windows pC. It gets the pairing but it does not succeed in keeping the connection or sending any file.
Luckily it works like a charm with Spotify, YouTube and my car and Bluetooth speakers.... But not 100%. Today I wanted to listen to the TV news while driving so I went on the live streaming on Chrome browser and the P30 kept on disconnecting the phone while trying to cast the audio to the car.
Do you know if this is "normal" behavior?
Thank you!

(Q) - Moto 360 and car's stereo

Hello.
I've a car that has a multimedia system that enables me to pair my xt1058 via Bluetooth... This way, I can make and receive calls via voice, or even using the buttons located at the wheel... Whenever a call is received, audio is headed through the stereo's speakers...
So my question is: if my actual car-phone connection is over Bluetooth, would I still be able to have a 360 linked to my phone while I'm driving?...
Does the xt1058 support two Bluetooth connections at once?
Thank you in advance.

I'm set up the same way. My phone is linked to the car for calls and I still get notifications on my watch. Works like a champ.

Oh, that's great news. It seems I was stuck in the past, where Bluetooth connections were point to point only...
Thanks again... all I have to do now, is to wait for Motorola selling the watch here in Argentina.

Mecool bb2 pro problem

Hello to all,
I have bought this TV box and all is OK but I have a strange problem with enter key of my Bluetooth keyboard or whenever external keyboard I use: the enter button is not used to send text in app such as chrome, play Store etc etc.
My previous tv box and my friend's TV boxes don't have this problem. How can i map the enter key to always send the text or command?
Thanks

Maybe this will help https://youtu.be/YHRQrO3ZwoE
Same problem here with Logitech 810 Bluetooth Keyboard. Hitting enter key does nothing. All other keys seem to work okay. I've updated to latest firmware and everything else on the BB2 Pro is up-to-date yet it still has the same problem as the day I opened the box.

Problem using external DAC

Is anyone use this pocophone with external and running normal ?
I use Fiio Q5 DAC, problem with this dac. I user UAPP for media player (because it support bit perfect). A first few minute it's running normal, but after that it's look like disconnect and trying to reconnect again, but mostly failed when try to reconnect. I have to reconnect the otg. I use otg fiio Cl06. At first i suspect it because UAPP, but when trying use fiio media player, same thing happen. So i cannot use my dac with pocophone normally.
It's like it lose power or connection disconnected. Already try turn off battery saver for those app, and even turn on developer mode and turn on usb debugging, not helping. Lastly i turn off miui optimization, still nothing change.
I use Miui 10 last stable update.

You should try with an usb Y cable using an external source to power the DAC to verify if the pocophone is not able to sustain that output power for too long

I have similar problem with the Cyrus Soundkey.
I have ordered a Y cable and hope it will fix the problem, but I also hope there will be a software solution at some point.
Still haven't got the y cable
But, I turned on the MI sound enhancer in the settings, and now I only have problems when receiving a text, mail, call etc. while listening.
Not the perfect solution, but it's better than before?
Use the Xiaomi Music player
Apparantly I have no issues at all when I use Xiaomi's own player, I guess power management trusts Xiaomi apps...
Unfortunately that means that streaming music is bugged, but saved music plays without issues.
Hopefully the power management is fixed in at future update...
Greenify app helps

I discovered, that using the greenify app, and telling it to ignore the music apps I use in 'running state' the problem is solved. At least on ny poco...

amazfit GTR connection to Bluetooth

Hi everyone. I just received my amazfit gtr 47" and it works perfectly. Anyone knows how to connect to Bluetooth on my Huwaei Mate 9 with Emui 9.1? Thanks!
It works perfectly but you cannot pair with your phone?!? If it is paired with another phone, you must first unpair.

It is connected to phone but I really don't know how. I activated all notifications for apps including Whatsapp and my watch doesn't receive any messages.
Nontheles, on the phone app it appears as "connected". When I open the Bluetooth setting on my phone it doesn't appear the gtr under devices.... So, no idea.

Someone in the Global Amazfit group on Facebook reported a similar problem... IIRIC, he fixed it by unpairing the watch, re-installing the app and pairing again.

Watchdroid on pace

i installed Watch droid phone and assistant on phone and Watch but they don't pair.
I have amazfit installed and works

I solved It!
Now another problem: with amazmod i can mute notification when i in dnd mode on phone.
With Watch droid not exist this setting, ideas?any app?
@Tabs78 can you explain how you solved this? And what version were you using?
Also, can you update if it still works?
I'm having the same pairing issue now.
Watch Droid Phone version 13.51
I cannot get the watch to pair after installing Watch Droid Assistant versions 12.0 or above.
When I install version 11.0, it pairs fine. But then, I keep getting the annoying "please update assistant" message.
Any ideas? @Lumatic
