Huawei Y7P No ROOT! No gapps! Cannot import CSV contacts! Big time dissapointment. - Huawei Developers

I've purchased a Y7P few days back. UMEI 9.1.1. Cannot find any compatible custom recovery, no custom ROMs, no ROOT method ,no GMS method and without google services i cannot use my contacts and cannot import CSV manually to Huawei cloud (keeps failing).. Tried my best. Someone please let me know if there is any good news.

I guess that the problem is no unlocking code for bootloader. It is EMUI 9.1.
At least, no more FREE unlocking code from Huawei, but it should be paying services for that.
(If Y7P is Y7 Pro 2019, that see https://ministryofsolutions.com/2019/03/huawei-y7-pro-2019-root-dub-lx1-lx2-lx3.html )
Since phone is under project Treble (android 8+), it would be easy to make TWRP recovery for it, if share some basic info.
So root could be achieved by flashing Magisk.zip.
Since Huawei is closed-source for 2 years and more, no custom rom for us, but you could use GSI (already made custom rom system images) that flash over stock system partition that should works...but that is a longer story.
OpenGAPPS and MicroG project also could be your friend, as replacement for original Google apps.
Or you can install Play store and Play services as user app, download packages from Apk-mirror:
com.google.android.gms and com.android.vending.
Or use alternative for Google Play store like Aurora Store or PureAPK...

try this
hi, if you visit the Eloygomeztv channel on youtube, yesterday he upload a video showing a method that actually works for lzplay for google apps and services in my huawei y7 p maybe you should try it, sorry bad english

Chinese (not fake) Samsung without Gapps. Please help!!!

So my father went to China last month and brought me a Samsung galaxy on5 2016 (chinese version)(sm-g5700) without asking me. Since google play services are banned in China, I can't use that. And if I manually install google play services, it crashes.
No automated root app works.
No TWRP for this model.
I tried CWM, odin said ok but when I check my phone it wasn't installed and I still had default recovery.
So what are my options?
I found some rooted roms on a Chinese search engine named baidu (using google translate) but all of those sites are paid and I don't have the payment methods they use.

Hi,
how can i remove google play service update?
i can only delete Cache and Data?
So, you're basically breaking some of the phone's most essential functions. I'm not ungrateful or anything, on the contrary, but if you really, really, absolutely need GPay to work - why don't you just run stock with a locked bootloader?
unfortunately i have a china version of Mi 9. so i am not able to use gpay with stock rom

HUGE THANK YOU! After a month of painful troubleshooting finally i got gpay working thanks to you. At first I Had some trouble with play services due to auto update being too fast (yeah, network was faster than my fingers and couldn't block it with afwall in time) but the second time i tried it actually worked just fine. I updated Play Services anyway since i don't need more than the card i already added, but i need the Play Store. Thank you again!
Hi, i have a new instruction from an other forum and it works for me, because i dont need Magisk.
EU 9.5.9, services 17.4.53 configured PAY without magisk \ root through TWRP
SafetyNet did a verification with the application "SafetyNet Helper Sample"
1) through TWRP in /data/data/com.google.android.gms/app_dg_cache we remember the names of the folders
2) with the SafetyNet Helper Sample application, we check, everything is green, we return again to TWRP
3) A new folder will appear in /data/data/com.google.android.gms/app_dg_cache, leave it, we delete the old ones from p1
4) set the permissions 0551 to the /data/data/com.google.android.gms/app_dg_cache folder
and try use gPay

Hello
Tried the Link https://huaweiadvices.com/download-g...k-for-android/.
And download the Google Installer 3.0 & Old Version 2.0 APK, Also not Working :crying:
See The Attachment.
But Thank you Mr: @jwoegerbauer for the Method. Waiting for another solution.
Best Regards...
@SUNNY4EVER
Then try to install it manually.
How-to:
Download from APKPURE these 4 APKs matching your HUAWEIS's Android version:
Google Account Manager APK
Google Services Framework APK
Google Play Services APK
Google Play Store APK
Install the downloaded APKs in exact this order
Google Account Manager APK → Google Services Framework APK → Google Play Services APK → Google Play Store APK
to get the Google Play Store working correctly. Installing them out of order will result in the Google Play Store not working, and I can confirm this.
Re-boot

I'm also waiting for a solution. The closest for me was the below.
pixelstech.net/article/1580640179-Install-Google-services-on-Huawei-MatePad
The API which lz would intercept is no longer present on our devices. Currently there is absolutely no way to get Google services working. You can only get Vance YouTube which spoofs a Google API and allows you to log in to YouTube only.
Hi. Has anyone somehow managed to install google play services on the matepad 10.4? I can't believe there is no way to do it. Does anyone know if the google apps can be installed even though the google play store? I have seen out there that there are people who install virtual environments but I do not know if that will slow down.

Tried the virtual environment - it's not so good. I could not rotate the screen to watch Youtube in Landscape/Full screen.
I have tried numerous method, in the end, it is always the Chinese backup software not recognizing the Matepad that fails.
I've tried this method as well: pixelstech.net/article/1580640179-Install-Google-services-on-Huawei-MatePad still the same outcome. I have already downgraded my firmware in order to use Googlefier, but it is always this application that cannot work.

Googlefier - Install GMS on Huawei/Honor
Wecome to Googlefier, After a successful tool for LG G2 and LG G3 owners (AutoRec), but after a long pause, here is something new and I hope useful Googlefier is a simple tool, designed to help you install GMS on your Huawei/Honor device...
forum.xda-developers.com
How far is it, I have no idea. I have tried numerous methods, they always fail on this LZPlay. As long as this app prompted an error, then most likely you'll never succeed.
Hi guys hopefully there is a better solution I've found last night tinkering trying so many different methods. My matepad 10.4 is brand new factory sealed and just to make sure I hard reset it when I opened the box.
So was on the first firmware ending in .118
Tried using benders method but can't make Lzplay app to activate or even load past the error screen in chineese saying device not supported.
Only working methods I've found is to download an environment like vmos pro, dual space and gspace. I'm currently using gspace downloaded from the app gallery still on .118 firmware and no updates done on any apps.
Someone mentioned to download both gspace and gspace32. They work but the play store icon disappears. So I've left a few apps I don't want like WhatsApp on the tablet etc so when I click that, I press back on top left arrow inside playstore, then can browse the store. The play store icon disappears, but can still browse if you click any app inside gspace but never install that app. Obviously this is like second space and I'm not using my main Gmail account through the gspace app.
So hopefully a more robust way of using play store will become available instead of a virtual environment.
Is there any update?
Nope.... this tablet appears to be an impossible device to get Google on to.
This is the first time I've gotten an Android device that I could never figure out how to get the Play Store working on...
Is it possible to re-flash this device with another version of android?
Unfortunately Android without the Play Store is quite difficult.
I think there's currently no way to install natively GMS because since Googlefier doesn't support anything over 10.1.0.150 and that the Matepad 10.4 doesn't have any ROM that is under that version so I hope that maybe someone could find a way to install GMS with > EMUI 10.1.0.150

Huawei P40 downgrade / install Googlefier - Issues

Hi,
This is my experience with downgrading and installing Google apps for my new p40.
Start: Buy phone!
Use Xda forum to fix the issue with Google Services by following this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/googlefier-install-gms-huawei-honor-t4180485 ; Thank you, @bender_007
Used USB method for this fullOTA firmware, by @bender_007: P40 5G ANA-NX9 (C432E6R5P2) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ICwPJRAcZEfltFHSRYGVgV-Txql-wQ3X/view?usp=sharing
Everything seems to be working fine EXCEPT:
1. Some apps can't be used as I'm getting the "This device isn't Play Protect certified" ...thx google! (see screenshot)
2. Annoying notifications from Google (managed to solve this by hiding the notifications ))) )
3. Unable to add more google accounts (besides the ones added in step 1 for the googlier app)
4. Unable to sync contacts after the fact (initial sync works)
Have any of you found a working solution for these issues? The most frustrating one is no1. Device isn't play protect certified.
I tried the https://www.google.com/android/uncertified/ method to certify my device,.... but it doesn't seem to be working. ( See this https://www.technobaboy.com/2020/03/07/how-to-fix-device-is-not-play-protect-certified/)
umm.... anyone?
I've followed the https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/googlefier-install-gms-huawei-honor-t4180485 :
I've Downgraded sucessfully then install googlefier a bunch of times, following the procedure.
Generally gms is working except for contact syncing and notification.
everything is working except for gmail notifications, did the googlefier guide a few times

Hi i have a Huawei p40 ana-nx9 with firmware 10.1.0.154. can you please tell all the passages exactly to downgrade and install Google services?
I have a Huawei P40 with Google services on firmware 114.
Added 2 Google accounts via firmware downgrade and Googlefier.
I want to add more google accounts.
How can I do it without loosing existing apps and data?
Hi guys, stucked on the 10.1.0.176 version. Broke my screem, had to replace it and huwawei made a reset on the phone. Before that it worked like a charm with GMS and notifications.
Is there any solutions by now on how to downgrade down to .149 version?
Cheers.

Try'ing Google Services On Huawei Y6P

Hello. First of all, my Huawei Y6P device was taken from Turkey and the model number is MED-LX9N. I've seen reports that this device doesn't normally support Google services. I installed all the Google apps to try. And the Play Store works but I want to enter an account, I get an error communicating with Google servers. I'm trying to solve this error. LZPlay is not running on Y6P devices. I'm trying to come up with an alternative solution. I'd appreciate it if you'd help me. The files I use are added. I don't want to use Gspace or vmos.
try add account by Vanced MicroG and post result
