G Power XT2041-4 on 5-1-20 update getting "waiting for download" on Play Store.
Rooted with Magisk. Tried all the usual fixes; cleared cache & data (store and GPS), deleted Google account from phone, cleared Dalvik cache, check date & time, delete Play Store updates, etc.
Any ideas?

Play store install from web doesnt work

Installed Omega v35 rom, restored my apps and system xml data with titanium backup and what I notice is that when I go to web play store, click install that it doesnt start installing on phone..
It appears under 'play store->my apps->all' in phone but not with 'installed' text but a icon for deletion and 'free' text.
On web it appears as installed and when I click a button for removal an error shows up.
What could this be? I tried wiping data/ cache of play store and play store service.

[q] CM 10.2 with Google Apps version 20130813 won't download from Play Store

I have a Galaxy S3 I9300 from Telcel, Mexico running CyanogenMod 10.2.0, upgraded from 10.1.3 with the upgrade feature and using TWRP for this purpose. I am unable to download anything from the Play Store, the store loads but the apps won't download. I have flashed the gapps-20130813 package, cleared data and uninstalled updates from Play Store and Google Play Services, and it won't download yet. After googling around, I already cleared data on Google Play, Google Framework and Google Play Services, every single cache with Titanium Backup, cleaned up Dalvik cache, and removed and re-added my Google account. Still no luck.
I also noticed the download notification briefly appearing for a split second when I tap Download on Google Play.
Is there anything I can't do? I don't want to go through the hassle of backing everything up, deleting the entire data partition and restoring everything.
Remove/add google account
Please try to remove your google account and add it again after restart.

Click to collapse
little (q) did you freeze any system app >?
you can try these
1. go to Settings -> Application manager -> ALL, find 'Google Play Store' and select it - Clear cache, if that doesn't work Clear data, if that doesn't work Force stop; if that doesn't work Uninstall updates (restart the phone between each intermediate step)
2. go to Settings -> Application manager -> ALL, find 'Google Services Framework' and select it - Clear data, if that doesn't work Force stop
3. go to Settings -> Application manager -> press the Menu button -> select 'Reset app preferences'
4. go to Settings -> Application manager -> ALL; scroll to the very bottom of the list and see if 'Downloads' is disabled - if it is, Enable it; also see if 'Google Account Manager' is disabled and if it is Enable it
5. go to Settings, find the Accounts group, select Google, select your Gmail address then select the 'Remove account' button. Restart the phone then add your Google account back.

Apps launching after updating

on my S9+ Exynos, Apps would launch after updating, I have "Uninstalled updates" on the Play store app and have wiped partition cache on recovery mode,
