I can't change usb-mode,but developer options.
cable is fine before flash CFW.
How can I do ?
I found answer:If no sim-cards at first boot,just reboot!

You need to download MI Unlock here, after that u need to have one valid Mi account and wait like 1 week +/- they will give you the info in hours so u just need to make a bit of maths xD
They explain step by step at the software. When u can unlock your Xiaomi bootloader remember to backup your stuff cuz the software will give you one advice that the software will erase all of your data so make sure you backup everything!
This is the only way to unlock your xiaomi bootloader, don't try to pay for it cuz is 99% scam for sure... U can make it for free, you just need to wayt a few days.
